Bonnie McConnell-Orofino has served as our Chief Merchandising Officer since February 2007. From February 2006 to February 2007, Ms. McConnell-Orofino served as our Senior Vice President, General Manager of Tri-Channel. Ms. McConnell-Orofino joined us in July 2000 as our Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager Decorative Accessories/Furniture and served in that position until February 2006. From June 1992 until July 2000, Ms. McConnell-Orofino held various positions at Mervyn s LLC.

Ian B. Sears has served as our Chief Marketing Officer since April 2007. From September 2006 to April 2007, Mr. Sears served as our Senior Vice President, General Manager of Direct. Mr. Sears joined us in April 2006 as our Vice President, Divisional Merchandise Manager Textiles and served in that position until September 2006. From August 2002 until April 2006, Mr. Sears served as the Divisional Merchandise Manager Textiles for Pottery Barn Kids, a division of Williams Sonoma, Inc., as Divisional Merchandise Manager Pottery Barn Bed + Bath catalog from August 2000 until August 2002, and as Senior Buyer Home Furnishings for Pottery Barn from February 2000 until August 2000.

Stephen Gordon, Global Vineyard Estate's interim Chairman, founded Restoration Hardware and was for 25 years the company's Chairman and CEO, taking the company public in 1998 with Goldman Sachs as the lead. Gordon is currently CEO of Sundance Holdings Group, where Gordon runs the investor and Robert Redford owned Sundance Catalog division.

M. Ann Rhoades has served as a director of the Company since March 2003. Ms. Rhoades has spent over 25 years in a variety of service-based industries, most recently as the Executive Vice President of People for JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ:JBLU) from 1999 to April 2002. Prior to joining JetBlue, Ms. Rhoades was the Executive Vice President, Team Services & Public Relations of Promus Hotel Corporation/Doubletree Hotel Corporation. Ms. Rhoades is currently the President of People Ink, a human resources consulting company she founded, and a member of the boards of directors of JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ:JBLU) and Restoration Hardware, Inc. (NASDAQ:RSTO).

Bob founded Primitive Logic in 1984. Nationally known as a high-tech prodigy, his continued vision over the past 30 years has earned him industry pioneer status. Bob is nationally recognized for his expertise in planning, developing, and implementing large-scale technology solutions. As founder and CEO of Primitive Logic, Bob oversees the company's growth and development. Prior to founding Primitive Logic, Bob held technology positions with Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, Beneficial Data Processing Corporation, Crum & Forster Insurance, and RCA. As a philanthropist he supports a wide array of charities and benefits for disadvantaged youth and the inner city. Bob currently serves on the Board of Directors of Restoration Hardware.

Glenn Krevlin is a Managing Partner of Glenhill Capital in New York City. He has also served on the Board of Restoration Hardware since 2001. Glenn was previously with Cumberland Associates as a General Partner, and prior to that spent eight years with Goldman Sachs. Mr. Krevlin has a BA in Economics and Government from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Stern Business School.

Mr. Young became a member of our board of directors in May 2006. Mr. Young has been a managing partner (and is currently an executive officer) of The CapStreet Group, LLC (investment company) since July 2006. He was also the chairman of the board of Metal Supermarkets International (metal distribution) from December 2005 through October 2007. Mr. Young was the president and CEO of Metal Supermarkets International from December 2002 to December 2005. Mr. Young is a certified public accountant and former partner of Arthur Andersen, LLP.
