Mr. Goodwin has led SonoSite since its spin-off from ATL Ultrasound in April 1998. He joined ATL in 1987 in sales and was promoted to vice president and general manager for ATL's business in Asia Pacific, Latin America, Australia and Canada (APLAC) in 1991. From 1997 until the spin-off, Mr. Goodwin was vice president and general manager of ATL Ultrasound's Handheld Systems Business Group. Mr. Goodwin began his career in medical products with American Hospital Supply Corporation as a national distribution manager, followed by a position with Picker International as area manager for the southeastern United States. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Monmouth College of Illinois, with an emphasis on hospital management, and completed the Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Hwang is one of SonoSite's original founding employees and is responsible for development of corporate technology strategy. He joined ADR Ultrasound in 1980, where he was involved in the development of the ADR 4000 system, a portable array imaging system (ADR Ultrasound merged with ATL Ultrasound in 1983). Dr. Hwang served as chief scientist in ATL's Handheld Systems Business Group until its spin-off in April 1998. Dr. Hwang holds 34 patents and is the author of more than 30 scientific publications. He was honored as an ATL Technical Fellow in Perpetuity in 1988. He holds a master's degree from the National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan and a doctorate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee, both in electrical engineering.

Mr. Dunbar joined SonoSite in 1999 and was promoted to his current position in 2008. Previously he served as vice president of product innovation to which he was appointed in 2006. Mr. Dunbar joined SonoSite as a member of the company's technical team and helped develop the SonoSite 180, the industry's first hand-carried ultrasound product. From 1992 to 1996 Mr. Dunbar held engineering management positions at ATL Ultrasound, and from 1985 to 1992 worked at Quantum Medical Systems, now part of Siemens Medical Solutions. He is named as an inventor on a patent issued in 1995 for color flow imaging algorithms and was honored as an ATL Technical Fellow. Mr. Dunbar received his bachelor and master degrees in computer science from Washington State University.

Mr. Schuh joined SonoSite as CFO in 2000 and served in that capacity until 2008 when he moved into his current position with global responsibility for the company's business processes. Prior to SonoSite, Mr.Schuh worked at Leasetec Corporation for 14 years where as vice president of finance he was responsible for financial control and planning for nine worldwide business units. From 1995 to 1997 as he was director of strategic planning and acquisitions and organized the initiation of these operations overseas. Ms. Graham joined SonoSite in 2004. For the 12 years prior she was sole proprietor of a consulting business based in the US and Europe working with medical device and biotechnology companies to meet their project requirements with the FDA and international regulatory authorities. She is experienced with a wide variety of Class I, II and III devices, including sterile products, disposables, pacing devices, implantables, radiological and electronic equipment. Before starting her own business, Ms. Graham headed the regulatory departments at Quantum Medical Systems (now part of Siemens Medical Solutions) and Baxter Edwards Critical Care Division. She received her bachelor and master degrees from the University of Oregon.

Mr. Willis first joined SonoSite in 1999 and was instrumental in shaping the product direction and market positioning of the company's first product, the 180 system. Mr. Willis was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Ultrasonix, a privately held diagnostic ultrasound company based in Canada, from 2003 until 2006 when he rejoined SonoSite in his current position. From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Willis worked at ATL Ultrasound and Philips Medical Systems where he held positions in clinical marketing and international sales. He was also a sonographer at the Health Sciences Center in Winnipeg, Canada, and is a registered medical sonographer (RDMS, RDCS). Mr. Cox joined SonoSite in 1999 and was promoted from Vice President, International to Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales and Distribution in 2008. In his current capacity, Mr. Cox has responsibility for all SonoSite sales channels including direct operations, dealers and enterprise relationships. During his tenure at SonoSite Mr. Cox has overseen the establishment of SonoSite's 10 direct sales subsidiaries and a distribution network into 100 countries. Involved with the ultrasound industry since 1978, Mr. Cox worked for ATL Ultrasound and Philips Medical Systems and Acuson Corporation, now part of Siemens Medical Solutions, prior to joining SonoSite. Mr. Gilmore rejoined SonoSite in 2006. Previously, he served as global engineering manager for global ultrasound probes at GE Healthcare where he was responsible for all aspects of product definition, design, development and manufacturing engineering support of diagnostic ultrasound transducers. Mr. Gilmore was one of the original engineers at SonoSite when the company was spun off from ATL Ultrasound in 1998. He served as director, transducer engineering for six years. He was honored as an ATL Technical Fellow for innovation and technical leadership and is named as an inventor on three patents for transducer technology. Mr. Gilmore received both his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and his master's degree in biomedical engineering from Drexel University.

Edward V. Fritzky has served as a director of the Company since July 1998. He served as a director and advisor to Amgen Corporation from July 2002 to May 2005. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Immunex Corporation from January 1994 to July 2002. Mr. Fritzky is also a director of Sonosite, Inc. and Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc. Mr. Fritzky served as President of Lederle Laboratories, a division of American Cyanamid, from 1992 to 1994, and as Vice President of Lederle Laboratories from 1989 to 1992. From 1972 until his retirement in 2005, Mr. Haack practiced as a Certified Public Accountant, and held positions of increasing responsibility at Deloitte and Touche. William G. Parzybok, Jr. has served as a director of SonoSite since May 1998. From February 1991 to July 1998, Mr. Parzybok was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Fluke Corporation, a manufacturer of electronic test and measurement instruments. From 1984 to 1991, he served as Vice President and General Manager of various groups at Hewlett-Packard Company, a computer hardware and instrument manufacturer. Mr. Parzybok holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Colorado State University.
