Co.'s vacation ownership segment includes the development, ownership and operation of vacation ownership resorts, marketing and selling vacation ownership interests and providing financing for customers who purchase those interests. As of Dec 31 2007, Co. owned, leased, managed or franchised 897 hotels with about 275,000 rooms.
