Karen M. Meyer serves as vice president of administration for The Toro Company. Meyer oversees all information services, human resources, corporate communications, including public relations, administrative services, and facilities. Meyer reports directly to Michael Hoffman, President and CEO. As a vice president, Meyer is a member of The Toro Foundation board and the Retirement Plan Investment Committee. Meyer also serves on the Greater Minneapolis United Way Human Resources Committee. In 1998, she was given the added responsibilities for the corporate information technology function. Prior to her current position, Meyer held a variety of executive management positions directing the corporate human resources, facilities, administration and corporate communications functions. She joined Toro in 1977. Meyer holds an undergraduate degree in education from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Anna began Yoga classes in 2000 and instantly knew this was what she was seeking. It was amazing how headaches were gone, stress was dealt with in a completely different manner, and with each class she grew deeper from within and found PEACE. After many hours of practice, she decided she wanted to become an Instructor. In 2003 she did just that. She wanted to help others also experience all these wonderful things yoga has to offer. Yoga is for ALL who seek it. She also works full time as a Project Coordinator in Commercial Engineering at The Toro Company in Bloomington, MN. She is happily married and has one child that is attending Winona State University. Her husband and daughter support Anna 100% in her Yoga journey.

Mr. Twomey has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 1986 and a director since 1987. In August 2003, he was named Chairman. He has held various executive officer positions with the Company since 1983. Mr. Twomey is currently serving as a director of The Toro Company and director of Universal Trailer Corporation.

Gregg W. Steinhafel is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Target. He has been Chief Executive Officer since May 2008 and President since August 1999. He became Chairman on February 1, 2009. He began his career at Target as a merchandising trainee in 1979. Since that time, he has held various management positions with Target. He is also a director of The Toro Co.
