Ralph Bartel founded Travelzoo in May 1998 and has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since inception. Mr. Bartel is a professionally trained journalist who also holds a Ph.D. in Economics and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Marcel Marchon is a Software Engineer with Travelzoo. He serves as TRAC's webmaster and has helped create the new website for TRAC. He was born and has lived in Switzerland until about 2 years ago and has been interested in trains ever since his grandmother started taking him along on her visits as a child. After having lived in Switzerland all these years while relying on public transportation for all his mobility needs, he has a good idea what we're missing out on here in California.

David J. Ehrlich recently joined the ParAccel team as CEO and President. Mr. Ehrlich is a seasoned business veteran with 22 years of success in corporate strategy, marketing and finance. Prior to ParAccel, Mr. Ehrlich was Senior Vice President, Marketing and Chief Strategy Officer at NetIQ Corporation where he led efforts in marketing, operations, corporate development and strategic alliances. Before NetIQ, Mr. Ehrlich was Senior Vice President of Product Marketing, Strategy and Business Development at Visual Networks, Inc. where he defined and implemented corporate, product and business development strategies. Mr. Ehrlich received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

During his 30 years as an international marketing and brand strategist, Neale-May has consulted with over 300 leading multi-nationals, new venture starts and emerging growth companies. Neale-May is the executive director of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Council, which represents more than 2,500 senior marketers controlling $60 billion in annual marketing spend worldwide. He is also president of GlobalFluency, Inc., the leader in Intelligent Market Engagement with more than 100 offices in over 50 countries. Formerly with Ogilvy & Mather in North America, Neale-May has held senior agency positions in London, New York, Los Angeles and Silicon Valley. He serves on the board of Travelzoo (Nasdaq: TZOO), PlayRugby USA, and The Rhodes University Trust (USA). Neale-May graduated from Rhodes with a journalism degree in 1973.

Kelly M. Urso has served as a director since February 1999. Since July 2003, Ms. Urso has been a principal at K. M. Urso & Company, LLC. From September 2001 to July 2003, Ms. Urso was employed as a tax attorney by Reynolds & Rowella LLP. From 1997 to 2001, Ms. Urso served as the leader of the expatriate tax group at General Electric International, Inc. Ms. Urso holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Juris Doctor degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.
