We maintain our statutory registered agent's office at The Corporation Trust Company of Nevada, 6100 Neil Road, Suite 500, Reno, Nevada 89544 and our business office is located at 1189 Howe Street, Suite 1504, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Background In December 2003, Sergei Stetsenko, our president and a member of the board of directors acquired one mineral property containing six mining claims in British Columbia, Canada by arranging the staking of the same through Lloyd Brewer, a non affiliated third party. Mr. Brewer is a self-employed contract staker and field worker residing in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Ron Hietala was a founding board member of Triangle Petroleum Corporation. He served as President of both Elmworth Energy Corporation and Triangle USA Petroleum Corporation until his retirement in June 2008. Mr. Hietala was instrumental in building the Company's strategy which resulted in two shale gas projects in the Maritimes Basin secured in 2007. Mr. Hietala entered the oil and gas business in 1973 with Imperial Oil Limited as a petrophysicist and moved to Canadian Hunter 1977. Over a 19 year period Ron held a variety of technical, management and executive positions at Canadian Hunter. He has worked on many exploration and development programs throughout Western Canada. After leaving Canadian Hunter in 1996, Mr.Hietala continued his career in oil and gas as one of the founders of Petro-Hunt Oil and Gas and later, Golden Eagle Energy Ltd.
