James Yee, 52, has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for UnionBanCal Corporation and Union Bank of California, N.A. since May 2005. Prior to joining UnionBanCal Corporation, he served as Senior Vice President, Information Technology, for Charles Schwab & Company from April 2004 to April 2005 and Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Pacific Exchange, Inc. from April 2000 to March 2003.

JoAnn M. Bourne, 50, has served as Executive Vice President since April 2000 and as head of the Commercial Deposits and Treasury Management Group of UnionBanCal Corporation and Union Bank of California, N.A. since April 2003. She served as head of the Commercial Banking Group from January 2002 to April 2003 and managed the Commercial Deposit Services Division from June 1997 to January 2002.

John C. Erickson, 45, has served as Executive Vice President and head of the Commercial Banking and Wealth Management Group of UnionBanCal Corporation and Union Bank of California, N.A. since May 2006. He served as head of the Commercial Banking Group from April 2003 to April 2006, as head of the National Banking and Communications, Media and Entertainment Divisions from April 2001 to April 2003 and as Senior Vice President, Corporate Capital Markets, from April 1996 to April 2001.

John H. McGuckin, Jr., 60, has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of UnionBanCal Corporation and Union Bank of California, N.A. since September 2000. He served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of UnionBanCal Corporation from January 1998 to September 2000 and served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Union Bank of California, N.A. from April 1996 until September 2000.

Linda F. Betzer, 60, has served as Executive Vice President and head of the Operations and Customer Services Group of UnionBanCal Corporation and Union Bank of California, N.A. since January 2000.

Mr. Andrews, 66, is the Founder and Co-Chair of MetaJure, Inc., a consulting company that provides non-legal services to Fortune 500 corporations in the areas of eDiscovery, investigations, due diligence and basic document drafting. Mr. Andrews is retired from PepsiCo, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President, Governmental Affairs, General Counsel and Secretary from February 2002 to February 2005. Mr. Andrews was a partner of the law firm of McCutchen, Doyle, Brown & Enersen from 1981 to 1997 and from April 2000 to February 2002. He served as legal adviser to the U.S. Department of State from August 1997 to April 2000. Mr. Andrews is a director of Pacific Gas and Electric Company and PG&E Corporation and a director of James Hardie Industries Ltd. Mr. Andrews has been a Director of UnionBanCal since April 2000.

Mr. Oka, 51, has served as Vice Chairman, Administration & Support, of UnionBanCal and Union Bank of California since July 2005. Beginning in 1998, Mr. Oka held the following positions with The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ: Chief Manager, Corporate Banking Division No. 2 until April 2001; General Manager, Syndications Office, Structured Finance Division until October 2002; General Manager, Global Syndications Office, Debt Finance Division until June 2004; and General Manager & Global Head, Syndicated Finance Division until May 2005. From April 2005 until June 2005, Mr. Oka was Chairman of the Japan Syndication and Loan-Trading Association. Mr. Oka has been a non-board member Director of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ since June 2005. Mr. Oka has been a Director of UnionBanCal and Union Bank of California, N.A. since October 2005.

Mr. Dashe, 65, is retired from Cost Plus, Inc., where he served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President from February 1998 to March 2005. Mr. Dashe is the Lead Independent Director of Longs Drug Stores Corporation. Mr. Dashe has been a Director of UnionBanCal since July 2006.

Mr. Binkley, 62, has been a general partner of Forrest Binkley & Brown, a venture capital and private equity firm, since the firm was formed in 1993. Forrest Binkley & Brown serves as general partner for two funds, SBIC Partners, L.P, a venture capital fund formed in 1994, and Forrest Binkley & Brown Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity fund formed in 2001. Mr. Binkley was a member of the Office of the President of Forrest Binkley & Brown Venture Co., a Texas corporation which was the general partner of Forrest Binkley & Brown, L.P., a Texas limited partnership, which in turn was the general partner of SBIC Partners II, L.P., a technology venture capital fund formed in 1998. In March 2005, SBIC Partners II, L.P. entered into a consent judgment whereby the U.S. Small Business Administration, or SBA, was appointed as receiver for SBIC Partners II, L.P. Following the appointment of the SBA as receiver, Forrest Binkley & Brown was appointed as agent to the receiver for the purpose of marshalling and liquidating all of its assets with the goal of maximizing recovery of SBA loans made to SBIC Partners II, L.P. Mr. Binkley's prior experience is in the banking industry where he held various positions at Security Pacific Corporation from 1977 to 1992, including as an executive officer and member of the board of directors, and, following the acquisition of Security Pacific, serving as an executive officer and member of the board of directors of BankAmerica Corporation from 1992-1993. Mr. Binkley has been a Director of UnionBanCal since February 2007.

Ronald L. Havner, Jr. became a director in October 2008. Mr. Havner has been the Vice-Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Public Storage, Inc. since November 2002 and President since July 1, 2005. Mr. Havner joined the Public Storage, Inc. in 1986 and held a variety of senior management positions until his appointment as Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 2002. Mr. Havner has been Chairman of the Public Storage's affiliate, PS Business Parks, Inc. (PSB), since March 1998 and was Chief Executive Officer of PSB from March 1998 until August 2003. He is also a member of the Board of Governors and the Executive Committee of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, Inc. (NAREIT). He is also a director of Union BanCal Corporation.

Ronald F. Valenta has served as our Chief Executive Officer since our inception. He also served as Chief Financial Officer from inception through September 2006 and as Secretary from inception through December 2007. Mr. Valenta served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mobile Services Group, Inc., a portable storage company he founded in 1988 until 2003. In April 2000, Windward Capital Partners acquired a controlling interest in Mobile Services Group, Inc. through a recapitalization transaction. In August 2006, Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, through another recapitalization transaction, acquired a controlling interest in Mobile Services Group, Inc. Mr. Valenta served as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mobile Services Group, Inc. from March 2003 until August 2006, and as a director since that time. Mr. Valenta was the managing member of Portosan Company, LLC, a portable sanitation services company he founded in 1998, until 2004 when a majority of the assets of that company were sold to an affiliate of Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC. Mr. Valenta is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors for CMSI Capital Holdings, Inc., a private investment company he founded in 1991, Mobile Office Acquisition Corporation, the parent company of Pac-Van, Inc., a U.S. office modular and portable storage company, PV Realty LLC, a real estate company founded in 2000, and United Document Storage, LLC (formerly PortoShred LLC), a document storage and destruction company he formed in 2003. In 2007, Mr. Valenta also formed two holding companies to purchase two businesses in the pay-day and title lending businesses. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Valenta was also a director of the National Portable Storage Association, a not-for-profit entity dedicated to the needs of the storage industry. From 1985 to 1989, Mr. Valenta was a Senior Vice President with Public Storage, Inc.
