Jonathan T. Cohen has served as Verticalnet's Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since December 2006. From 2003 through 2006 he was Controller of the Company. As Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Cohen is primarily responsible for Verticalnet's accounting operations and financial reporting. Mr. Cohen has held senior accounting positions at both publicly traded and privately held companies. Prior to joining Verticalnet, Mr. Cohen was retained by Constar International to assist them during and after their initial public offering and subsequent SEC filings. From 2000 until 2001, Mr. Cohen was a manager with Deloitte & Touche Emerging Growth practice, which provided consulting services for emerging growth technology companies. Prior to this time Mr. Cohen was Corporate Controller of Wilmar Industries, Inc. a publicly traded national distributor of repair and maintenance products to the multi-family industry, where he was responsible for the accounting operations and financial reporting. In addition, Mr. Cohen was a member of the Acquisition/Integration team where he primarily responsible for the financial due diligence and subsequent accounting integration of fifteen acquisitions. Mr. Cohen has also served as an auditor with the accounting firm Fishbein and Company, P.C. Mr. Cohen is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He received his bachelor's degree from Hartwick College and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from LaSalle University.

Brent W. Habig joined Verticalnet in January 2004 as part of the merger with Tigris Corp. Mr. Habig founded Tigris in 1996 and built Tigris into an industry-leading organization with Fortune 500 clients, global reach, and a dramatic and sustainable growth rate. A recognized thought leader in supply chain management, data management and advanced technology, Mr. Habig is a frequent media commentator on such issues, and speaks often at industry events. In February 2004, Mr. Habig was named a 'Pro to Know' by Supply & Demand Chain Executive Magazine. Mr. Habig is responsible for Verticalnet's Sales and Consulting operations. Prior to founding Tigris, Mr. Habig built and led a specialized technology group to support Bristol-Myers Squibb's global Strategic Sourcing Initiative, which delivered cost-savings of over $600 million dollars annually. Mr. Habig graduated from Oberlin College with a degree in Chinese Literature and Piano Performance and a concentration in Biochemistry. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He also researched medical anthropology and lived in China for several years, in part through the esteemed Thomas J. Watson Fellowship. Mr. Habig is fluent in Mandarin Chinese

Christopher G. Kuhn has served as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since October 2002. From December 1998 through February 2000 he was General Counsel of the Company. From February 2000 through October 2002, he was Verticalnet's Vice President of Legal Affairs and Assistant Secretary. Prior to joining Verticalnet, he was an attorney with the law firm of Silberman & DiFilippo from 1989 to 1998, where he practiced general business law, including commercial transactions, acquisitions and insolvency law. Prior to 1989, he was an associate and partner at the law firm of Pincus, Verlin, Hahn, Reich & Weinberg. Mr. Kuhn received a B.A. from West Chester State College and a J.D. from the Delaware Law School.

Tom Shipp joined Kaliff Insurance in late 2002 as Director of the Fairs and Festivals division of the agency. With over 18 years sales and marketing experience consulting on strategy and marketing issues with companies such as VerticalNet, ESchool Solutions and Comalex, Tom is known for his protection of and dedication to, his clients. He has specific knowledge in policies that include General Liability, Liquor Liability, Directors and Officers Liability, as well as Weather and Auto coverage. Mark Walsh is the CEO and President of VerticalNet (Nasdaq: VERT), the Internet's leading creator and operator of vertical trade communities. Prior to VerticalNet, Mark was a senior VP and corporate officer at America Online. At AOL he ran AOL Enterprise, AOL's business-to-business group. Prior to AOL, Mark was President of GEnie, GE's online service.
