Our three principal lines of business are: (1) offering full service retail brokerage to approximately 12,000 high net worth individuals and institutional clients, (2) providing investment banking, merger, acquisition and advisory services to micro, small and mid-cap high growth companies, and (3) trading securities, including making markets in over 3,500 micro and small-cap stocks and providing liquidity in the United States Treasury marketplace. In addition to our core business, we offer information services on our website. vFinance Investments, Inc. ("vFinance Investments") and EquityStation, Inc. ("EquityStation"), both subsidiaries of the Company, are broker-dealers registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), and members of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") (formerly the National Association of Securities Dealers) and Securities Investor Protection Corporation ("SIPC"). vFinance Investments is also a member of the National Futures Association ("NFA").

Sevin Rosen was founded in 1981 by L.J. Sevin and Ben Rosen, who quickly established a reputation for success. In the past two decades, the firm has assembled a team with deep operating, technology, and venture capital experience. SRF's impressive track record is, in large measure, based upon its team approach and that team's extensive experience working together. Since the beginning, SRF's emphasis on very early stage investments, particularly incubations and seed financings, has demanded that our partners work closely with entrepreneurs in what we know is the real long term team sport: building companies. One of SRF's very early successes was helping to establish Compaq Computer Corporation. In early 1983, the Compaq Portable PC was shipped, revolutionizing the personal computer industry. SRF also played a key role in helping to create other early leaders in the computing arena by funding companies such as Lotus Development Corporation, Electronic Arts and SGI. Sevin Rosen Funds' reputation as an entrepreneur-centric VC firm has continued with its role in the founding of companies that became public, including Citrix, CIENA, ArQule and Cypress Semiconductor. SRF has also nurtured a number of successful companies that were later acquired by some of today's leading names in the technology industry----- Cisco Systems, Vitesse, National Semiconductor, Intel, Broadcom and Hewlett-Packard, to name a few.
