Is the Chairman and CEO of MGM Mirage. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. Mr. Murren previously served in the following capacities for MGM Mirage: President (1999-2008), Chief Operating Officer (2007-2008), Chief Financial Officer (1998-2007), and Treasurer (2001-2007. Prior to his employment at MGM Mirage, Mr. Murren spent 14 years on Wall Street as a top-ranked equity analyst and was appointed to Director of Research and Managing Director of Deutsche Bank. Mr. Murren received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History and Urban Studies from Trinity College in 1983.

Myrna Soto, vice president of Governance at MGM MIRAGE and Chief Information Security Officer, has been named one of the "Most Important Hispanics in Technology" by Hispanic Engineer and Information Technology magazine. Soto, who is also serving as interim chief information officer, was chosen from a field of more than 1,000 nominees. Soto will be recognized at the 2008 National Women of Color Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Conference in Dallas, Texas. She will also be featured in the magazine's fall edition.

Bob Rudloff is Vice President of Internal Audit for MGM MIRAGE. Based in Las Vegas, Bob is a 27 year veteran of the gaming industry. Currently he is responsible for directing the Company-wide internal audit program at all owned and operated properties. Prior to joining MGM MIRAGE, Bob was Director of Internal Audit Services with PricewaterhouseCoopers serving diverse clients such as Starbucks Coffee Company, Overture Services, Gemstar-TV Guide, Hypercom, Hyatt Gaming and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. Other positions included serving as Corporate Director of Internal Audit for Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts, Inc, Director of Internal Audit for the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort and Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino, and Internal Audit Manager with Harrah's casinos. Mr. Rudloff is a recognized leader in the internal auditing profession having held positions of leadership within the Institute of Internal Auditors at the local and international level for over twenty years. Mr. Rudloff is a past Vice Chairman of the Board for the IIA. He was the Chairman of the IIAa s 2003 International Conference, and currently serves on the IIAa s International Conference Committee and the IIAa s Gaming Internal Audit Group Advisory Board. Previous positions with the Institute of Internal Auditors have also included Regional Director and District Director. At the local level, he has served the IIAa s Atlantic City chapter as President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and General Chairman of the 1989 and 1996 Eastern Regional Conferences. Mr. Rudloff is currently a Governor for the Las Vegas Chapter. Mr. Rudloff is a frequent speaker on internal auditing, fraud and gaming industry topics at local and national conferences and seminars. Mr. Rudloff has been an Adjunct Instructor in Accounting for UNLV, and currently serves on UNLVa s Accounting Advisory Council. Bob has also been an Adjunct Instructor in Business, Accounting and Auditing at Richard Stockton State College and Atlantic Community College in NJ. At Atlantic Community College he served on the schoola s Accounting Curriculum Advisory Board and developed and taught their first course in Auditing. Mr. Rudloff received undergraduate degrees in Advertising and Accounting from Castleton State College in Vermont and an MBA from Rowan University of New Jersey. Bob is married and has three children.

Cynthia Mun has over 15 years of marketing experience in consumer electronics, telecommunications, digital media, financial services, and gaming/hospitality, holding VP and Director-level positions in marketing, sales, and operations. She was VP of Marketing at Bigtribe in 2001 and became a member of the board in 2003. Cynthia is currently the Executive Director of Corporate Market Rese/arch for the MGM Mirage Corporation, heading the market research divisions for MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Luxor, and Excalibur resorts. Prior to her recent return to the hospitality industry, Cynthia was in charge of all new product development for small business division of Dun and Bradstreet. She also held the position of Sr. VP of Marketing at Savage Beast Techologies. Previously, she directed and implemented the product marketing strategies for RocketBook eBook that created the category. Cynthia graduated with a B.A. from Yale University, where she studied both molecular biophysics & biochemistry and fine art (sculpting).

Mr. D’Arrigo has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 2007. He served as Senior Vice President — Finance of the Company from February 2005 to August 2007 and as Vice President — Finance of the Company from December 2000 to February 2005.

Mr. Selwood has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer since August 2007. He served as Senior Vice President — Accounting of the Company from February 2005 to August 2007 and as Vice President — Accounting of the Company from December 2000 to February 2005.

Has been an executive of Tracinda Corporation since February 2007 and has served as a Director of MGM Mirage since March 2007. Mr. Taylor previously was the President of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. ("MGM Studios") from April 2005 to January 2006 and Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MGM Studios from June 1998 to April 2005. Mr. Taylor received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Central Michigan University in 1978.

Chairman and former Governor of Nevada. Prior to his two terms as Governor, Mr. Guinn served as President of UNLV, and was Chairman and CEO of Southwest Gas Corporation.

Mr. Hernandez was appointed a director of the Company in December 2002. Mr. Hernandez is the founding principal and Chief Executive Officer of Hernandez Media Ventures, a privately held company engaged in the acquisition and management of media assets. Prior to forming that company, Mr. Hernandez was President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Telemundo Group, Inc., a Spanish-language Television and entertainment company, from 1998 to 2000. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Hernandez was President and Chief Executive Officer of Telemundo Group, Inc. From 1986 to 1994, Mr. Hernandez was President of the corporate general partner of Interspan Communications. Mr. Hernandez is a director of Ryland Group, Inc., MGM Mirage, Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. and Sony Corporation. He serves on the audit committee of Ryland Group, Inc. and as Chairman of the audit committee of MGM Mirage.
