Greenhill & Co.

Scott L. Bok has served as our Co-Chief Executive Officer since October 2007 and previously as our Co-President since January 2004. In addition, Mr. Bok has been a director of Greenhill & Co., Inc. since its incorporation in March 2004. From 2001 until the incorporation of the Firm, Mr. Bok served on the two-person administrative committee responsible for managing Greenhill's operations. He joined Greenhill as a Managing Director in February 1997. Before joining Greenhill, Mr. Bok was a managing director in the mergers, acquisitions and restructuring department of Morgan Stanley & Co., where he worked from 1986 to 1997, based in New York and London. From 1984 to 1986, he practiced mergers and acquisitions and securities law in New York with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Mr. Bok is a member of the board of directors of various private companies.

Mr. Phillips joined Greenhill in 2006. He previously worked for six years at Legal & General Ventures Limited ("LGV") where he was a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee. During that time he served on a number of company Boards including Vue Entertainment, LGC Holdings and Tragus Holdings. Prior to this, he worked in the London office of Bridgepoint Capital Partners. He is a graduate of Glasgow University. Brian is the Chief Investment Officer of Greenhill Capital Partners Europe.

Andrew joined Greenhill's Fund Placement Advisory group in 2009. Prior to Greenhill, he spent six years in Lazard's Private Fund Advisory Group where he was responsible for originating, structuring and executing the placement of primary and secondary limited partnership interests in private equity, venture capital, mezzanine and other alternative investment funds. Prior to Lazard, Andrew was an Associate in Corporate Development for a portfolio company of a global private equity firm. He started his career as an Analyst in the high yield and leveraged finance group at Salomon Smith Barney. Andrew received his B.A. in Economics from Washington and Lee University.

Mr. Roy joined Greenhill in 2000 and founded its Frankfurt office. Colin previously was a Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, where he ran the European Chemicals and Pharma industry group and was co-head of investment banking in Germany. Prior to this he spent 10 years with S.G. Warburg in London, Munich and Frankfurt. Colin is a member of the Management Committee of Greenhill & Co.

Mr. Randolph joined Greenhill in 2004. Greg was previously a Managing Director in the energy and power group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Prior to his 10 years at Goldman Sachs, he worked in the project finance group at Salomon Brothers.

Mr. Lupton joined Greenhill in 1998. This followed a 17-year career with Baring Brothers International Limited, where he served in senior roles, including Deputy Chairman, advising on M&A. He previously worked at S.G.Warburg and qualified as a Solicitor with Lovell, White & King. James is a member of the Management Committee of Greenhill & Co.

Mr. Bousquette joined Greenhill in 2006. He previously worked for seven years as an investment professional at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. ("KKR") and served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Duracell International, Beatrice Company, and ConAgra Foods during his tenure at KKR. Subsequent to leaving KKR, Mr. Bousquette served as the Chief Financial Officer and subsequently the Chief Operating Officer of Sotheby's Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Bousquette worked in Morgan Stanley's Merger and Acquisitions Department. Mr. Bousquette earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from the Harvard Law School.

Mr. George joined Greenhill in 1997. Tim was previously a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, where, among other positions, he founded and ran its Global Food, Beverage and Consumer Products Group. Prior to that, he was the Assistant Treasurer of J.P.Morgan & Co. and a Vice-President of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Tim is a member of the Management Committee of Greenhill & Co.

Mr. Shah joined Greenhill in 2006. Prior to that Dhiren was head of Morgan Stanley’s global technology banking group. He founded Morgan Stanley’s European technology banking practice in 1996. Before that, Dhiren was a Managing Director in the M&A department of Morgan Stanley in New York and London.

John joined Greenhill in 2001. Prior to joining he was Director of Information Systems for Whitney & Co having been a technology consultant for both Reuters and Unilever.

Tom joined Greenhill in 2006. Prior to joining he was Director of Infrastructure for the technology team of RSM McGladrey, Inc., a professional services firm providing accounting, tax and business consulting services. Tom has over 20 years experience in the technology field. He previously served a wide range of technology roles; including consultant, Director of IT, and CTO, with both American Express Tax and Business Services and Goldstein Golub Kessler & Company, P.C.

Mr. Maidment has eight years of private equity experience, having joined GCPE from PPM Capital (the private equity arm of Prudential plc) where he was an Investment Director working on mid-market UK and European buy-outs. Prior to that, Mr. Maidment worked at Bridgepoint Capital and Deutsche Bank in the Leveraged Finance team. Mr. Maidment holds a degree in Classics from Trinity College, Oxford.

Joined Greenhill in 2004. Prior to joining worked in the mergers and acquisitions division at Lazard in London. Alex graduated from Exeter College, Oxford, with a first class honours degree in Philosophy and French.

Anthony joined Greenhill in 2006. He previously worked at Close Brothers, German M&A Boutique @VISORY Partners and at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein with a focus on the automotive industry and restructuring mandates. Anthony holds a BA in Business Economics from the University of Exeter, UK.

Ben joined Greenhill in 2003. Prior to joining Greenhill, he worked within the European investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in London. Ben graduated from St. Catharine's College, Cambridge, with a first class honours Natural Sciences degree focusing on Experimental and Theoretical Physics and he also obtained a first class Masters degree in the same subject.

Birger joined Greenhill in 2001. Previously, he was an Associate at venture capital firm net.IPO AG where he worked on venture capital investments and IPOs primarily involving technology companies across Europe. Prior to that, Birger was an Analyst in the automotive and aerospace M&A groups of both Deutsche Bank (Frankfurt and London) and Merrill Lynch (Chicago). He received a Masters in Business Administration and Finance with high distinction and an award for academic excellence from the Johann-Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfurt (Germany) in conjunction with University of California, Berkeley.

Mr. Meier joined Greenhill in 2003. Prior to that he worked in the UK and European M&A and utilities groups at Lazard after qualifying as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young. Bob is a graduate of Oxford University.

Boris Gutin has served as a director since October 2004. Mr. Gutin has been an associate at Greenhill Capital Partners since joining Greenhill in August 2003. From September 2001 to August 2003, Mr. Gutin was obtaining his master s of business administration from Harvard Business School. From August 1999 to August 2001, he was an investment professional at American Securities Capital Partners, a private equity firm. From August 1998 to August 1999, Mr. Gutin was in the Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs & Co. and, from August 1996 to August 1998, he was in Goldman Sachs Leveraged Finance Group.

Brad joined Greenhill in 2006 and co-founded the firm's Toronto office. He was previously Managing Director and President of Morgan Stanley Canada and has 20 years of investment banking experience including 10 years with Goldman Sachs in New York and London. Brad received a BA from Wilfred Laurier University and an MBA from York University.

Mr. Robins joined Greenhill in 2001. Prior to that Brad was a Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, where he led a variety of restructuring and M&A engagements. He began his career as an attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York.

Mr. Cassin joined Greenhill in 1998. Brian previously worked for six years with Baring Brothers International in London and New York and four years with the London Stock Exchange.

Mr. Crockett joined GCPE from PPM Capital where he was an Investment Director focusing on mid-market UK and European buy-outs. During that time he served on the Boards of Phadia and Azzurri Communications. Mr. Crockett joined PPM Capital in 2001 having previously founded a seed capital investment firm in London. Prior to that Mr. Crockett worked at Bankers Trust in the Acquisition Finance team and at Accenture in the Strategy Consulting team. Mr. Crockett graduated from the University of Cape Town with a first class honours degree in Electrical Engineering.

Christian joined Greenhill in 2005. He previously worked at German M&A Boutique @VISORY Partners and at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein focusing on European M&A transactions across various industries. Christian graduated with distinction from the University of Bayreuth with a Master degree in Business Administration.

Joined Greenhill in April 2006 from the Restructuring Group at UBS Investment Bank. His prior experience includes working for PRTM, a management consultancy focused on high-technology industries, in both their US and European offices. Christopher received a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Wyles joined Greenhill in 1998 after spending four years with Baring Brothers International Limited, based in both London and Amsterdam. David's prior experience includes four years with Coopers & Lybrand's management consultancy division and four years with the weapon and communications system design and development arm of the Royal Navy.

Joined Greenhill in 2006 upon graduation from the JD/MBA program at the University of Chicago. While studying at Chicago, David had internships with the corporate finance group of Merrill Lynch as well as the law firms Sullivan & Cromwell and Baker & McKenzie where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and securities law. Prior to graduate school, David worked as a consultant to firms in the utility sector. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont.

Mr. Shah joined Greenhill in 2006. Prior to that Dhiren was head of Morgan Stanley's global technology banking group. He founded Morgan Stanley's European technology banking practice in 1996. Before that, Dhiren was a Managing Director in the M&A department of Morgan Stanley in New York and London.

Edward joined Greenhill in 2005. Prior to this he spent three years with Ernst & Young, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Edward graduated from University College, Oxford with a First Class honours degree in Modern History.

Mr. Wakefield joined Greenhill at the founding of its London office in 1998 and has worked for Greenhill both in London and in New York. Prior to joining Greenhill, he worked for Baring Brothers International in London.

George joined Greenhill in 2006 and co-founded the firm's Toronto office. He was previously Chairman & CEO of Goldman Sachs Canada. George first joined Goldman Sachs in New York in 1987 and, among various investment banking roles, was primarily involved with Goldman Sach's Canadian business. Prior experience also includes time at McKinsey & Co. George received a BS in Engineering from the University of New Brunswick and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Miller joined Greenhill in 2004. Prior to that Greg was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he spent 14 years primarily in the media industry with a particular focus on companies involved in publishing and information services in both the U.S. and Europe.

Mr. Tidbury joined Greenhill in 2004. Previously, Hugh was a Managing Director and head of Deutsche Bank's European chemicals group. He spent approximately 18 years at Deutsche Bank (and prior to its acquisition, Morgan Grenfell) and worked on numerous corporate finance and M&A advisory assignments for a wide range of chemical and other companies.

Mr. Tidbury joined Greenhill in 2004. Previously, Hugh was a Managing Director and head of Deutsche Bank's European chemicals group. He spent approximately 18 years at Deutsche Bank (and prior to its acquisition, Morgan Grenfell) and worked on numerous corporate finance and M&A advisory assignments for a wide range of chemical and other companies.

Rejoined Greenhill in 2006 after receiving an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Prior to attending Harvard Business School, James worked at Greenhill on M&A and restructuring transactions in the consumer products, real estate, technology, and financial industries. Received a B.S. in Commerce with Distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia in 2000.

Joined Greenhill's venture capital fund, GSAVP in June 2006. Previously, he was a Manager in Disney's Strategic Planning Group, where he worked on the acquisition of Pixar and the formulation of Disney's new media investment strategy. Prior to Disney, JB worked in media investment banking and technology strategic investments at Lehman Brothers. He received a BA with honors from Yale and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Verdier joined Greenhill in June 2004. Prior experiences include almost three years in M&A at Deutsche Bank in London and more than three years with BNP Paribas both in Singapore and London. Jean-Philippe graduated from Reims Management School in 1996 with an MSc in Management and Business Administration.

Mr. Sands joined Greenhill in 2006. Prior to joining Greenhill, Jeff worked in Merrill Lynch's Chemicals team and prior to that in the Corporate Finance department of CCF Charterhouse in London and New York. Jeff graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University in Philadelphia.

Mr. Buckalew joined Greenhill in 1996. Prior to that Jeff was an Associate for three years in the financial institutions group at Salomon Brothers. He also spent two years with Chemical Bank's leveraged finance group.

Ms. Cobleigh joined Greenhill in 2001. Previously, Jennifer was an Associate at J.P. Morgan, focusing on M&A and corporate finance in the healthcare and industrial sectors. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Virginia with a BA in Biology and received an MBA with highest distinction from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania as a Palmer Scholar.

Ms. Ganz joined Greenhill in 2007 and has served as General Counsel since 2008. Prior to joining, she practiced corporate law for eight years in the New York and London offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell. Jodi received an A.B. from Duke University and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham International Law Journal.

Jon joined Greenhill in 2004. His previous experience includes periods in the M&A-Real Estate Group at J.P. Morgan and as Director of Business Development and a member of the senior management team of Crowley Technologies, a wireless telecommunications company with interests in Europe, South America, and the U.S. Jon received an A.B. magna cum laude in Economics and East Asian Studies from Harvard College and an M.B.A. with Honors from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance, Entrepreneurial Management, and Accounting.

Jordan joined Greenhill in 2006. His prior positions include Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at Minacs Worldwide, Investment Banking Associate at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, and Corporate & Securities Law Associate at Torys. Jordan holds a joint MBA, LL.B. degree from the Schulich School of Business and Osgoode Hall Law School at York University (Toronto). Additionally, Jordan completed the Wharton-York-Recanati multi-national marketing program.

Julie joined Greenhill in 2004. Her previous experience includes periods with Prudential Securities in the Mergers & Acquisitions group and with J.P. Morgan in the Syndicated Leveraged Finance Group. Julie received her B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with concentrations in Finance and International Business and a dual major in French and an M.B.A. with honors from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Crews joined Greenhill in March 2005 and founded the company's Dallas office. Ken was previously a Vice Chairman of UBS Investment Bank and a member of its American Executive Committee. He is a 30-year veteran of investment banking and specializes in energy and power.

Kevin joined Greenhill's investment banking advisory practice in 2005. Prior to joining, he practiced corporate and securities law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where he represented public and private clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and public and private debt and equity offerings. Kevin received a B.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan as well as a J.D., magna cum laude, in 2000 from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was an editor of the Michigan Law Review and member of the Order of the Coif.

Lisandro Castillo (Field Supervisor): Lisandro is one of the most experienced linemen on Roatan with 20 years experience of clambering up and over poles with the agility of a lemur ! He first began work as an electrician as a way of getting rank and a pay raise with Honduran army's 105th infantry battalion in Trujillo and when he was discharged as First Sergeant, continued work in factories as an industrial electrician. In 1992 he began working at RECO where he worked as a service drop crew chief as well as 13.8kv high line lineman until 1998 when he tried the public sector working for a development. Lisandro is a trained cableman in terminating 15kv cable. He has been with GreenHill since its beginnings in 2004 and is a shareholder but most importantly as field supervisor and dazzling striker in the GreenHill soccer team!

Mr. Schneider joined Greenhill in 2006 from BNP Paribas Corporate Finance Group, Frankfurt. Prior experience includes positions in the M&A group of Lazard and as research assistant at the University of Munich. Markus graduated from University of Munich, Germany with a Master degree and Ph.D. in Business Administration. He also holds a M.Sc. in International Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics, UK.

Mr. Kiep joined Greenhill in 2006. Prior to joining worked for BNP Paribas Corporate Finance and for Lazard, focusing on German M&A. Mathias graduated with distinction from Business School of Finance and Management (HfB), Frankfurt with a Master degree in Business Administration.

Joined Greenhill in 2002 after graduating from St. Peter's College, Oxford, with an honours degree in Biology. Matthew worked in Greenhill's London office for three years before transferring to New York.

Michael joined Greenhill in 2001. Prior to that he worked in the automotive and industrial M&A groups at Merrill Lynch. Michael graduated with distinction from the University of Essen with a Master degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Bell joined Greenhill in 1998. Prior to that he worked for Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in London and in Paris. Peter graduated from Durham University with an honours degree in History.

Mr. Krause joined Greenhill in 1996. Peter has over 30 years of experience in the real estate and financial services industries. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley and a member of the Investment Committee of Morgan Stanley's Real Estate Funds. Prior to that, he practiced real estate law at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton. Peter is also Chairman of Barrow Street Real Estate Funds.

Mr. Stott joined Greenhill in 2005 after a 17 year career with Morgan Stanley. At Morgan Stanley, Peter was co-head of UK Investment Banking for 10 years, involved with large UK companies for their corporate finance and M&A requirements. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Peter worked for The First Boston Corporation in New York and London and for McKinsey & Co. in Washington DC. Peter has a law degree from Aberdeen University and an MBA (with distinction) from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Meyer-Horn joined Greenhill in 2006. Philip was previously a Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance Germany at BNP Paribas. In that capacity he has rebuilt the bank's position in that area from scratch and led a team of 15 M&A bankers. Prior to his tenure with BNP Paribas, Philip worked with Lazard and Baring Brothers. During his career he advised, amongst others, transactions in the consumer goods, automotive and chemicals industries. Philip is a graduate of the European Business School, London.

PJ joined Greenhill in 2001. PJ, a Belgian national, graduated with magna cum laude from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven with a Master degree in Law and a Bachelor degree in Philosophy. He also holds a Law degree with distinction from King's College London.

Ms. Clark joined Greenhill in 2004. Prior to joining Greenhill, Rachel worked from 2000 in the European Investment Banking M&A team at Citigroup and prior to that in the UK corporate finance division of HSBC Investment Bank. Rachel graduated from York University in 1996.

Mr. Chawla joined Greenhill in 2003. Previously, Rakesh was an Associate at The Blackstone Group, where he focused on mergers & acquisitions and restructuring transactions. Prior to this, he was at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was a Financial Analyst in the financial institutions and M&A groups and an Associate in the technology group. Rakesh received a B.S. in Commerce from The McIntire School at the University of Virginia and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Hoyle joined Greenhill in 2000. Previously he worked in the European M&A group of CSFB in London after time with the Corporate & Investment Banking Division of Barclays de Zoete Wedd. Richard graduated from Pembroke College, Oxford with a First Class honours degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.

Mr. Hyer joined Greenhill in 2006 and has over 19 years of investment banking experience, 18 of which were with Citigroup Global Markets, where he headed the Electronic Financial Services Group. Mr. Hyer is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business.

Mr. Smith joined Greenhill in 2006. Previously, Bob spent 26 years with Citigroup (and its predecessor firms Salomon Brothers Inc. and Salomon Smith Barney) where he was most recently co-head of financial institutions mergers and acquisitions.

Ross joined Greenhill in 2006. He previously worked at London based investment bank boutique, Gleacher Shacklock. Prior to this, Ross was a member of the pan-European telecoms equity research team at J.P. Morgan. Ross graduated from St Andrews University with a 1st class MA (Hons) in Economics

Mr. Taylor joined Greenhill in 1998 after graduating with high honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998 with a B.B.A. in Finance.

Sebastian joined Greenhill in 2006. Prior to joining, he worked in the M&A group of BNP Paribas in Frankfurt on transactions across various industries. Sebastian graduated from Innsbruck University with a degree in International Economics and Business.

Joined Greenhill in 2006. He was previously a member of the Strategic Planning and Corporate Development group at Inco Limited, a global metals and mining company. Prior to that, he spent time in Morgan Stanley's Media & Telecom group in New York and Canadian coverage group in Toronto. Tom received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.

Tom joined Greenhill in 2004. Prior to joining, he worked with the European Telecoms, Media & Technology team at Citigroup in London. Tom graduated from Leeds University in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in History.

Ms. Ekman joined Greenhill in 2004. Ulrika was previously a Partner in the M&A group of the corporate department of Davis Polk & Wardwell. She has practiced law for 15 years and has extensive experience advising a broad range of M&A and private equity transactions.

William is an Associate in the Fund Placement Advisory Group. Prior to joining Greenhill he worked for Lehman Brothers as an Associate in the Private Fund Marketing Group where he spent three and a half years performing project management and due diligence for Lehman Brothers and third-party private equity funds. William received a B.A. in Economics and French from Duke University and an MBA from the Wharton School where he graduated as a Howard E. Mitchell Fellow.

Isabel V. Sawhill has served on our Board of Directors since July of 2004. Since 2003, Dr. Sawhill has been Vice President and Director of Economic Studies at the Brookings Institution and prior to that had been a senior fellow at Brookings since 1997. From 1995 until 1997 she was a Senior Fellow at the Urban Institute. From 1993 until 1995, she served as the Associate Director at the Office of Management and Budget. Ms. Sawhill is a member of the Board of Directors of a number of non-profit organizations.

Stephen L. Key has served on our Board of Directors since May 2004. Since 2003, Mr. Key has been the sole proprietor of Key Consulting, LLC. Since 2001, he has served as the Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of J.D. Watkins Enterprises, Inc. and as a member of its Board of Directors. From 2001 to March 2004, Mr. Key was a member of the Board of Directors of Aurora Foods, Inc., during which time he served as the chairman of the Board's Audit and Compliance Committee and served on the Board's Independent Committee. From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Key was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Textron Inc., and from 1992 to 1995, Mr. Key was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ConAgra, Inc. From 1968 to 1992, Mr. Key worked at Ernst & Young, serving in various capacities, including as the Managing Partner of Ernst & Young's New York Office from 1988 to 1992. Mr. Key is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Steven F. Goldstone has served on our Board of Directors since July of 2004. He currently manages Silver Spring Group, a private investment firm. From 1995 until his retirement in 2000, Mr. Goldstone was chairman and chief executive officer of RJR Nabisco, Inc. (which was subsequently named Nabisco Group Holdings following the reorganization of RJR Nabisco, Inc.). Prior to joining RJR Nabisco, Inc., Mr. Goldstone was a partner at Davis Polk & Wardwell, a law firm in New York City. He is also a director of American Standards Companies, ConAgra Foods, Inc., Retail DNA, Inc. and New Castle Hotels, chairman of Ridgefield Senior Center Foundation, chairman of the Roundabout Theatre Company (New York City) and a member of the College Board of Overseers at the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Black joined Greenhill in 2007 and is currently the Vice Chairman and Partner of Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, a prominent Canadian law firm. Douglas serves on the Boards of Prime Restaurants Royalty Income Trust and Spectra Energy Income Fund, both of which are listed on Canadian stock exchanges, as well as on the Boards of various private companies and philanthropic organizations.

Mr. Smith joined Greenhill in 2004. Previously, Bowen was a Senior Advisor at UBS, where he focused on the forest products industry. He is a veteran of the investment banking industry having worked for many years at UBS, Dillon Read, Goldman Sachs, and Salomon Brothers.

Jeff works in the Finance Division at the City of Eugene. Prior to moving to Eugene, Jeff worked for an economic consulting firm in Philadelphia, PA and as the property tax economist to the Ohio General Assembly in Columbus, OH. When not volunteering his time at Greenhill, he enjoys spending his free time with his family, rowing, and watching Ohio State football.

John C. Danforth has served on our Board of Directors since February of 2005. He served as the United States Representative to the United Nations between July of 2004 and January of 2005 and, except during his service at the United Nations, has been a Partner in the law firm of Bryan Cave LLP since 1995. He served in the United States Senate from 1976 to 1995. Senator Danforth is a Director of Cerner Corporation. He is ordained to the clergy of the Episcopal Church.

Mr. Frazee joined Greenhill in 2007. He is the retired President/COO and Director of Sprint Corporation and the retired Chairman and CEO of Centel Corporation, which merged with Sprint in 1993. Jack spent over 35 years in the telecommunications industry, starting his career with the Bell system in 1966 before joining Centel in 1972.

John Paynter joined Greenhill in 2009. Previously John spent 29 years with Cazenove, latterly JPMorgan Cazenove, where he retired as Vice Chairman in 2008. John is a non-executive director of Standard Chartered PLC and Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc.

Dr. Baumann joined Greenhill in 2005. Previously Karl spent 35 years with Siemens AG where he was Chief Financial Officer from 1988 to 1998 and Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 1999 to 2005. Karl holds Supervisory Board memberships at E.ON AG, Linde AG and Schering AG.

Kay is currently the Financial Services Director for Lane County. She shares her home with two large mixed-breed dogs, Ross and Jake, while her husband is working out of the country on a one-year assignment.

Ken Goldman is an accomplished executive with extensive financial, operational and business management experience and a solid track record of success. He is currently the CFO of Fortinet. Previously, he served as senior vice president, finance and administration, and CFO of Siebel Systems from August 2000 until the close of Oracle Corporation's acquisition in January 2006. Prior to that, he held CFO positions at Excite@Home, Sybase, Inc., Cypress Semiconductor and VLSI Technology. Additionally, his experience includes board director, audit committee chairman, and financial advisory roles at several leading public and private technology companies. Ken earned his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University in 1971 and his master's degree in business administration from Harvard Business School in 1974. He is a member and the former president of The Financial Executive Institute, Santa Clara chapter, and was formerly a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board Advisory Council (FASAC) from 2000 to 2004

Leiv Nergaard was appointed a director of Endeavour International Corporation in November 2008. Nergaard is chairman of the board of directors for Storebrand ASA, and a board member and chairman of the audit committee of Yara International ASA. He serves as chairman of the Norwegian Industry and Commerce Securities Market Committee in addition to being chairman of some smaller companies. The majority of his career has been spent with Norsk Hydro where he served as executive vice president and chief financial officer and as president of Norsk Hydro Germany in addition to a number of other senior management positions.

Melinda has been on the board since October 2002. She is a CPA and owner of Focus 4 CPA in Springfield. Her practice specializes in individual and small business tax preparation and small business consulting including QuickBooks consulting. Melinda lives in Eugene with her husband, Will, and their two dogs Samson & Lola. She is a graduate of North Eugene High School and the University of Oregon.

Mr. Morse joined Greenhill in 2002. A former head of Goldman Sachs European energy and power investment banking team, Richard has over 20 years of investment banking experience at Goldman Sachs and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. Between 1999-2001, he served as Deputy Director General of the Office of Gas & Electricity Markets, the British energy regulator.

Robert F. Greenhill, our founder, has served as our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since the time of our founding in 1996. Mr. Greenhill has been a member of our Management Committee since its formation in January 2004. In addition, Mr. Greenhill has been a director of Greenhill & Co., Inc. since its incorporation in March 2004. Prior to founding and becoming Chairman of Greenhill, Mr. Greenhill was chairman and chief executive officer of Smith Barney Inc. and a member of the board of directors of the predecessor to the present Travelers Corporation (the parent of Smith Barney) from June 1993 to January 1996. From January 1991 to June 1993, Mr. Greenhill was president of, and from January 1989 to January 1991, Mr. Greenhill was a vice chairman of, Morgan Stanley Group, Inc. Mr. Greenhill joined Morgan Stanley in 1962 and became a partner in 1970. In 1972, Mr. Greenhill directed Morgan Stanley's newly-formed mergers and acquisitions department. In 1980, Mr. Greenhill was named director of Morgan Stanley's investment banking division, with responsibility for domestic and international corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, merchant banking, capital markets services and real estate. Also in 1980, Mr. Greenhill became a member of Morgan Stanley's management committee.
