Stephen D. Steinour is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Huntington Bancshares Incorporated and The Huntington National Bank. With more than 30 years of banking experience, he previously served as president and chief executive officer of Citizens Financial Group. During his 16 years there Steinour was responsible for areas such as credit, risk management, wholesale and regional banking, consumer lending, technology, and operations, among others. Steinour also held positions with Fleet Financial Group, the Bank of New England and the FDIC. Steinour earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Gettysburg College.

Clayton Rice is Huntington's West Virginia regional president. Rice has nearly 25 years of banking experience and managed Huntington's commercial lending, commercial real estate and business banking in West Virginia since 2004. He graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in corporate finance and accounting. Active in the community, Rice is chairman of the board of the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce and is a board member of the United Way of Harrison County, West Virginia Bankers Association, West Virginia Roundtable and the West Virginia State Chamber of Commerce. He serves as president of the Association for Industrial Development and the Clarksburg Industrial Development Corporation. He also serves on the finance committee of the Bridgeport Lions Club.

Frank Hierro is the president of Huntington's Mahoning Valley region. Hierro was most recently president of Sky Bank's Mahoning Valley region and joined Huntington after the September 2007 merger. While in that role, Hierro's region grew in asset size from $900 million to $2 billion. He previously served as senior credit officer of Mahoning National Bank. Hierro holds his bachelor's degree in business administration from Youngstown State University and is an executive committee member of the Regional Chamber of Commerce, board president of the Mahoning Valley Economic Development Corp, President's council member of Youngstown State University and; an executive committee member of the United Way of Mahoning Valley.

James E. Kunk is president of the Central Region for Huntington. Since 1981, when Kunk joined Huntington, he has held positions including executive vice president of Commercial and Retail Banking; senior vice president and manager of Private Banking; vice president of Capital Markets Group; and, vice president of the National Banking Division. Prior to joining Huntington, Kunk was an account executive with the InsuranceOhio Company, a subsidiary of The Ohio Company. He also spent six years as an account executive with Alexander & Alexander Inc., a worldwide insurance brokerage. Kunk is a graduate of The Ohio State University and The Graduate School of Banking at The University of Wisconsin.

Jerry Kelsheimer is president of Huntington’s Greater Cleveland Region. He joined Huntington’s Southern Ohio Region in 1996 and became the Greater Cleveland region president in 2005. Kelsheimer began his banking career at Comerica Bank in Detroit, Michigan. A graduate of Indiana University Kelly School of Business, Kelsheimer currently is chairman of the board of directors of the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation and actively serves in capacity of Trustee and/or Director of Cleveland Leadership Center, United Way of Greater Cleveland and Cleveland Sports Commission. He is a member of the Advisory Council of the Downtown Cleveland Alliance, and advisory boards of Learning Disabilities Association of Northern Ohio, The Hunger Network, Project Love and Arthritis Foundation.

Jim Dunlap, regional group president for the West Michigan, East Michigan, Greater Cleveland, Northern Ohio and Pittsburgh regions, has been Huntington's West Michigan Region president since September 2001. He previously served as the Southern Region president since January 1997. Dunlap also held positions as city executive for Huntington’s Northwest Ohio Operations and executive vice president of Retail and Commercial Lending. He has been with Huntington since 1979. Dunlap is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and the University of Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking. He is actively involved in the community serving on the executive committee of the West Michigan Strategic Alliance and chairs the boards of the Grand Rapids YMCA, the Heart of West Michigan United Way and the Right Place, Inc. In 2008, Dunlap received the Community Leadership Legacy Award from the Hope Network Foundation.

Mark Reitzes was appointed as Huntington’s Southern Ohio/Kentucky Region President in 2008. In this role he is responsible for all retail, commercial and business banking operations for Huntington’s Southern Ohio/Kentucky Region. In addition, he provides strategic management and leadership to the Region’s senior management team. With Huntington since 1992, Reitzes previously served as the region’s executive vice president of commercial banking. In addition to leading the Commercial Banking team for six years, he held positions as a commercial team leader, portfolio manager and account executive for Huntington. Prior to joining Huntington Reitzes held accounting positions at KPMG Peat Marwick, CPA, Baldwin Piano and Organ Company and Louis F. Schott & Company, CPA. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's degree in accounting, Reitzes is a certified public accountant (CPA).

Michael W. Newbold joined The Huntington National Bank as president of the central Indiana region following the 2007 merger with Sky Financial Group, where he served in the same capacity. Previously he was executive vice president responsible for investment management, trust services, wealth management, consumer banking and bank operations at Union Federal Bank. Newbold began his banking career at the former American Fletcher National Bank in 1976. Newbold serves his community as a member of the executive advisory board of the Miller College of Business at Ball State University and of the Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee. He also serves as a director of the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership, of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, of the Indiana Community Business Credit Corp., of the Better Business Bureau of Central Indiana, of the Crossroads Indiana Council of the Boy Scouts, and of Greenwood Community Schools Holding Corp. Newbold is a graduate of Ball State University and of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Rebecca Smith joined Huntington as East Michigan Regional President in January 2007. With nearly 30 years of banking experience, she previously served as executive vice president and senior lender for commercial banking at Fifth Third Bank East Michigan. She was also the Eastern Michigan president for Old Kent Bank. Smith entered the banking industry in 1977 as a branch management trainee with NBD Bank. During her career she has held positions in lending, regional banking and equipment finance as well as middle market banking, credit analysis and credit administration. Smith earned a MBA from Oakland University and a BA from Ohio Wesleyan. She currently serves as a board member for The Detroit Regional Chamber, New Detroit, the Oakland University School of Business, Detroit Renaissance and Health Alliance Plan. In 2007, Rebecca was named one of Crain’s Most Influential Women.

Rick L. Hull became the president of Huntington’s Greater Akron/Canton Region in 2007 following the September 2007 merger with Sky Bank, where he previously served as president of Sky’s Western Reserve Region. Prior to that role, Hull was president of Sky’s Ohio Valley region. Hull began his career with Sky in 1982 as general counsel of the former The Citizens Banking Company. Active in his community, Hull is a three-term director for the Ohio Banker's League, an investor in the Greater Akron Chamber of Commerce and a board member of the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce, Stark Development Board and Stark Community Foundation. Hull served four years in the United States Air Forces and received his Juris Doctorate from the College of William and Mary/Marshall Wythe School of Law, after earning his Bachelor of Arts from Kent State University.

Sharon Speyer joined Huntington as president of the Northwest Ohio region following the September 2007 acquisition of Sky Bank. She began her career with Sky as its general counsel and was promoted to regional president of the Mid Am region in 2001. Speyer serves on numerous community boards including: BGSU Arts and Sciences Advocates, BGSU National Steering Campaign Committee, Regional Growth Partnership Board, Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce, Toledo Jewish Community Foundation, Toledo Symphony Board of Trustees and the United Way Women's Initiative. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo School Of Law, after earning her Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from The Ohio State University.

Vincent W. Locher is the president of Huntington's Pittsburgh Region, which includes parts of Southwestern Pennsylvania, the Ohio Valley and West Virginia. In 2002, he was appointed president of Sky Bank's Pittsburgh Region. Sky Bank was acquired by Huntington in September 2007. With more than 20 years of banking experience, Locher began his banking career in 1986 as a management trainee at Dominion Bancshares in Roanoke, Virginia. In 1988 he joined the loan review department of USBancorp, Inc; in 1990 joined Three Rivers Bank (subsidiary of USBancorp) and served as the senior vice president, chief lending officer. Three Rivers Bank was acquired by Sky Bank in 2002. Locher is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He is active in the community as a board member of the Young Presidents' Organization; Chair of Auberle Corporation Board; 1st vice president of the Board of Trustees of the National Aviary; member of the Board of Trustees of Robert Morris University; and member of Advisory Board of Imani Christian Academy.

James W. Nelson is executive vice president and chief risk officer for Huntington Bancshares Incorporated, responsible for credit, market, operational and compliance risk management on a company-wide basis. His responsibilities also include economic capital, model validation, business continuity, new product and services review and policy oversight. Nelson joined Huntington following 15 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago where he served as officer in charge of supervision and regulation. Nelson also previously held positions with the US Banking Alliance and Merrill Lynch. A graduate of the University of Florida, Nelson also earned an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is the chair of the American Bankers Association’s Enterprise Risk Management Committee, a member of the Risk Management Association’s Credit Committee, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank Administrative Institute and ProMusica Chamber Orchestra. He also has made numerous speeches and presentations, domestically and internationally, on a variety of risk management related topics.

Richard A. Cheap is general counsel and secretary for Huntington Bancshares Incorporated. He joined Huntington in 1998. Previously, he was a partner of the law firm Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur. Cheap’s practice is concentrated on corporate and federal income taxation advice with an emphasis on transactional matters, including reorganizations, leveraged buy-outs, acquisitions and public and private offerings. Cheap received a bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University; a law degree from Northwestern University and a master’s of law in taxation from Georgetown University. He is a member of the American Bar Association.

DAVID L. PORTEOUS was raised in Reed City and has practiced law in West Michigan since 1978. His primary areas of practice include Banking, Corporate and Municipal Law, as well as Government Relations. He currently serves as the lead director of the Board of Directors of Huntington Bancshares Inc of Columbus, Ohio. He is a past director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis and Chemical Bank Central. Dave is a recognized authority on economic development and has served on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC), the Michigan Economic Growth Authority (MEGA), the Michigan Strategic Fund, the Michigan Chamber of Commerce, the State Correction Commission, and the Alliance for Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Dave is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Jackson National Life Insurance Company of New York, and the Michigan 4-H Foundation. He is a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan, and was appointed to the Attorney Grievance Commission by the Michigan Supreme Court in 2007. Dave graduated from Michigan State University cum laude in 1974. In 1998, he was elected to the Board of Trustees of Michigan State University for eight years, serving as board chairman from 2003 to 2006. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of the Michigan State College of Law. He received his J.D. with distinction from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and has also studied at Yale University, Oxford University, England, and the University of Hawaii. Married with three children, Dave is involved in community activities including Rotary International, the Osceola County Community Foundation and the United Methodist Church.

Don M. Casto, III is a partner of Casto. He joined the organization in 1971 after practicing law in San Francisco, California. He is a graduate of Stanford University and Stanford Law School and holds a Master's of Law degree in Natural Resource Law from George Washington University. Casto is actively involved in the company's leasing and development activities.

Mr. Levy is co-founder and president of Redstone Investments. He has been involved in the real estate business for more than 25 years, beginning as a construction laborer for Burdman Brothers Companies, his family's real-estate development firm in Youngstown, Ohio. Mr. Levy learned all aspects of the general contracting business as he worked his way up to construction superintendent for the company. In 1983, he left to work as a commercial real estate lender for Marine Midland Bank in Washington, DC, and the surrounding region. In 1987, Mr. Levy and his cousin Lee Burdman, started JLB Investments which in 1991 became Redstone Investments. Redstone is a development, management and acquisitions company focusing on shopping center development. The company is headquartered in Youngstown, Ohio, with an office in Tampa, Florida. Redstone's portfolio comprises over 3.6 million square feet of commercial real estate located in 13 states. In 2003, Redstone opened an office in Tampa, Florida. Initially, the office focused on tenant representation for several national retailers; more recently, in addition to development projects, Mr. Levy expanded Redstone Investments to include leasing, brokerage and asset management. Redstone Commercial LLC was established to handle the firm's commercial real estate brokerage. Redstone Asset Management Services, LLC was set up to provide asset management services for financial institutions and other entities. Mr. Levy currently serves on the Board of Directors of Huntington Bancshares Inc. (NASDAQ: HBAN). In addition to his Director's role, he also serves on the company's Executive and Risk committees. He served for eight years as a board member of Sky Financial Group Inc. (NASDAQ:SKYF), 5 years of which he was the Lead Director, until its acquisition in 2007 by Huntington Bancshares. He served on the boards of two other regional bank holding companies before being named to the board of Sky Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Levy serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Simco Management Corporation since 2004. Simco is a privately held full-service apartment management company, which owns and manages more than 3,200 apartments and 400 mobile home sites in northeast Ohio and western Pennsylvania. Additionally, Simco is involved in exploration and production of natural gas and oil resources, and currently has more than 450 wells in operation. Mr. Levy and other Redstone Investments principals have invested as private equity partners in companies in the technology, oil and gas exploration, as well as various other industries. Mr. Levy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also member of the Real Estate Investment Council in Tampa. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Tampa Preparatory School. Over the years he has served on numerous community non-profit Boards including The Youngstown Business Incubator, Ballet Western Reserve, and The Youngstown Symphony Society. Mr. Levy received his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University, School of Management in 1982 with a degree in finance. He and his wife Karen have two children, Dori 18 and Zack 14.

Ms. Ransier is a partner in the Vorys Columbus office where she practices in the corporate group. Her areas of practice include transactional, commercial, real estate, business organization, non-profit and business development. Ms. Ransier received her J.D. from The Ohio State University College of Law and her B.A. from Western College. Marylouise Fennell is an internationally recognized management consultant in higher education. Dr. Fennell specializes in independent higher education as a mentor, counselor, search consultant, and consultant to Presidents, Administrators, and Boards of Trustees of colleges and universities, and to for-profit businesses who serve the non-profit sector. Dr. Fennell brings a unique perspective to her specialty - namely, an intimate knowledge and respect of the presidency and higher education administration. She has served as President of Carlow University, in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania; as Assistant Dean of the Graduate Division of St. Joseph College, West Hartford, Connecticut; has been a tenured faculty member, Department Chair, Division Chair, founder and Director of the Counseling Institute, Director of the Pastoral Ministry Institute, and founder and Director of the Cross Cultural Counseling Symposium. Prior to these assignments she served in teaching/clinical/ positions at the University of Hartford and Boston University. Dr. Fennell is the first graduate of the University of Hartford to be named a college president. In 1999, Governor Tom Ridge named Dr. Fennell a Distinguished Daughter of Pennsylvania. Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, she entered the Institute of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas (Connecticut) in 1957. Dr. Fennell received her degrees in Education, and Counselor Education from the Diocesan Sisters College (B.A., 1961), University of Hartford (Masters of Education, 1972) (Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies, 1973), and Boston University (Doctor in Education, 1976). Dr. Fennell has done post-doctoral training in Management (Harvard University), Family Counseling (Medical School, University of Connecticut), Family Study Center, Institute of Pennsylvania Hospital and the Institute of Psychotherapies. Dr. Fennell has taught, studied, lectured and/or consulted in Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, El Salvador, England, France, Germany, Holland, Honduras, Ireland, Israel,Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico, St. Maarten, Scotland, Switzerland, and the U.S. Virgin Islands of St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix. Dr. Fennell is the Senior Counsel for The Council of Independent Colleges and has been the chief consultant for the Association of Private Universities of Central America. She has assisted the Central American Universities in the establishment of an accreditation system and is the author of the Central American Accreditation Guidelines for Excellence in Education. She is a consultant to numerous associations, colleges, and universities.

Michael J. Endres is a managing principal of Stonehenge Financial Holdings, Inc., a private equity firm that he co-founded in 1999. Prior to joining Stonehenge, Mr. Endres was vice chairman of Banc One Capital Holdings Corporation and chairman of Banc One Capital Partners. Mr. Endres serves as a director of Huntington Bancshares, Inc., Worthington Industries and ProCentury Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
