Clayton Rice is Huntington's West Virginia regional president. Rice has nearly 25 years of banking experience and managed Huntington's commercial lending, commercial real estate and business banking in West Virginia since 2004. Mark Reitzes was appointed as Huntington’s Southern Ohio/Kentucky Region President in 2008. In this role he is responsible for all retail, commercial and business banking operations for Huntington’s Southern Ohio/Kentucky Region. In addition, he provides strategic management and leadership to the Region’s senior management team. With Huntington since 1992, Reitzes previously served as the region’s executive vice president of commercial banking. DAVID L. PORTEOUS was raised in Reed City and has practiced law in West Michigan since 1978. Mr. Levy is co-founder and president of Redstone Investments. He has been involved in the real estate business for more than 25 years, beginning as a construction laborer for Burdman Brothers Companies, his family's real-estate development firm in Youngstown, Ohio. Mr. Levy learned all aspects of the general contracting business as he worked his way up to construction superintendent for the company. In 1983, he left to work as a commercial real estate lender for Marine Midland Bank in Washington, DC, and the surrounding region. In 1987, Mr. Levy and his cousin Lee Burdman, started JLB Investments which in 1991 became Redstone Investments. Redstone is a development, management and acquisitions company focusing on shopping center development. The company is headquartered in Youngstown, Ohio, with an office in Tampa, Florida. Redstone's portfolio comprises over 3.6 million square feet of commercial real estate located in 13 states. In 2003, Redstone opened an office in Tampa, Florida. Initially, the office focused on tenant representation for several national retailers; more recently, in addition to development projects, Mr. Levy expanded Redstone Investments to include leasing, brokerage and asset management. Redstone Commercial LLC was established to handle the firm's commercial real estate brokerage. Redstone Asset Management Services, LLC was set up to provide asset management services for financial institutions and other entities. Mr. Levy currently serves on the Board of Directors of Huntington Bancshares Inc. (NASDAQ: HBAN). In addition to his Director's role, he also serves on the company's Executive and Risk committees. He served for eight years as a board member of Sky Financial Group Inc. (NASDAQ:SKYF), 5 years of which he was the Lead Director, until its acquisition in 2007 by Huntington Bancshares. He served on the boards of two other regional bank holding companies before being named to the board of Sky Financial Group, Inc. Mr. Levy serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Simco Management Corporation since 2004. Simco is a privately held full-service apartment management company, which owns and manages more than 3,200 apartments and 400 mobile home sites in northeast Ohio and western Pennsylvania. Additionally, Simco is involved in exploration and production of natural gas and oil resources, and currently has more than 450 wells in operation. Mr. Levy and other Redstone Investments principals have invested as private equity partners in companies in the technology, oil and gas exploration, as well as various other industries. Mr. Levy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also member of the Real Estate Investment Council in Tampa. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Tampa Preparatory School. Over the years he has served on numerous community non-profit Boards including The Youngstown Business Incubator, Ballet Western Reserve, and The Youngstown Symphony Society. Mr. Levy received his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University, School of Management in 1982 with a degree in finance. He and his wife Karen have two children, Dori 18 and Zack 14.

Marylouise Fennell is an internationally recognized management consultant in higher education. Dr. Fennell specializes in independent higher education as a mentor, counselor, search consultant, and consultant to Presidents, Administrators, and Boards of Trustees of colleges and universities, and to for-profit businesses who serve the non-profit sector. Dr. Fennell brings a unique perspective to her specialty - namely, an intimate knowledge and respect of the presidency and higher education administration. She has served as President of Carlow University, in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania; as Assistant Dean of the Graduate Division of St. Joseph College, West Hartford, Connecticut; has been a tenured faculty member, Department Chair, Division Chair, founder and Director of the Counseling Institute, Director of the Pastoral Ministry Institute, and founder and Director of the Cross Cultural Counseling Symposium. Prior to these assignments she served in teaching/clinical/ positions at the University of Hartford and Boston University. Dr. Fennell is the first graduate of the University of Hartford to be named a college president. In 1999, Governor Tom Ridge named Dr. Fennell a Distinguished Daughter of Pennsylvania. Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, she entered the Institute of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas (Connecticut) in 1957. Dr. Fennell has taught, studied, lectured and/or consulted in Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, El Salvador, England, France, Germany, Holland, Honduras, Ireland, Israel,Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Puerto Rico, St. Maarten, Scotland, Switzerland, and the U.S. Virgin Islands of St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix. Dr. Fennell is the Senior Counsel for The Council of Independent Colleges and has been the chief consultant for the Association of Private Universities of Central America. She has assisted the Central American Universities in the establishment of an accreditation system and is the author of the Central American Accreditation Guidelines for Excellence in Education.
