Michel Soublin is serving as a director of the Company since June 2, 2006. He is also a director of Gemalto Holding N.V. and has been a director of Axalto Holding N.V. He is a graduate of the Institute of Political Studies in Paris and of the Faculty of Law and Economics. He is currently Financial Adviser, Schlumberger Limited. He joined Schlumberger in 1973 and has held several positions in the financial sector in Paris, New York and Moscow, most recently, financial director of Oilfield Services from 1996 to 1998, seconded as Finance Director to OAO NK Yukos from 1999 to 2001 and Schlumberger Group Treasurer from 2001 to February 2005. From 1983 to 1990, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Schlumberger's e-Transactions subsidiary (Smart cards, POS terminals, service station equipment and parking divisions). He is a member of the supervisory board of Atos Origin. He is a founding member of the Association Francaise des Tresoriers d'Entreprises and Chairman of the Comite de la Charte, a French non-profit organization.

Appointed an executive director in October 1994 and became chief executive in May 2000. He was previously finance director of Arjo Wiggins Appleton plc, which he joined shortly before the de-merger from BAT Industries p.l.c. in 1990. Prior to that he had been finance director of GEC Plessey Telecommunications Ltd since its formation in 1988. He is a non-executive director of International Power plc and Schlumberger Ltd.

Mr. Sims is a proven, self-directed leader with an impressive track record of completing large-scale projects. During his tenure at the Schlumberger Corporation, he supervised the design and implementation of one of the world's first truly global corporate networks. He exhibits great people skills (particularly with technical people). Mr. Sims' experience demonstrates a blend of technical expertise and management acumen. A Schlumberger employee for more than 35 years, Henry Norfolk Edmundson currently serves as director of Technical Career and Competency Management for Schlumberger in Paris. He previously has held positions such as wireline field engineer in North Africa and France, interpretation development engineer, research scientist, manager of interpretation, and director of University Relations. He founded the Eureka community-of-practice initiative and the SETC technical career ladder. He also was the founding editor of the Schlumberger Oilfield Review. Edmundson holds an M.A. degree in mechanical engineering from Cambridge and an M.S. in foundations of mathematics from Bristol University.

Alberto has been the manager of Schlumberger for many years in different countries of Africa, Europe and America: Vice-president and General Manager of North Latin America, Communication and Investor Relations Manager. He possesses a MEng in Electronic and Communications Engineering.

Carl joined Schlumberger as a Project Manager in March of 2006 as part of a technology acquisition. Previous to joining he worked with Hyprotech, AEA, Aspen Technology, Esso and Rio Algom. Carl has held many product development and management positions in mining, oil & gas production, and refining domains; led information management programs; managed field operations. He is currently a Portfolio Architect for Schlumberger in Upstream oil & gas, with a focus on economic and risk modeling.

Joao Pereira is an International Client Manager for Schlumberger. He has over 22 years of working experience in the oil industry ranging from field technical experience in wireline logging to management of several regional districts of Schlumberger and passing by brief experiences in Personnel and currently in Marketing. During his career, JoA o has worked in Asia, Europe, and several countries in Latin America, before the current assignment in Houston - TX. Joao was born in Minas Gerais, Brazil were earned his Electrical Engineer degree. He is married to Paola and has one child - Julia.

Randy Hansen is marketing manager of the Sugar Land technology center of Schlumberger, for whom he has worked since 1980. He graduated from the University of Kansas.

Rosemarie Waiand is Marketing Manager at Schlumberger in Houston. Previously, she was Vice President of PMP Architects, a Houston-based architecture firm focused on the institutional building market. She has a broad background in strategic planning, business-focused application software, change management and web-based business tools. At Compaq/HP, she was responsible for sales force automation, partner marketing and web-based sales and marketing initiatives. At BMC Software, she was responsible for developing and managing implementation of web-based business strategies. Currently Rosemarie provides consulting services to non-profits and is an active volunteer with The United Way. Rosemarie holds a BS with Honors from the University of Calgary, Canada.

Allen Howard graduated from Texas Tech University in 1978 with a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering and pursued post-graduate work in Management from The University of Texas. Since then he has more than 25 years of experience in engineering, operations management, sales and marketing management, and senior management. Allen's significant accomplishments include:

Andreas Wilbers, President of Wilbers Consulting has over ten years of experience in the business travel industry. He started his career in the travel agency sector, lastly as managing director for an international travel agency. He has extensive experience in consolidating international business travel accounts for multinational corporations. Andreas Wilbers founded Wilbers Consulting to offer assistance for international corporations in reducing their direct and indirect costs of business travel. Companies like Porsche, EDS, Schlumberger, Johnson & Johnson, Philips, and Axa Colonia use the services of Wilbers Consulting. Andreas Wilbers was certified as one of the first consultants for the SAP Travel Management Product and is one of the leading experts in implementing Online Booking Tools.

Dave has over 25 years experience in senior management roles in both domestic and international sales, marketing, operations and business development. Dave's background includes running divisions with annual revenues of over $500M in sales, product group P&L's of over $400M and engineering budgets exceeding $80M. Prior to joining TSSI Dave was the Sr. VP & GM at Credence Systems. He joined Credence in 2003 after spending 25 years with Schlumberger where his last position with them was President of North and Central America in which he was responsible for their businesses in Telecommunications, Semiconductor Equipment, Smart Cards and IT Outsourcing. Dave did his undergraduate EE work at California Polytechnic University and his graduate studies in marketing at Stanford University.

As a reservoir engineer for Schlumberger in Abu Dhabi, Florian Hollaender works on the planning of well test data acquisition and the interpretation of that data. The development of new methodologies and training of field personnel to deliver accurate and timely interpretation results is his other current priority. This work allows customers to make rapid and informed decisions about how best to develop their assets. His previous assignment was sharing technical knowledge with university students and faculty. Training engineers and ensuring that the best possible tools are made available to them will maximize delivery of the energy the world needs. Hollaender enjoys the challenge of problem solving and developing an understanding of often- complex physical phenomena. Since engineering touches on concrete applications that have direct implications on everyday life, his work leads to improvements that can be implemented immediately. Outside the office, Hollaender's main activity is helping to take care of his first child, only a few months old. As a photographer, he uses film cameras and develops his own black and white prints. Hollaender is also a pianist and tries to bring his baby to sleep to the sound of music.
