Daniel R. Ilisevich has over 20 years of experience in government and commercial technology companies most recently as CFO of Mantas, Inc., Herndon, Virginia which provides integrated compliance solutions such as anti-money laundering and fraud to the global financial services and telecommunications markets. As CFO, Mr. Ilisevich oversaw the transformation of Mantas from a services solution firm serving US clients, to an enterprise software Company with over 50% of its clients based outside of the US. He established and served on the boards of Mantas subsidies in the UK, Singapore and India, and led the integration team for a strategic acquisition that served as the foundation for the Company's entry into the telecommunications market. Prior to Mantas, he was with SRA International, Inc. in a variety of positions including VP & Managing Director of its Commercial Sector , VP and General Manager of its Telecommunications Practice, and Director of its C3I and Army Programs for the federal government. Prior positions include CFO and Director of Operations for Kodak Legal Systems. Mr. Sekhon is the founding Principal of Mantas Consulting services Inc. (MCSI) and acts as its Managing Director. Prior to founding MCSI, he was a Senior Consultant at Fujitsu Consulting, the management and technology-consulting arm of the $38 billion Fujitsu Group, Fujitsu Consulting integrates the core expertise of Fujitsu companies and its partners to deliver complete solutions to businesses and government in the areas of Enterprise Value Management, Enterprise Mobility, Legacy Migration and Managed Services. Mr. Sekhon was previously the Director of Product Development for Western International Communications (WIC). Prior to WIC, Mr. Sekhon was a IT Project Manager at Canada's second largest airport, Vancouver International Airport Authority (YVR).

Several were brought to IPO. Some acquired and integrated with the acquired businesses, and/or were themselves acquired by industry leaders such as Computer Associates and Cisco Systems. As a result, Peter was recognized by Ernst & Young as an Entrepreneur of the Year finalist in New England. A decorated combat veteran, Peter served as an Army infantry officer in Special Operations in Vietnam.
