Weili Dai has been a cornerstone of Marvell's success since she co-founded the company in 1995. Ms. Dai's business acumen, strategic thinking, leadership and endless passion, have contributed greatly to Marvell's fast rise to success. Her close relationship with her customers and the foundation of the trust shared with them has given her a strong reputation for professionalism and integrity throughout the technology industry. Ms. Dai has served a pivotal role in creating some of the Company's most important strategic partnerships and under her leadership Marvell's technology has become an integral part of many of the world's most important products in enterprise, communications, consumer and emerging markets.
One of Silicon Valley's leading women executives, Ms. Dai currently serves as Vice President of Sales for Communications and Consumer Business and Vice President and General Manager of the Communications and Computing Business Unit which encompasses the Mobile Cellular Business, the Connectivity Business and Power Management Business. She has also held a number of significant positions within Marvell since she co-founded the Company: she has served as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and General Manager of the Communications Business Group. She has also been a Director of Marvell Technology Group Ltd. and Corporate Secretary of the Board. Prior to co-founding Marvell, Ms. Dai was involved in software development and project management at Canon Research Center America, Inc. Ms. Dai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
Ms. Dai is dedicated to the community with a passion for philanthropy. She has been the driving force behind many of Marvell's civic engagements, including participation in the One Laptop Per Child program, The MIT Media Lab Human Speechome project, charitable activities with Give2Asia, and significant donations to earthquake disaster relief in Asia. Her passion for education includes long term contributions to the Harker School and the University of California, Berkeley. Most recently she and her husband Sehat Sutardja, CEO of Marvell, along with Pantas Sutardja, CTO of Marvell, made a significant contribution to Berkeley. The building, named Sutardja Dai Hall by the University in recognition of their support, was opened in February 2009. The Sutardja Dai Hall is home to the Center for Information Technology Research in the Interest of Society (CITRIS) will help create information technology solutions for many of our most pressing social, environmental and health care concerns.
Mr. Clyde R. Hosein brings to Marvell more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations in high technology industries. Prior to joining Marvell, Mr. Hosein was chief financial officer for Integrated Device Technologies and held the same position at Advanced Interconnect Technologies. Prior to joining Advanced Interconnect Technologies, Mr. Hosein was the chief financial officer and senior director of corporate planning of Candescent Technologies Corporation. Previous to Candescent, Mr. Hosein spent over 14 years with IBM Corporation, where he held several engineering and financial positions within their storage, microelectronics, data systems and corporate divisions.

George Hervey joined Marvell Technology Group Ltd. in April 2000 as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Hervey is also Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. In his roles, Mr. Hervey is responsible for overseeing long-term financial development and managing internal financial and administrative operations. He has extensive industry and senior-level management experience. Prior to joining Marvell, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Galileo Technology Ltd. Mr. Michael Rashkin joined Marvell in 1999 and serves as vice president of taxes and general tax counsel. Mr. Rashkin has worked with global high-tech companies for over 30 years, and is recognized as a leader in establishing international tax structures. Prior to Marvell, he spent 13 years at Apple Computer where he held positions as general manager of Asia and Latin America, director of marketing for Apple Japan, director of International Legal, director of International Business Development, and director of Taxes, Customs and Export Licensing. Prior to Apple he was with Digital Equipment Corporation.
Mr. Rashkin is author of "Research and Development Tax Incentives," published by Commerce Clearing House in 2003. His most recent book, "The Practical Guide to Research and Development Tax Incentives" will be published this year. He is a member of the Santa Clara Valley Chapter of Tax Executives Institute, the State Bar of New York, and the State Bar of California. Mr. Rashkin holds a Master of Laws in tax from New York University and a J.D, from St John’s University.

Dr. Pantas Sutardja, one of our co-founders, has served as Vice President and a Director of Marvell Technology Group Ltd. since its inception, and as Vice President of Engineering of Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. from its inception until 1999, when he was appointed Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Sutardja also serves as a Director of Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. Previously, Dr. Sutardja served as Research Staff Member at IBM Almaden Research Center from 1988 to 1994. Dr. Albert Wu joined Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. in August 1998 as the Director of Manufacturing Technology, supervising test development, product engineering, foundry operations, and assembly engineering activities. Dr. Gani Jusuf has served as Vice President of Product Development of the Communications Business Group of Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. since February 2000. From 1998 to February 2000, Dr. Jusuf was a Research and Development Manager for Agilent Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Hewlett-Packard, which develops test, measurement and monitoring products and devices. Dr. Partho Mishra joined Marvell Semiconductors in 2004. In his current role he serves as Vice President and General Manager, Embedded and Emerging Business Unit. He was previously, Vice President of Software Engineering for the company's Communications and Consumer Business Group. Prior to joining Marvell Dr. Mishra was involved with the creation of the the first MIMO Wireless LAN devices as the Director of Embedded Systems at Airgo Networks. Mr. Reid Linney is Marvell’s Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Marvell in 2008, Mr. Linney served as Vice President of Human Resources for Magnum Semiconductor from 2007 to 2008. In addition, he was the Vice President of Human Resources for AMD from 1999 to 2007. At AMD he led the Human Resources Operations team and served on AMD’s California Community Affairs Council. Mr. Linney has also held senior-level positions at various consulting firms, including A. Foster Higgins, Watson Wyatt Worldwide, and KPMG. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley as well as a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Statistics from the University of Manitoba, Canada.
Dr. Roawen Chen joined Marvell Semiconductor, Inc, in 2000. Prior to returning to this position, Dr. Chen also served as Vice President and General Manger of the Communications and Computing Business Unit (CCBU). He joined Marvell as the Manager of Manufacturing Technology in May 2000, and was promoted to Director and Sr. Director of Foundry Operations, in 2001 and 2003, respectively. In those roles he was responsible for foundry business operations and engineering operations. Prior to Marvell, Dr. Chen held technical positions in TSMC-USA and Intel Corp. Dr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from National Tsing-Hua University and a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California at Berkeley.
Dr. Simon Milner joined Marvell Semiconductor, Inc, in 2002, and is the Vice President and General Manager of the Enterprise Business Unit. Previously, he served as a Senior Director of Marketing and a Director of Technology Strategy in Marvell’s Embedded and Emerging Business Unit. In these roles he introduced Marvell’s ultra-low power, embedded WiFi modules into the European mobile market and oversaw the introduction of Marvell’s Orion family of ARM based embedded processors. Dr. Milner has held a variety of positions at Fujitsu Microelectronics and MMC Networks, and was a co-founder of Candlestick Networks which was subsequently acquired by Nortel. He holds a Bachelors degree from Huddersfield University and a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom.

Mr. Eliaz Lavi has served as Vice President and General Manager of Marvell Semiconductor Israel Ltd. since October 2001. Mr. Lavi is responsible for the development of the switch and system controller products for the Communications Business Group. Mr. Lavi has over eighteen years of experience in the electronics-semiconductor industry, including twelve with Intel Corporation from 1984 until 1996. Mr. Lavi held several key technical and management positions related to product quality, reliability, test, manufacturing, and operations while at Intel. As a quality and reliability manager at Intel, he was responsible for the X87 Numeric Co-Processors product family and the Second Level Cache Controllers product line. In 1991, he earned the highest distinction awarded by Intel, the Intel Achievement Award. From 1992 until 1996, Mr. Lavi held the position of Test Engineering and Labs Manager of Intel's Israel Development Center. In this position, he was responsible for providing the testing infrastructure for validation and production activities, test methodologies and CAD tools, as well as operation capability for the P55C (Pentium-MMX). In 1996, Mr. Lavi joined the company as Vice President of Operations and established and built our Israeli operations organization. Mr. Lavi has published and presented three papers at various international quality assurance conferences. Mr. Lavi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Israel Technology Institute (Technion).
Dr. Hoo Kuong has served as General Manager of Marvell Asia Pte., Ltd. in Singapore since June 2000. From 1996 to 1999, he was co-founder and CEO of AIC Semiconductor, Malaysia, an IC package assembly and testing sub-contractor for multi-national companies. From 1978 to 1995, he held various engineering and manufacturing management positions at Intel, Malaysia. Dr. Kuong holds a Bachelor of Science degree from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan and Master of Science and PhD degrees in Semiconductor Physics from Purdue University, Indiana.

Mr. Krueger brings more than forty years of experience in the semiconductor business to NemeriX. He has served as a corporate officer for a major, multi-national semiconductor company and currently serves as a director on the board of QuickLogic Corporation and Marvell. Since February 2001 Mr. Krueger has been a consultant to OEM automobile manufacturers and semiconductor companies that serve global automotive and telecom markets. Mr. Krueger was also corporate Vice President and General Manager of Motorola's Semiconductor Products Sector for EMEA from January 1998 until February 2001. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Technology in Switzerland and has studied Advanced Computer Science at the University of Minnesota. Mr. King retired as an audit partner of Ernst & Young, LLP in 2002. During his career, Mr. King was the audit partner on large, complex public registrants and managed Ernst & Young's San Francisco office as well as regional managing responsibilities. He also serves as a director of Fuel Systems Solutions, Inc. and Rackable Systems, Inc. Mr. King is a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.
Dr. Juergen W. Gromer serves as President of Tyco Electronics, one of the worlda s largest providers of engineered electronic components, network solutions and wireless systems. Under his leadership, Tyco Electronicsa revenue has grown from US$5 billion in 1999 to US$12.8 billion in 2006 and the number of employees has expanded from approximately 52,000 to nearly 100,000 in more than 45 countries. In his 24 years at AMP/Tyco Electronics, Dr. Gromer has held a wide variety of regional and global assignments including President, Electronic Components; Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Services; President of the Global Automotive Division; Vice President of Central and Eastern Europe and General Manager of AMP Germany. Prior to AMP, Dr. Gromer held various general management roles with Procter & Gamble, ITT Components Group, and Zahnradfabrik Friedrichshafen. Dr. Gromer received his undergraduate degree and Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. He is Chairman of the Board of the Society for Economic Development of the District Bergstrasse/Hessen, a Director of the Board and Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Germany, a member of the board of RWE Rhein-Ruhr AG, a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, and a member of the Advisory Board of Commerzbank. On April 12, 2007, Dr. Gromer announced his decision to retire from Tyco Electronics effective December 31, 2007. Until that time he will continue to serve as President, Tyco Electronics.

Dr. John G. Kassakian has been a member of the faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology ("MIT") since 1973 and has served as Director of the MIT Laboratory for Electromagnetic and Electronic Systems since 1991. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Chang was Senior Vice President of WK Technology Fund, a venture capital fund. Mr. Chang serves as a director for Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. and a number of private companies. Mr. Chang holds a BS from National Taiwan University and an MBA from National Chiao-Tung University in Taiwan.

Ronald D. Verdoorn joined Rackable Systems as a director in March 2005. From January 1999 to 2002, Mr. Verdoorn served as Executive Vice President of Global Operations for Affymetrix, Inc., a company specializing in the development of technology for acquiring and managing complex genetic information for use in biomedical research, genomics and clinical diagnostics, following which he continued as a consultant until December 2003. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Verdoorn served as an independent consultant to the hard disk drive industry. From 1983 to 1997, Mr. Verdoorn held a number of positions with Seagate Technology, Inc., most recently as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Storage Products. Mr. Verdoorn has a B.A. in Sociology from Linfield College.
