Maximizer Software Inc.

As President, Caputo leads corporate strategy and direction as well as overseeing operations across the company's three geographic regions of the Americas, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and Asia Pacific. Caputo joined Maximizer Software as Chief Financial Officer in 2000 and was promoted to co-President in 2002. Under his leadership as co-president, the company built significant market momentum including more than 25 prestigious industry awards and the highly successful launches of versions 8 and 9 of Maximizer Software's products. In 2006, Caputo took on full leadership of Maximizer Software with his promotion to sole company President. Prior to joining Maximizer Software, Caputo served as Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded IT services and solutions company along with senior roles at KPMG. Caputo is a Chartered Accountant and Dean's Medalist from Simon Fraser University where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration. In 2005, he was named to Business in Vancouver Magazine's "40 under 40," an annual list of B.C.'s 40 most successful entrepreneurs under the age of 40. He is based in the company's Vancouver, British Columbia headquarters.

Terry Hui is Chairman of Maximizer Software's board and is responsible for the Company's high-level strategic activities. Born in Hong Kong and educated in the United States, Terry received his undergraduate degree in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley and earned a Masters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University. Terry holds a number of corporate directorships including being a director of Husky Energy Inc. and Chairman of abc Multiactive Limited in Hong Kong. He is also President & CEO of Concord Pacific Group Inc., a real estate development company responsible for the Concord Pacific Place development in Vancouver and the CityPlace development in downtown Toronto. Terry is well established in Vancouver's business community and is a director of the Vancouver Board of Trade.

Richard Whittall, a capital investment consultant, is a member of Maximizer's board. Richard brings substantial audit expertise and corporate board experience to the board. He is a co-founder and director of investment banking at Watershed Capital Partners. He also sits on the boards of China Enterprises Limited, Glacier Ventures International Corp., Intrinsic Capital Corp., and Miranda Mining Corporation. Richard received his undergraduate degree in Arts from the University of British Columbia and earned his Master of Arts degree from the University of Cambridge. He is a Fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust.
