Mr. D Angelo has served as Senior Executive Vice President of Metavante Technologies, Inc. since the Separation Transaction. Prior to the Separation Transaction, Mr. D Angelo served as Senior Executive Vice President and President, Payment Solutions Group, of Metavante Corporation since September 2004. Mr. D Angelo joined Metavante Corporation in 1997 as Vice President and General Manager of its EFT and Card Solutions businesses. Mr. D Angelo also serves in various positions in Metavante Technologies, Inc. s subsidiaries. Prior to joining Metavante Corporation, Mr. D Angelo held senior management positions at Diebold Incorporated and Burroughs Corporation. Mr. D Angelo is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Everlink Payment Systems, Inc and a Director of the Electronic Funds Transfer Association.

Mr. Larsen is Treasurer of Metavante Technologies, Inc. Mr. Larsen has served as Treasurer and Vice President of Investor Relations for Metavante Corporation since February 2008. Mr. Larsen previously served as Vice President, Financial Planning, Analysis and Investor Relations of Metavante Corporation from August 2007 to February 2008. Prior to joining Metavante Corporation, Mr. Larsen was Director, Investor Relations and Investments of Rockwell Automation, Inc., a global provider of industrial automation power, control and information solutions, since November 2006; Controller, Industrial Components Business of Rockwell Automation, Inc. from February 2006 to November 2006; Controller, Standard Drives Business of Rockwell Automation, Inc. from January 2005 to February 2006; and Director, Financial Reports of Rockwell Automation, Inc. prior thereto.

Dave has many years of experience in the payments industry managing sales, business development, and strategic alliances with Metavante and iPay Technologies, LLC. Prior to joining Aliaswire, Dave was responsible for developing new alliances for EBPP and Spectrum within the Metavante product portfolio. He has significant experience in developing and leading innovative deals with large, strategic partners such as IBM Global Services, Fiserv, and Fidelity. While at iPay, Dave held many leadership roles including seats on the Management and Revenue Committees, Vice President Strategic Alliances, and Sales Manager. Dave holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin.

Jim Nichols grew up in Brazil, SA as a missionary kid. He graduated from Emmaus Bible College where he met his wife Cheryl and started working in the computer software business. He is currently working for Metavante in Altamonte Springs as a Senior Software Designer. He and his wife attend Hiawassa Bible Chapel where he is involved in the AWANA program, and chairman of the deacon board. Cheryl and Jim have two married daughters Sarah Sloan and Rachel Price and have 6 grand children.

Adarsh Sarma has served as a director of our company since July 2005. Mr. Sarma is a Managing Director in the Technology, Media and Telecommunication group at Warburg Pincus LLC, which he joined as a Principal in 2005. From 2002 to early 2005, Mr. Sarma was a Principal at Chryscapital, a private equity firm. Mr. Sarma also serves as a director of Metavante Technologies, Inc. and one privately-held company. Mr. Sarma earned a B.A. from Knox College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Kellner has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fiduciary Management, Inc., an investment management firm, since 1980. He is also a director of American Family Mutual Insurance Company and Kelben Foundation, Inc. He has been a director of M&I since 2000.
