Dow Jones Description

Financial Institutions, Inc. (FII) is a Bank holding company headquartered in Warsaw, New York, which is located 45 miles southwest of Rochester and 45 miles southeast of Buffalo. FII was formed in 1931 to facilitate the management of three banks primarily owned and operated by the Humphrey family since the late 1800's. Currently, FII owns a commercial bank and an investment brokerage subsidiary. FII provides consumer, commercial and agricultural services to customers throughout Western and Central New York State. FII strives to provide our customers with a broad and competitive range of services generally not available through small, independent community banks. We also pride ourselves on the intimate customer service generally lacking at larger regional banks. Currently, we provide our customers with a broad ATM network, toll-free telephone banking, check and statement imaging, interactive Internet banking and bill paying services. We also provide many additional services through our subsidiary web sites.
