Keith Jaeger is responsible for the successful delivery of Finaplex's Wealth Management product to the marketplace as well as customer support and is the company's chief security officer. Mr. Jaeger manages Product Management, Engineering, QA, Documentation, Customer Service, Security and Release Management to ensure that the Finaplex product serves the needs of its customers and has exceptional quality. He has been managing product development organizations at a variety of software companies over the past 20 years, including Sawyer Media Systems, Desktop.com, Viscomm (now Bricsnet), and Synon (now Sterling Software). While at Synon, Mr. Jaeger managed the organization that provided the core software components that were used as the technology underpinnings by many financial institutions, for both financial software companies and institutions doing in-house development.

Tom Hutton is the Managing Partner of Thompson Hutton LLC, where he pursues and manages private equity and venture capital investments in partnership with a number of leading firms. Currently, Tom serves as Executive Chairman of Boats/Yachtworld.com, Claim IQ and Finaplex. He is a Director of Montpelier Re and Safeco. Formerly, Tom served as President and CEO of Risk Management Solutions, Inc. from its founding in 1990 to its sale in 2000. He served as a Venture Partner at Trident Capital, and an adviser/consultant to Sutter Hill Ventures and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners between 2000 and 2002. Tom received an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School in 1986, and MS (Mechanical Engineering) and BA (Economics) Degrees from Stanford University in 1978 and 1977, respectively.

As a co-founder, Mr. Cagney helped launched the company as an innovative leader in wealth and investment management technology. Prior to founding Finaplex, Mr. Cagney was responsible for financial product development and proprietary and derivative trading at Wells Fargo Bank.

Walter is a leading advisor to the financial services industry in the areas of strategy and product initiatives. Previously, he was an executive in residence at Goldman, Sachs Ventures. Prior to that, Walter had a distinguished career at Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He was a senior partner, heading the U.S. financial services practice, a member of the board of directors, member of the audit committee of the board, chairman of the finance committee and member of the senior partner operational council. Throughout his career he was a client officer providing corporate and business strategy, marketing strategy, operations and cost management and technology management services to commercial and investment banks, other financial services companies and industrial companies in the U.S., Canada and Europe. Prior to his Booz, Allen career, Walter was a bond portfolio manager at Wachovia Bank and Trust. He is a member of the board of directors and chairman of the audit committee of Datek Online Holdings, Inc. Walter holds a B.A. in Economics from University of Florida and an M.B.A. from Amos Tuck School, Dartmouth College.
