John Hesse brings deep financial expertise to Fios, including more than 20 years as a CFO of both public and private companies. He has led numerous public and private financing activities, including initial public offerings (IPOs). Most recently, John served as CFO of Vancouver-based New Edge Networks, building the company from the start-up phase to revenue of more than $130 million. John was involved in all aspects of the company's financial and corporate strategy, including capital formation, financial management, mergers and acquisitions, SOX compliance and operations. New Edge was acquired by Earthlink in 2006. Prior to New Edge Networks, John served in executive positions at Protection One in Dallas, Tex., and Network Security Corporation, where he led the growth and sales of both companies. Hesse began his career as a staff auditor with Peat, Marwick Mitchell and Co. (now KPMG). John holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Whether in response to an inquiry, a second request or class action litigation, Mary Mack brings legal and technical professionals together in a focused manner to determine a successful, cost-effective course of compliance with electronic discovery requests. As Corporate Technology Counsel for Fios, she has more than 20 years experience delivering enterprise-wide electronic discovery, managed services and software projects with legal and IT departments in publicly held companies. Mary is a hands-on strategic advisor to counsel for some of the largest products liability class actions, government investigations and intellectual property disputes. Clients include the largest law firms, pharmaceutical companies and insurance companies in the world. A member of the Illinois Bar, ACCA and the ABA's Section on Litigation, Mary received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law (1982) and a B.A. from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY. She holds certifications in Computer Forensics and Computer Telephony. Mary is one of the leading speakers and authors on electronic discovery issues, technology and the law. She is co-author of the popular book, "A Process of Illumination: The Practical Guide to Electronic Discovery," and hosts the blog, "Sound Evidence," featured on DiscoveryResources.org. She's is also regularly featured as an expert in the leading magazines and newspapers, such as The New York Times, Inside Counsel Magazine, Law.com, Chicago Lawyer, Compliance Week and Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Magazine.

Michael Harnish, CPA, CITP, EnCE, CISA, comes to Fios with more than 30 years experience in organizing, managing, architecting and deploying cost-effective, highly productive technology-enabled business solutions. As one of the first recipients of the American Institute of CPA's (AICPA) Pathfinder award and later recognized as the winner of the national award for "Innovative User of Technology," Mike has served in groundbreaking roles, such as the first chairman of the AICPA's Technology Section and as a member of the American Bar Association's (ABA) Futurist Committee. Prior to joining Fios, he led a technology consulting practice for Plante & Moran, the 11th largest certified public accounting and business advisory firm in the U.S., where, among other things, he formed the firm's computer forensic and electronic discovery practice. Prior to that, he served for more than five years as chief information officer for the law firm of Dickinson Wright LLP. A graduate of Purdue University, Mike has also held executive positions with such companies as CPA2BIZ, the commercial services arm of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA); Lotus Consulting Services; and Crowe Chizek & Company. Mike holds a B.S. in Industrial Management with a Computer Science Technical Option from Purdue University. He also holds numerous professional certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP), EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certificate in Data Processing (CDP) and Certified Lotus Professional (CLP).

Brad Gragert has spent more than 29 years in senior leadership positions in the high technology and IT services industries, with proven success in direct sales, international market development, customer delivery, and alliance and partner development. Prior to being appointed vice president of operations, he helped Fios build and grow its channel programs and sales organization to meet the high-growth needs of the company and the e-discovery market. Before joining Fios, Gragert held leadership positions with leading technology and service companies, such as Covansys, ABC Technologies Inc. (now SAS Institute Inc.), Sequent Computer Systems (now IBM), Daisy Systems and Tektronix. In his current role, Brad is focused on ensuring Fios' discovery management services from collection through production are delivered in a timely, defensible and cost-effective manner, leveraging people, process and technology to achieve success for every client. Brad holds an M.B.A. from the University of Portland and a B.A. in international studies from Portland State University.

Over the past 20 years, Prashant Dubey has helped corporations save millions of dollars of operating and capital expenditure, reduce risk and increase revenue. He has served clients throughout North America, Asia and Latin America across numerous industries, such as healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, discrete and process manufacturing, financial services, telecommunications, transportation and energy. Prashant has been instrumental in shaping the electronic discovery market. Among many of his accomplishments, he pioneered the development of methodologies for Litigation Readiness, developed a managed services model for managing electronic discovery as an organized business process, and led the development of Fios' discovery response planning service to help clients comply with the amended Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and reduce the risks, costs and time associated with the e-discovery process. Before joining Fios, Dubey was a senior operating executive for high-growth, IT services and application software companies, including Covansys, ProSight, ABC Technologies and Tripwire. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with Baxter International in roles ranging from cost management and operations improvement consulting for hospitals, primary care providers and operating divisions of Baxter to product line management and international market development. Prashant is also a frequent speaker and author on electronic discovery issues and co-authored the book "Litigation Readiness: Mastering the Inevitable" in 2004. Prashant holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A. in Strategy and Finance from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business.

Rj Smith has extensive experience and success building sales organizations focused on IT-enabled services. He brings to Fios more than 25 years experience working with such companies as EDS, Covansys and, most recently, Fujitsu Consulting. As senior vice president at Fujitsu Consulting, Rj managed the acquisition and integration of three companies into Fujitsu and met or exceeded sales targets each year. For Covansys, he built a sales team from scratch and delivered more than $100 million in annual revenue three years in a row. Additionally, culminating a 14-year tenure at EDS, Rj managed 60 direct reports with annual sales targets of $2 billion in the company's Western region focused on Fortune 500 and corporate accounts across 14 states. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from California State University in Fullerton.

Jeanette Slepian is a senior marketing executive and licensed attorney with broad, multi-national experience, recognized for her dynamic leadership and innovation. She comes to Fios after a successful tenure with SAS Institute, the world's largest, privately-held software company based in North Carolina, where she was the president of BetterManagement.com (formerly an ABC Technologies' company). Jeanette's breadth of experience includes executive-level tenures with growth and start-up companies, such as 800.com, GetThere.com, Sonesta Hotel Corporation, and Alamo Rent-a-Car. She holds a J.D. from Pace University School of Law in White Plains, NY, and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Oregon. Jeanette is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Association for Corporate Growth and the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network. She is also a frequent speaker and presenter.

Sam Panarella has more than 10 years of experience helping public and private companies throughout North America craft solutions to a wide variety of business process, project management and legal challenges. Prior to joining Fios, Sam was a partner at Stoel Rives LLP, one of the largest law firms in the western United States. As the Vice President and Managing Director of Fios Consulting, Sam helps clients improve their overall electronic discovery practices by proactively assessing the people, processes and technologies currently involved in those practices and creating business process based improvements that reduce cost, shorten cycle time and mitigate business and legal risk. He holds a J.D., Cum Laude, from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College and a B.A. from the University of Montana.

Brian Rose is the Director of Business and Corporate Development for Fios. Before coming to Portland, he served at the executive level with five early-stage and growth companies in Seattle, including VP of Sales and Marketing at Intrinsyc Software. He also spent nine years in sales management in the Electronic Design Automation market with industry leader Cadence Design Systems.

Chris Cameron has extensive experience managing complex e-discovery matters. As the director of operations at Fios, Cameron is directly responsible for managing, mentoring and training all operational team members to ensure efficient, cost-effective and timely delivery of Fios' comprehensive e-discovery services. Cameron is directly involved in the design, development and deployment of discovery response plans, from the closing of the sale through the production of evidence to the requesting party. He has particular expertise in managing client relationships, defining discovery strategies and applying legal review expertise to the discovery process. Prior to joining Fios, Cameron held management positions at Solutions@Law and Lex Solutio (now Encore Legal Solutions), where he developed e-discovery processes, managed production teams and helped clients navigate all phases of discovery response. He holds a B.A. in multimedia from the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe, Arizona.

Bimal Pall is a highly accomplished consultant with more than 10 years of solid management and hands-on experience in both established and start-up environments. He specializes in leading the implementation of enterprise-class technologies and services. Pall is a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in the fields of project management, process design, systems development, integration and implementation. As a senior manager in Fios Consulting, Pall works and guides clients in the overall assessment, selection and optimization of e-discovery technologies and methodologies in order to mitigate risks and reduce costs. Prior to joining Fios, Pall served as a senior manager at Deloitte Consulting LLP, leading teams in the development, deployment and integration of emerging enterprise-class technologies, such as Service Oriented Architecture and open source web development. As a 20-year entrepreneur, Bonnie Worley is always one to look for a better way. While providing service to a client, she and her business partner recognized a gap that needed to be bridged between technology and litigation requirements. Bonnie established and co-founded Fios, Inc. in 1999 and the company was one of the first to enter that market. She has grown the company from its inception and is an integral part of the executive team at Fios. She serves as the Corporate Secretary to the Board of Directors and the company's Administrative Services Manager. Bonnie is a member of the Portland Chapter of Women in E-Discovery, and The Association of Executive and Administrative Professionals. Prior to Fios, Bonnie started and managed several companies and was instrumental in the successful launch of a drug rehabilitation clinic in the Portland area.

Cynthia Bateman comes to Fios after spending more than 13 years with Georgia-Pacific, most recently serving as the global privacy and e-discovery director. As a senior manager in Fios Consulting, Bateman is adept at developing and implementing e-discovery programs that are legally defensible, cost efficient and in compliance with regulatory and court-defined rules. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, she earned her paralegal certification from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta and is certified by the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam (PACE). Bateman is a frequent speaker and contributor on best practices and challenges related to legal holds tracking, data accessibility and collections. She is an active member of The Sedona Conference, participating in both Working Group 1 focused on electronic document retention and production and in Working Group 6 focused on international electronic information management, discovery and disclosure.

Dan Krahn brings more than 12 years experience as a business process consultant to the Fios Consulting team. His expertise lies in helping organizations bridge the gap between technical, managerial and client-facing requirements. He has worked with clients in both the public and private sector, with a specialty in the healthcare industry. As a Senior Consultant, Krahn is directly responsible for helping clients create repeatable and measurable business processes for managing electronic discovery. Prior to joining Fios, Krahn served as a manager at Deloitte Consulting, working on project implementations and business process improvements for clients in the healthcare industry. David Ray is both an attorney and a computer technology veteran, with over 10 years experience in information technology and software development. He joined Fios after earning both a J.D., cum laude, with a Certificate in Law and Technology Management, from Syracuse University, and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and Policy from the University of Washington. While attending school, he performed research for leading professors at both universities, served as legal intern for a U.S. District Court judge, was as an editor for the Syracuse Science and Technology Reporter, and won multiple awards for achievement in intellectual property law. Prior to law school, Ray served as vice president of technology in the London and Boston offices of Digitas LLC, a worldwide marketing and technology services organization whose clients included Fortune 100 companies. In this role, he helped design and implement technology solutions to meet global growth needs for clients in the U.S. and Europe. Ray began his technology-based career as a litigation information systems specialist with Nixon Peabody LLP shortly after earning his B.A. From the University of Rochester.

Karl Flusche has more than 20 years of experience in hi-tech investigative operations and large scale electronic evidence discovery projects. As a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and the manager of Fios' Electronic Evidence Collection team, Flusche plans and directs all e-discovery collection and forensic recovery projects for Fios' clients. Prior to joining Fios in 2005, Flusche led the forensic and information security activities for a number of high profile corporations, such as Hotels.com, Paladin Group LLC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young LLP, Cyrix Corporation and Computer Crime Labs of America. He is an experienced investigator with global experience and was one of earliest computer forensics experts for the first agency with computer crime investigators. Flusche spent the first 10 years of his career as a special agent with the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations. He holds a masters in business management from Central Michigan University and a B.S. in applied mathematics from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Kate Billera is a proven leader, technologist and project manager with more than 12 years of experience in the software and legal industry. She has experience working with both private and public-based corporations and law firms in a wide variety of industries, including non-profit, software, healthcare, financial, manufacturing and government. As a manager in Fios' Client Services team, Billera manages cross-departmental project teams to address internal business process and establish defensible documentation. Billera has successfully managed dozens of electronic discovery cases, providing technical recommendations and responsive communication throughout the entire project lifecycle. Prior to joining Fios, Billera served as a system architect and project manager for an automation consulting firm. She served as the project manager on over 400 internal and external projects, setting client expectations, making recommendations and managing project resources to meet scope, time and budget requirements. She has partnered with clients such as Merrill Lynch, Lockheed Martin, Bose Corporation, Frito-Lay Canada, HP and Diners Club on multiple projects during her career. Billera is an experienced trainer, author, writer on a wide variety of topics ranging from quantitative systems analysis, capacity planning, system performance and management to lean manufacturing and project management.

Kathy Murray is a business process consultant with more than 20 years experience in the high technology and legal industry, both in the United States and internationally. Her expertise lies in helping corporations assess, plan and implement change management and infrastructure programs to support service delivery requirements and corporate growth objectives. As a Senior Manager, her focus areas include business process improvement methodologies specific to e-discovery protocols and helping clients identify infrastructure gaps and building response teams. Previously, Murray spent three years developing the organizational policies and infrastructure to support Fios' rapid growth in the e-discovery market. Murray holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

Scott Giordano is an attorney and Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) with 14 years legal, technology and risk management consulting experience. For the past five years, Giordano has been representing and counseling clients on risk mitigation strategies with respect to electronic commerce, information security and privacy issues. Prior to beginning his own practice, Giordano spent seven years as a risk management consultant for LexisNexis, where he consulted with corporations looking to implement legal technology solutions. Giordano is a frequent speaker and author and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (AFCE) and Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) advisory board. He earned his M.S. in Economic Crime Management from Utica College at Syracuse University, a J.D. and Masters of Business Administration from Santa Clara University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Long Beach State University.

Tom Mighell brings 18 years of litigation and litigation technology experience to Fios Consulting. Mighell is dedicated to helping clients prepare for and respond to litigation, and to understand the technologies used in e-discovery and other litigation technology processes. As a Senior Manager, Mighell's focus is on working with corporations and their outside counsel to develop discovery readiness and response plans that increase efficiency while remaining conscious of both cost and risk. Mighell is a frequent speaker and writer on Internet technologies, and is the co-author of The Lawyer's Guide to Collaboration Tools and Technologies: Smart Ways to Work Together, published by the American Bar Association. Mighell also served as Chair of ABA TECHSHOW 2008, a technology conference for legal professionals. He received both his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Texas at Austin.

Vikas Pall brings more than ten years as a business process consultant to Fios Consulting. His expertise lies in helping organizations bridge the gap between the technical and functional teams. He has experience working in a wide variety of service industries, including healthcare, financial services, public sector and technology. As a Senior Manager, Pall is directly responsible for helping clients create repeatable and measurable business processes for managing electronic discovery.

Todd Trzcinski has nearly 25 years experience managing accounting systems and departments for both privately- and publicly-held corporations. For the past three years, Trzcinski has been leading the accounting department as Controller of Fios, Inc., one of the largest electronic discovery service providers in the United States. Prior to joining Fios, he served as Controller for several privately-held growth companies, including Christensen Electric and Envoy Global. Other major companies in which Trzcinski has served include Consolidated Freightways and CNF Transportation. Trzcinski specializes in developing and managing corporate business plans, managing costing models, helping companies prepare for growth and expansion, and ensuring accounting systems and personnel are utilized to their full potential.

Eric Sedwick has more than 10 years experience in the legal industry, providing records management, legal consulting and software implementation expertise to dozens of nationwide clients. As a Consultant in the Fios Consulting group, he regularly works with clients to bridge the culture and language gap between the IT and legal departments. His expertise lies in content and records management systems, developing and providing best practices and compliance management expertise related to Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and similar legal requirements. Sedwick holds a J.D. from the University of San Diego Law School.

Nancy Patton has worked for more than a decade in the hi-technology industry, helping companies overcome their organizational development challenges. As a Consultant, her focus is on helping organizations develop repeatable processes and frameworks for defensibly and effectively responding to e-discovery by focusing on organizational change management and team facilitation. A graduate from Lewis & Clark Law School, Patton has successfully argued before the Oregon Court of Appeals, and served on the Moot Court Honor Board. She has also received an award for Best Oral Advocate.

Sheryl Karstensen has worked for more than a decade in the information technology and legal industries. As a Consultant at Fios Consulting, her focus is on helping organizations develop repeatable processes and frameworks for defensibly and effectively responding to e-discovery by focusing on organizational change management and team facilitation. Prior to joining Fios, Karstensen worked as a litigation support consultant and project manager focused on IP and patent litigation e-discovery, document review support and archived data restoration. Before entering the legal services technology industry, she worked as an information technology specialist and team leader for leading technology companies in the metro Atlanta area, most notably IBM Global Services. In her career, Karstenen has helped clients proactively manage e-discovery in class action litigations, IP and patent disputes and product liability cases. She has assisted in building ESI content maps, conducting early evidence assessments, preparing files for production, processing large quantities of data for review and providing overall project management support to ensure successful outcomes for the clients. Allen Gurney is a litigation technology and electronic discovery veteran with a decade of in-the-trenches experience. He has successfully guided engagements for hundreds of clients, including the nation's top law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. As a Director, Gurney helps clients significantly reduce the costs and risks of the e-discovery process. Prior to this role, he served as a Fios' engagement manager focused specifically on review management. He also has served as a client services manager on Fios' delivery team, managing the successful delivery of complex e-discovery projects.

Brad Harris has more than 20 years of experience in the high technology and software development industry, working with Fortune 1000 companies on improving IT-enabled business practices. Over the past three years, Harris has directed product management and led e-discovery consulting engagements at Fios. As the Director of Fios' Discovery Center of Excellence, Harris is an expert in how people and information technology can enhance business processes to reduce cost and risk associated with responding to discovery obligations. He is a leading advocate for understanding the requirements around delivering efficient and legally defensible discovery processes, including managing content, evidence authentication, data collection and overall discovery readiness workflows.

Daniel Gerrity has served as a director of the Company since June 2006. Mr. Gerrity has broad experience in building, funding and leading technology-oriented companies. He is currently the CEO of Naverus, Inc., a Seattle area aviation technology company he co-founded in 2003. He was a founder of two technology companies and was the President and CEO of publicly-traded Coinstar (NASDAQ:CSTR). He also has experience in private equity, venture capital and consulting to entrepreneurial companies, and was a Lecturer at the University of Washington Graduate School of Business. From Stanford University, Dan earned a BS in Electrical Engineering, an MS in Computer Systems, and an MBA.

David joined Banyan in 2000. Prior to Banyan, David spent four years in investment banking with Scotia Capital Inc. where he assisted clients on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financings in a variety of industries. David also worked for several years with a private high-growth business. David has a degree in Engineering from Queen's University, an MBA from the University of British Columbia and is a Professional Engineer. David is a partner in BCT-SVP, which is a charitable foundation that provides assistance to not-for-profit organizations. David is currently a director of Fios, Inc., Genoa Healthcare LLC, ISR, Inc., Q'Max Solutions Inc. and the Take a Hike Foundation and is a past director of Bevo Agro Inc. and DTI Dental Technologies Inc.

Mr. Kiker's practice is devoted to helping clients prepare for and respond to the demands of litigation. He provides national and regional representation of manufacturers and other businesses, coordinating the efforts of in-house counsel, business personnel, and local counsel to initiate and respond to discovery, with a particular emphasis on the protection of corporate assets, including trade secrets and other intellectual properties, through cohesive discovery and motion practice strategy. He also counsels clients on risk management, records retention, and litigation preparedness, including the retention, destruction, and discovery of electronically stored information. Mr. Kiker also counsels clients on product standards and regulations, contract and license drafting and interpretation, and technological solutions to legal problems, including the development and implementation of extranet solutions, and electronic records management and production. He is admitted to practice in Virginia, Arizona and Florida and is a member of the Defense Research Institute, Product Liability Advisory Council, Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production, Henrico County Bar Association, and the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce - Henrico County Business Council. He is also a member of the Virginia State Bar Third District Committee on Lawyer Discipline. Mr. Kiker received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix (1989), and his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School (1994) after spending eleven years in the computer and semiconductor industries.

Gerald Massey has more than two decades of experience successfully growing public and private companies. Recognized as a turnaround executive, Gerald firmly believes that high growth and profitability are not mutually exclusive. He is a "what you see is what you get" type of leader, and he has established that tone in how Fios represents itself to its clients, business partners, employees and shareholders. For three years prior to Fios, Gerald worked with private-equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice to develop one of their portfolio investments, Covansys (NASDAQ: CVNS), into a global technology services company. Initially as senior vice president of global sales and marketing, then later as executive vice president, western region, Gerald was responsible for the company's business in the western half of the US, and he served on the company's executive operating committee. Gerald also spent more than ten years with EDS (NYSE: EDS), the global information technology services company founded by Ross Perot. He served in a number of executive capacities at EDS, including vice president of commercial services, vice president of state and local government, and finally as vice president of the $3 billion business process management unit. Gerald was also involved in helping the growth of CSX Commercial Services (NYSE: CSX) and Portland-based software company ABC Technologies, Inc., purchased in April 2002 by SAS. An advocate for growth businesses in the Pacific Northwest, in 2004 Gerald was recognized as a leader in the entrepreneurial community as a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year in both the Ernst & Young and Oregon Entrepreneur's Foundation programs. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Trillium Family Services. An enthusiastic golfer and snowmobile rider, he and his family divide their time between Southwest Washington and the high desert of Central Oregon.

John Rutledge has 18 years of experience helping software and technology-enabled services organizations achieve their quality, performance and fiscal goals. At Fios, Rutledge has applied his management and process development specializations in the areas of quality control, support, review management services, training and software quality assurance. Prior to Fios, he worked with such companies as ABC Technologies (now SAS Institute), FormRouter and International Trade Systems. Rutledge holds a B.S. in geography from the University of Oregon.

Kenneth N. Rashbaum, Esq. has 30 years' experience as a litigator, representing clients on e-discovery issues in both state and federal courts. He comes to Fios after serving as a partner and Electronic Discovery Practice Group co-chair with the Amlaw 200 law firm Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold. Rashbaum has vast experience counseling multinational corporations in the U.S., Europe and Asia on compliance with privacy, security and data protection matters as they pertain to cross-border data preservation, collection and production of electronically stored information (ESI), with a focus on international and healthcare law. He is an active member of The Sedona Conference and is co-editor of the forthcoming white paper, "The Sedona Conference Framework for Analysis of Cross Border Conflicts: A Practical Guide to Navigating the Competing currents of International Privacy and e-Discovery." Rashbaum has authored numerous articles on of the management and discovery of ESI and is a frequent speaker on these topics in the United States and Europe. As a director in Fios Consulting, he advises clients on best practices on electronic document management, litigation discovery and compliance protocols. He holds a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and a B.A., summa cum laude, from the State University of New York, College at New Paltz.

Kevin joined Fluke Venture Partners in 1997 and shares responsibility for deal flow generation, due diligence, deal structuring, and portfolio management. He currently serves on the Boards of Passage Events and Promotions, Inc., Phoseon Technology, Inc. and Genoa Healthcare Holdings, LLC. Prior to joining FVP, Kevin practiced corporate and securities law in the Corporate Finance Group of Riddell Williams P.S. in Seattle (this group has since moved to the Seattle office of DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary). At Riddell Williams, Kevin represented numerous companies ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies, primarily in Internet, software and communications markets. Kevin has experience in general corporate representation and a variety of transactions, including seed financings, sophisticated venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Kevin was also a Certified Public Accountant, and practiced with the Seattle office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Kevin received his BA in business administration from the University of Washington and his JD from the Southern Methodist University School of Law. Kevin is married and has two children and includes among his interests golf, skiing and fitness activities. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of CRISTA Ministries.

Matt Lane is responsible for all project management areas serving legal, enterprise and partner services clients. He has more than 10 years of experience in delivering fast-paced, technology-enabled projects for Fortune 500 corporations, governmental agencies and many of the nation's leading law firms. Prior to joining Fios, Lane was the managing director of information technology for Menlo Worldwide Logistics, where he was directly responsible for the customer-focused areas of technology consulting, solution design and costing, sales support, project management, account management and technical support. He also has past experience working as a consultant with Deloitte Consulting. Lane has directed a multitude of project management teams and e-discovery engagements for large Fortune 500 corporations and AmLaw 200 law firms. He holds a masters certificate in project management from George Washington University, as well as a B.S. in business management, and a masters and Ph.D. from the School of Business at Ohio State University.

Rob Lekowski has more than 20 years of experience building and managing sales organizations. A Fios veteran, he has extensive experience helping corporate and law firm clients solve critical electronic discovery challenges. As the director of sales for Fios, he's adept at embracing and teaching clients on best practices for addressing e-discovery and technology solutions. Prior to joining Fios, Lekowski led successful sales efforts for leading technology, legal and insurance companies, including Lason, Inc., IKON Office Solutions and The Southwestern Company. He holds a bachelor of science in industrial management from Purdue University.
