Mr. Gillespy graduated with a BA from Vanderbilt University in 1994. Mr. Gillespy is currently Senior Vice President of Commercial Real Estate Lending for First American Bank. He sits on the Board of the Corporate Council Partnership to the Museum, was a former Board member of the Junior Patrons of the Museum, and is an alumnus of the PARCA Roundtable.

Mr. Matheson, 49, is the President and CEO of R2Metrics and designed or co-designed the majority of the analytical software. He also serves as Senior Vice President and portfolio manager for First United Security Bank (USBI) and First American Bank (ALAB), and is an ALCO member of both banks. Mr. Matheson has been involved in the interest rate risk management business since 1979, and his work experience includes managing interest rate risk in securities trading operations as well as investment portfolio and company wide (ALCO) capacities.

Andy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Southern Indiana. Andy enjoys customizing financial solutions for customers using insurance, investment, and banking products to build a complete relationship with his clients. Andy holds life, accident and health, property and casualty, and title insurance licenses and is currently studying for the NASD Series 7 Securities Registration.

Brian has over 16 years of experience in the financial and accounting industries, he enjoys customizing financial solutions for customers using investment, and banking products to build a complete relationship with his clients. Brian is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana and is both a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and a CMA (Certified Management Accountant) with a special interest in small business solutions. Brian holds a Series 7 and Series 66 Securities registration. Brian is a member of the Kentucky CPA Society and the Institute of Management Accountants.

Gene received his degree in Finance from the University of Mobile and has worked in the financial services industry for more than 10 years. By utilizing investment, insurance and banking products, he helps clients create the proper financial plan that is unique to their individual needs. Gene also specializes in Employee Benefit Plans for businesses. He holds Series 7 and Series 66 Securities registrations, as well as Life & Health and Long Term Care Insurance Licenses.

Barney Lovelace serves as managing partner for the firm. His practice consists of general civil litigation, industrial development, governmental affairs and commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Lovelace also represents industries seeking tax abatements and other incentives for new and expanding companies. He is general counsel for First American Bank and the Morgan County Economic Development Association.

Matthew Claeys joins TSG Real Estate, LLC from First American Bank, a privately owned Chicago-based bank, where he was instrumental in establishing the Private Banking Group. Mr. Claeys leverages market knowledge and experience, coupled with front end research and financial analysis, to provide investors and the marketplace with unique insight into the Tenant-in-Common business and TSG Real Estate, LLC investments. Mr. Claeys attended Denver University, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management.

Nicole Buss is Corporate Marketing Coordinator at First American Bank in Beaverdale. Nicole is chair of the Promotions Committee, whose goals include enhancing the image of the Beaverdale business district, developing special events, and the development of an overall marketing strategy to ensure Beaverdale's continued growth as a destination area. The committee will also develop holiday promotions and decorations, and coordinate a calendar of events for the area. Nicole is a Drake grad with a BS in Business Administration. She oozes enthusiasm for both First American Bank and the Promotions Committee. She plays softball and volleyball and enjoys stamping and making cards. Dan M. David-Age 60- Vice Chairman. Mr. David has served as Vice Chairman of Alabama National since 1997 when First American Bancorp merged with and into Alabama National. Mr. David also serves as Vice Chairman of First American Bank, a position he has held since February 2005. From 1995 to February 2005, Mr. David served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First American Bank. Mr. David served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First American Bancorp from 1995 though 1997.

Dan M. David , 61, has served as a director of ANB since 1997. Mr. David has also served as Vice Chairman of ANB since 1997. Mr. David serves as Vice Chairman of First American Bank, which position he has held since February 2005. From 1995 to February 2005 Mr. David served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of First American Bank.
