First Business Bank

Nathan Rogge is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of First Business Bank. Nathan is a graduate of the University of California, Davis receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics. He began his banking career at Wells Fargo in the early 1990s. He successfully implemented sales and marketing strategies in the Sacramento and San Diego areas as Vice President and Senior Commercial Lending Officer. He then joined First National Bank of San Diego as Senior Vice President of Business Banking in 1998. In 2002, he started the Business Banking group at First Republic Bank as their Senior Vice President of Business Banking. He was recruited in 2006 to join the then Ramona National Bank as their Chief Operating Officer. In 2007, Ramona National Bank became First Business Bank and Nathan was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer. He has been involved in LEAD San Diego, Boy Scouts of America, Banker's Small Business CDC, ABC San Diego and Vistage.

Erik has been with First Business Bank for the past three years. He is a graduate of UW-Whitewater where he earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance and Information Technology. Prior to working at First Business Bank, he was a commercial real estate appraiser for a Dane County firm. Erik has completed courses on commercial lending, credit analysis, and appraisal compliance. He has also participated in several local community events sponsored by the March of Dimes and the United Way.

Leah is currently a sophomore at UW Oshkosh. She will be working at First Business Bank as a finance intern. Leah is excited to use the knowledge that she has acquired in a business setting. When Leah is not doing homework; she likes to water ski and go up to her cottage.

Ms. Berggren brings over 15 years of banking experience to First Business Bank. Her most recent position was Managing Director of Business Banking at First Republic Bank, where she originated commitments exceeding $200 million since 2001. She previously was with Bank of San Francisco, where she served as Senior Vice President of Credit Administration.

Tim Keane is the current Entrepreneur in Residence at Marquette University, in the graduate school of business, where he teaches courses in new business formation and business growth strategies. He is the founder and director of the Golden Angels Network. Tim was the founder and CEO of Retail Target Marketing Systems, Inc., a marketing automation software and consulting services company. Tim founded this business in 1989. He sold it in 2000. Prior to RTMS, he was the founder of a variety of small businesses, and was in marketing at General Electric Medical Systems from 1977 to 1984. He is an active Angel investor and business advisor, and a director of First Business Bank. He is past chairman of the board of Local Initiatives Support Corporation, a member of the board of Taliesin Preservation, Inc., with the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation. He was an inaugural member of the Governor's Economic Growth Council in Wisconsin. He is an active blogger at TimKeane.org and holds degrees from Marquette and Seattle Universities. Leland C. Bruce , age 65, has served as a Director of the Company since December, 2001, and is a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and the Compensation Committee. In addition, he serves as a Director of First Business Bank, First Business Capital Corp, and First Business Leasing, LLC and sits on the Directors Loan Committee of each of these subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Bruce is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Bruce Company of Wisconsin, Inc., a company providing landscaping and golf course construction, which he founded.
