Mr. Dolan is President and CEO of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation. He formerly served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the corporation. He joined First Commonwealth as VP/Comptroller and CFO in 1980. He has held various executive positions with First Commonwealth's affiliated companies. He serves on 10 non-affiliated organization boards-eight related to economic development-and formerly on the Pennsylvania State Board of Accountancy. He holds a BS degree in business administration from West Liberty State College (WV) and authored the Commercial Banking Chapter of the "Encyclopedia of Accountancy Systems."

Sue McMurdy is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) and has been with First Commonwealth since 1978. She oversees information technology (IT) and operations for the company and is responsible for the strategic development and management of the organization's programming functions, product maintenance, facilities, system upgrades and conversions, and integration of merger partners. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

"Thaddeus Clements is Executive Vice President/Strategic Resources and has been with First Commonwealth since 1993. He is responsible for directing the Human Resources area of the company including staffing, compensation, benefits, and training. He is also responsible for the company's communications programs. Prior to joining First Commonwealth he held management positions responsible for the areas of human resources, labor relations and public relations. He holds an M.S. Degree in Management from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA and BS degrees from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. "

David Tomb is Senior Vice President – Secretary/Treasurer and has been affiliated with First Commonwealth since assisting James Trimarchi (former Chairman of the board) in forming Conemaugh Valley Bank (predecessor of First Commonwealth) in 1963. He has assisted in directing the company’s legal business structures which now provide the company with multi-state operational expansion opportunities. He became Secretary/Treasurer and an Executive Officer of First Commonwealth in 1983. He holds a BA Degree from Princeton University and a LLB Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Tomb & Tomb law firm and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Camille joined First Commonwealth Financial Advisors in August of 2007 and works closely with the firm’s advisors in all aspects of the financial planning process. She is a graduate of Syracuse University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and received her Executive Certificate in Financial Planning from Duquesne University. Camille holds the Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, the Life, Accident and Health insurance license and is currently working towards earning the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

Ms. Cuccaro has served on the board of First Commonwealth Bank since 1995.
