Claude E. Davis joined the company as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors in October 2004. Mr. Davis also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of First Financial Bank. Prior to joining the company, he was Senior Vice President at Irwin Financial Corporation and Chairman of Irwin Union Bank and Trust (the company’s lead bank), positions he held since May 2003. Earlier in his career, he served as President of Irwin Union Bank and Trust for seven years. Mr. Davis began his career as a CPA with the public accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand.

J. Franklin Hall was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in April 2005. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Hall served as First Vice President, Controller, and Director of Finance. He joined First Financial in June 1999. Prior to joining the company, he was with Firstar Bank, N.A. (now known as US Bancorp) in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Hall is a CPA and also worked in the audit division of Ernst & Young, LLP.

Richard Barbercheck joined the company in 2005 as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. Mr. Barbercheck oversees risk management which includes commercial and consumer credit, regulatory and compliance, operational and market risk. Prior to joining the company, he was with Irwin Financial Corporation in Columbus, Indiana, where he managed the credit risk evaluation group. Earlier in his career his served as President of a small bank in Indiana from 1993 until 1998. Mr. Barbercheck has a total of 24 years of banking experience, including commercial lending and credit administration.

Gregory A. Gehlmann joined the company in June 2005 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Gehlmann also served as Chief Risk Officer for the company from July 2006 to July 2008. Prior to joining the company, he practiced law for 16 years in Washington, D.C. Mr. Gehlmann served as partner/counsel at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, Washington, D.C., where he was counsel to public and private companies, as well as investors, underwriters, directors, officers, and principals regarding corporate securities, banking, and general business and transactional matters.

Jill Wyman is First Financial Bancorp’s senior vice president and director of sales. She joined the company in 2003 as vice president and sales director. She has responsibility for the sales and service process throughout the company’s four-state network of banks. She is also responsible for corporate marketing. She came to First Financial Bancorp from the retail sector where she was general manager of the TriCounty Lazarus Store, a division of Federated Department Stores. Beginning as a management trainee, she spent 19 years with Lazarus, progressing to sales manager, group sales manager, assistant general manager, regional merchandise manager, and general manager. Wyman earned her bachelor’s degree in retail management at Purdue University. Residents of Hebron, Kentucky, she and her husband have two children.

Corinne R. Finnerty is a partner in the law firm of McConnell & Finnerty, North Vernon, Indiana (trial attorney).

Donald M. Cisle has served as president of Don S. Cisle Contractor, Inc. (construction contractor) since 1989.

Mark is a venture partner of Triathlon Medical Ventures in Cincinnati, which he joined in 2008 after retiring as president of Global Pharmaceuticals and Personal Health at Procter & Gamble. Mark brings 15 years of broad-spectrum expertise in the pharmaceutical business from discovery and development through launch and sales as well as an invaluable network of industry relationships. No stranger to the venture capital world, Mark was appointed by the governor and currently is chairman of the Third Frontier Advisory Board, which provides direction for Ohio's $1.6 billion economic development investment fund, and also is vice chairman of BioOhio, the state's life science economic development organization. He sits on the board of directors of Ohio-based AtriCure, Inc., is a Trustee and, Member, Executive Committee, of the Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati, and was appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services to advise the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In addition, Mark serves on the research committee of the board of trustees for Cincinnati Children's Hospital. He is a Wisconsin native, and received his Bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University.

Murph Knapke is the owner of Knapke Law Office, Celina, Ohio.

Richard E. Olszewski, a graduate of Loras College, operates two 7 Eleven Food Stores in Griffith, Indiana.

Susan L. Knust is managing partner of K.P. Properties of Ohio LLC (industrial real estate); managing partner of Omega Warehouse Services LLC (public warehousing); former president of Precision Packaging and Services, Inc.; and a director of Middletown Hospital Regional Health System, Middletown, Ohio.

William J. Kramer is vice president and general manager of Val-Co Pax, Inc. in Coldwater, Ohio. Previously, he was employed by Deloitte & Touche in Dayton, Ohio.
