As a managing director of the The Private Consulting Group, David M. Breedlove, Jr. assists successful business, high-impact individuals, and corporations in the protection, optimization, and control of their wealth. David provides his clients with numerous services, ranging from venture capital to tax-efficient wealth transfer. Additionally, he delivers unique private banking and finance structures and specializes in helping entrepreneurs identify and empower their ?true wealth.? Because of his multi-disciplinary focus, David?s clients are primarily referrals from CPAs, attorneys, trust officers, financial professionals, and existing clients. In addition to becoming managing director of The Private Consulting Group, David is CEO of The Breedlove Group, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to helping clients move from success to significance. Collaborating with legal, accounting, and bank advisors on the design and implementation of sophisticated tax, investment, wealth preservation, and charitable planning strategies, David is a member of the Empowered Wealth system, a state-of-the-art process which incorporates all aspects of a client?s human, intellectual, and financial capital. He is also a partner in First Financial Resources (FFR), a national insurance and financial services consulting corporation with over 145 principals in 180 offices worldwide. Additionally, David is one of the initial shareholders of GBA Holdings Company, a St. Louis reinsurance corporation focusing on the risk management of insurance companies and the creation of ?exit strategies? for successful financial professionals. David holds or has held leadership positions in a number of organizations, including Chairman of the Kelly & David Breedlove Foundation, Past President of the Lone Star National Committee on Planned Giving, executive committee member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and member of The TCU First Team, and The TCU Letterman?s Club. During the football season, David can often be found doing color commentary for the TCU/ESPN sports network. David graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University where he also earned his MBA. He has also completed two advance professional degrees through the Solomon S. Huebner School of the American College that enhance his abilities to advise in tax, legal, and financial matters. He is married to Kelly Lancarte Breedlove. They have three children: Kent, Isabella, and Paul.
