Jason Bell has lived in Eastern Oklahoma County his entire life. He is a 1989 graduate of Harrah High School and a 1994 graduate of the University of Oklahoma with Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. He has been in lending since 1995. Jason is a graduate of Leadership Midwest City Class of 2000 and currently serves as an ambassador and board member for the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce. He also volunteers and serves on the board of the Tinker Area YMCA. Jason is a Vice President and Commercial Banking Officer for FNB. He and his wife Crystal have known each other since the 7th grade and graduated together at Harrah High. They live in Harrah with their two boys.

Steve Thomas is currently Assistant Vice President and Quality Coordinator/Compliance Officer for FNB. He began his employment in 1998. He is on the Board of Directors for the Tinker Area YMCA, a Citizen's Police Academy alumni, and is involved with the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. Steve is a lifetime resident of the Mid-Del area and attended various schools in the Mid-Del area before graduating and attending college at Oklahoma State University. Steve was very active in several different organizations at OSU while receiving his BS degree. He is also a certified compliance officer. Steve and his wife, Theresa, attend Meadowood Baptist Church and reside in the Mid-Del area with their children.

E-3, the B-1B, the B-52 and the B-2 Stealth Bomber. He was graduated from Duncan High School and was drafted into the U.S. Army. After being discharged, he received a bachelor's degree in speech communication from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Richey began his civil service career at Tinker Air Force Base and has been stationed at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio and Scott AFB in Illinois before returning to Tinker. He joined the Board in 2004.

Carolyn Bradley started with FNB in 1986 as a Customer Service Representative. She then moved to the Special Services Department where she was promoted to the supervisor of Customer Service in 1991. Her overall understanding and knowledge of banking is a benefit in her current position as Assistant Vice President and Personal Banking Officer. Carolyn is a long-time resident of Del City and was graduated from Del City High School. She completed the OBA Consumer Lending School, and graduated with honors from the Midwest City Leadership Class of 2000. She is active in the community as a member of the Midwest City Moose Lodge and the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce. She was chosen as Ambassador of the Year in 2001 and still serves with the MWC Chamber Ambassadors.

Mary Sandhop is FNB's Teller Services Coordinator and has been with FNB since 1998 involved in all aspects of teller work. She was graduated from St. Gregory's College, the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Christian University. She is involved with St. Francis Parish in religious education and as a choir member/cantor. She participates in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life each year. She enjoys spending time with her family lives in the OKC area.

Michelle Bryant is currently an Assistant Cashier. She has been with FNB since 1991 and has worked in various capacities including the safe deposit/customer service departments, teller and in the CIF department where she is currently. She was graduated from Tarleton State University in Texas. She, her husband and son reside in the Oklahoma City area.

Monica Amis Wittrock is an attorney who began her career in private practice representing primarily banks and thrift institutions. She is now in corporate practice as state counsel and underwriter for a national title company. She graduated from Midwest City High School in 1975 and attended Oklahoma State University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree, the University of Oklahoma and received a juris doctor degree, and Southern Methodist University for additional training in tax and estate planning. She is involved in various civic organizations in the Oklahoma City area and is a frequent speaker for the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Land Title Association, and is the author of several publications. She grew up around banking as her father, Robert Amis, had a long-time association with FNB as President until 1986. She lives in northwestern Oklahoma County with her husband, Kevin, and two children. She was elected to the Board in 1995.

Sandy Wilson started her career with FNB as a paying and receiving teller on March 3, 1975. She was promoted to Head Teller on April 1, 1976 and became Senior Commercial Teller in July 1977. She then followed with being a Vault Teller in 1981 and Senior Vault Teller in 1982. From then until now, Sandy has worn many hats serving as Executive Teller, Teller Supervisor, Administrative Assistant, Bank Secrecy Act Officer, Director of Teller Services, Personal Banking Officer and Branch Manager of the Harrah office which opened in September 1998. In December of 1999, Sandy was promoted to Assistant Vice President and then Vice President in December 2000. Sandy celebrated 27 years of service with FNB on March 3, 2002.

Mr. Chlebowski has been a director of NRG since December 2003. Mr. Chlebowski served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Lakeshore Operating Partners, LLC, a bulk liquid distribution firm, from March 2000 until his retirement in December 2004. From July 1999 until March 2000, Mr. Chlebowski was a senior executive and cofounder of Lakeshore Liquids Operating Partners, LLC, a private venture firm in the bulk liquid distribution and logistics business, and from January 1998 until July 1999, he was a private investor and consultant in bulk liquid distribution. Prior to that, he was employed by GATX Terminals Corporation, a subsidiary of GATX Corporation, as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1994 until 1997. Mr. Chlebowski is a director of First Midwest Bancorp Inc.
