First Northern Bank of Dixon

Owen J. Onsum has been President and Chief Executive Officer of First Northern Bank since January 1, 1997. He served as Executive Vice President from 1982 to 1996. Mr. Onsum has worked for First Northern Bank since 1972 and has lived in Dixon since 1971. Mr. Onsum is a member of the Bank's Asset Management and Trust, Loan, Management/Governance, and Profit Sharing Committees.

Alysia Corell serves as Assistant Vice President/Trust Officer for First Northern Bank's Asset Management and Trust Department. She is responsible for the day-to-day administration of a wide range of trust accounts, including revocable and irrevocable living trusts, charitable remainder trusts, business trusts, special needs trusts, probates, conservatorships and escrow accounts. Alysia previously served as the Department's Trust Operations Officer where she was responsible for supervising day-to-day trust accounting, securities settlement, and all transactions involved with the Department's trust and investment accounts. Prior to joining the Asset Management and Trust Department, Alysia was employed in the administrative offices of First Northern Bank, specializing in marketing and competitive financial analysis. She has eight years of experience in the financial services industry. Alysia earned her bachelor's degree in Communications from San Diego State University. In addition, she has received certification for successful completion of coursework from the Cannon Financial Institute at Pepperdine University in the area of personal trust administration. Alysia is a member of the Sacramento Estate Planning Council. She is currently enrolled in the Certified Trust & Financial Advisor curriculum through Cannon Financial Institute.

Diane P. Hamlyn is the Founder of Davisville Travel, a full service travel agency. Davisville Travel was established in 1977. Ms. Hamlyn is a member of the Bank's Director Selection, Management, Compensation, and Loan Committees.

Andrew S. Wallace joined First Northern Bank's Board of Directors in January 2007. Mr. Wallace is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Wallace-Kuhl & Associates, Inc., a premier professional services firm headquartered in West Sacramento. Wallace-Kuhl performs geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, construction testing, and inspection services. Mr. Wallace serves as a member of the Bank's Audit Committee.

John M. Carbahal is a Certified Public Accountant, and since 1984 has been a principal and shareholder of Carbahal & Company, Inc., an Accountancy Corporation. Mr. Carbahal is the Chairman of the Bank's Audit Committee and a member of both the Asset Management and Trust, and Management Committees.

Lori Aldrete is one of two founding principals in ACS Quantum Strategies, LLC (ACS) headquartered in Sacramento , California . ACS specializes in marketing, public affairs, media relations and communications. ACS has been recognized each year in the Sacramento Business Journal's list of top 25 Public Relations firms since 2003.
