First Regional Bancorp

Steven J. Sweeney was appointed a Director of the Company's subsidiary, First Regional Bank, in May 2003. Mr. Sweeney became the Bank's Executive Vice President and General Counsel effective July 2003, and was later appointed General Counsel of First Regional Bancorp.

Jennifer Goldstein is a Vice President at First Regional Bank. At First Regional she enjoys working with businesses to achieve their banking and financial goals. She moved to Los Angeles about ten years ago from Utah. She loves the South Bay, ?I felt right at home the minute I moved here?. Jennifer has been married to Steve Goldstein for five years and moved to the South Bay about the same time. They are the founders of Payroll Management Solutions, a payroll service provider. She is a mother of three boys ages 26, 23 & 20 and two granddaughters. Jennifer's community activities include Manhattan Beach WIB, Sandpipers and Board Member for the Volunteer Center. ?I love being involved in my community and feeling like I make a difference?. Not too long ago Jennifer ran in the Marine Corp Marathon in Washington DC in support of APLA. "I decided to do the Marathon to help people with AIDS and also to show that I could set a goal like that after "40" and reach it.

Gary M. Horgan, Esq. is an attorney who has specialized in representing financial institutions since 1974. Mr. Horgan's firm represents some 35 community banks in California and Nevada and has served as legal counsel for a number of start-up banks. Since 1997, Mr. Horgan has served on the Board of Directors of First Regional Bank and its holding company, First Regional Bancorp, for which he has served as counsel since the bank's formation in 1978. Mr. Horgan lives in Ojai where his wife, Mary Sue Horgan, is a member of the City Council and serves on various County government committees. Mr. Horgan is on the Board of Trustees of Monica Ros School and was on the Steering Committee for the successful passage of a $15 million school bond issue for the Ojai Unified School District. Mr. Horgan and his wife are involved with various civic organizations in Ojai including the Ojai Land Conservancy and the Friends of the Ojai Library Foundation.
