Edward Conard is a director of Innophos, Inc. Mr. Conard joined Bain Capital as a Managing Director. Previously, Mr. Conard was a Vice President at Bain & Company where he headed the firm s operations practice and managed major client relationships in the industrial manufacturing and consumer goods industries. Mr. Conard is also a director of Broder Bros., Co., Waters Corporation, and Unisource Worldwide, Inc.

Jeff joined HKW in May 2006. Prior to joining HKW, Jeff served as CEO of First Technology PLC, a London Stock Exchange listed manufacturing company which was sold in March 2006 to Honeywell for $718 million. In 1994 Jeff was part of the management team of Control Devices, Inc. which partnered with HKW to acquire the business from GTE Sylvania. In 1996 Control Devices went public and was subsequently merged into First Technology PLC in 1999.

Paul Edgerley has served as a director since the completion of the Transactions. He is a Managing Director of Bain Capital, where he has worked since 1988. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Edgerley spent five years at Bain & Company where he worked as a consultant and a manager in the healthcare, information services, retail and automobile industries. Previously he worked at Peat Marwick Mitchell & Company.
