Jim W. Moore was appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer of FirstCity on February 1, 2008. Mr. Bean has served as one of our directors and as a member of our Audit Committee and Compensation Committee since June 2004. Mr. Bean is also a member of our Acquisition Committee.
