Fischer International Corporation was founded in 1982 by Addison Fischer, a security visionary whose many accomplishments are recognized globally. At its heart, Fischer International is a technology company driven by visionaries, all having a single focus: to provide unparalleled value. This commitment and thought leadership has always been part of our corporate culture. It began in 1982, when we introduced the first PC security product to the marketplace and continues today. In 2005, Fischer established technology leadership in the Identity Management space. To leverage our advantage, Fischer International Identity was spun-out at the end 2006 with a singular focus on Identity Management: specifically enabling Managed Identity Services. In 2007, Fischer created the Managed Identity Services market by extending Identity Management across domains and enterprises.

Mr. Tillery joined Fischer International Systems Corporation in 1983 as a developer and architect. During his 23 year tenure, Mr. Tillery has been actively involved in guiding the technological and architectural direction for Fischer International. Over the years, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility and scope, such as Director of Development, and Vice President of Development. Mr. Tillery has brought a unique combination of business acumen, market awareness and engineering best practices to every assignment and role he has undertaken. As CTO and Senior Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Tillery's leadership and vision have been instrumental in creating the Fischer International "Customer First" Engineering approach. He is responsible for developing strategic initiatives for future products and ensuring that these products are released successfully. He also promotes the company's expertise in the areas of identity management and security by interacting with customers and industry analysts, and by actively representing Fischer International in several industry associations. Prior to joining Fischer, Steve held various engineering and engineering management positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, Midwest Stock Exchange and Mobil.
