Keith Decker joined Fishery Products International in 1995. Keith has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Washington. Mark Leslie joined Fishery Products International in 1992, bringing in over 20 years of experience in the seafood business. Mark has a BS in Zoology from the University of Rhode Island and a MS in Marine Science from Southeastern Massachusetts University. He is currently on the Board of the Aquaculture Certification Council. Mark has taken on various roles at FPI, starting as the Director of Shrimp Procurement, moving on to VP of Global Sourcing, Senior Vice President of Supply Chain and his current role co-managing the US division of Fishery Products. Prior to joining FPI, Mark was a shrimp buyer for Treasure Isle, a Division of National Sea Products (now High Liner Foods Inc.). Back in 1988, Mark was one of the first US seafood buyers to source peeled tail-on and fantail shrimp from overseas. Mark was also a biologist at one of the first shrimp hatcheries in Ecuador, a partner in a 260-hectare shrimp farm in Ecuador, and the first President of the Ecuador Shrimp Hatchery Association.
