James A. Davidson has served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since March 2003. He is a co-founder and managing director of Silver Lake, a private equity investment firm. Mr. Davidson also serves on the Board of directors for Avago Technologies, a private company that specializes in analog, mixed-signal and optoelectronic components and subsystems. From June 1990 to November 1998, he was an investment banker with Hambrecht & Quist, most recently serving as Managing Director and Head of Technology Investment Banking. From 1984 to 1990, Mr. Davidson was a corporate and securities lawyer with Pillsbury, Madison & Sutro.

Bob is responsible for Cardean Learning Group's Sales and Enrollment Services team, Admissions & Records and Registrar organizations; and Advising & Learner Services functions. Bob brings 20+ years of sales and marketing experience to Cardean Learning Group. Prior to joining Cardean, Bob held a number of senior management positions with the University of Maryland University College. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Enrollment Management with direct responsibility for the Admissions, Recruiting, Advising, Student Financial Services and Marketing functions. Previous experience includes a variety of senior management positions in sales, marketing, and customer service with a number of well respected organizations including Solectron, LCC International, Inc. and MCI. Bob holds a BS degree in Business and Economics from Towson University. Mr. Michael R. Cannon joined the Company in January 2003 as President and CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors and has more than 25 years of manufacturing and technology experience. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cannon was President, CEO and a director of Maxtor Corporation, a provider of hard disk drives and storage systems. Previously, Mr. Cannon was with IBM s Storage Systems Division, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Vice President of the Personal Storage Systems Division, Vice President of Product Design and Vice President of Worldwide Manufacturing. Prior to IBM, Mr. Cannon worked at several companies in the disk drive industry, including Control Data Corporation s Imprimis Technology spin-off. Mr. Cannon began his career at The Boeing Company, where he held engineering and management positions in the Manufacturing Research and Development Group. Mr. Cannon studied mechanical engineering at Michigan State University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Cannon also serves as a director of Adobe Systems Inc. and Seagate Technology, Inc.

Glenn Tamaru is vice president of operations for Aperto Networks and is responsible for guiding, directing and coordinating the external manufacturing and global operations of Aperto Networks. Glenn, who has 25 years of operations experience with several leading technology companies, including Ascend/Lucent, Bay Networks/Nortel and Solectron, was most recently vice president of operations at GoDigital Networks in Fremont, Calif. He received his BS in Finance and his MBA from California State University, Hayward.

John Osmer, a Menlo Park resident, was elected to the Board in November 2003. His focus as a board member has been on strengthening the financials of the district, increasing inter-government collaboration to improve efficiency, and promoting training for citizens on how to respond in emergency situations until help arrives. John is employed by Solectron Corporation, a global electronics manufacturing and services company. He is currently General Manager of a production operation in Milpitas, California. John has held a variety of manufacturing and supply chain related roles at Solectron and elsewhere. Earlier in his career, he worked in Washington, D.C. on the staffs of two members of the U.S. House of Representatives. He holds a BA in government and an MBA in materials and logistics management.

As Fernbacher Production's Technical Director, Luis handles all the details of making sure shows run smoothly. His expertise in video technology, audio engineering and computer interfacing, make him essential for all our major projects. Before joining Fernbacher Productions, he was staff coordinator and show manager for one of the largest audiovisual companies in Denver. His client list includes Sun Microsystems, EMC2, Sybase, BEA, USB, Indus, Solectron, OSIsoft, NASA, and Accenture. His true passion is hunting throughout the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

Mr. C. Wesley M. Scott has served as a director of the Company since 2001. In May 2001, he was appointed a director of C-MAC Industries Inc., whose combination with the Company was completed in December 2001. From February 2000 until March 2001, Mr. Scott was Chief Corporate Officer of BCE Inc. From February 1999 until January 2000, Mr. Scott was Vice Chairman of Bell Canada. From July 1995 until January 1999, Mr. Scott was Executive Vice President (Corporate) and, from April 1997 until January 1999, also Chief Financial Officer, of Nortel Networks. Mr. Scott also serves as a director of CGI Group Inc. and certain subsidiary companies of Aviva plc.

Dr. Paul R. Low has served as a director of the Company since 1993. He is currently President of PRL Associates, a position he has held since 1992. Dr. Low worked for IBM from 1957 to 1992. During his tenure at IBM, Dr. Low held senior management and executive positions with successively increasing responsibility, including President, General Technology Division and Corporate Vice President; President of General Products Division; and General Manager, Technology Products business line. Dr. Low also served on IBM s corporate management board. Dr. Low also serves as a director of Veeco Instruments, Inc.

Daniel H. Schulman has served as a member of our Board of Directors since June 2009. He is the Chief Executive Officer and Director for Virgin Mobile USA, a wireless service provider. Mr. Schulman also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Priceline.com from June 1999 to May 2001. Prior to joining Priceline, Mr. Schulman served more than 18 years at AT&T. Mr. Schulman is a member of the Board of Directors of Symantec and the Chair of its Compensation Committee. Mr. Schulman also serves on the Board of Trustees of Rutgers University and Autism Speaks.

H. Raymond Bingham has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2005 and as Chairman of the Board since January 2008. Mr. Bingham served in a number of capacities with Cadence Design Systems, Inc., a supplier of electronic design automation software and services. He served Cadence as its Executive Chairman from May 2004 to July 2005, Director from November 1997 to April 2004, President and Chief Executive Officer from April 1999 to May 2004, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from April 1993 to April 1999. Mr. Bingham also currently serves as a director of Freescale Semiconductor, Inc., KLA Tencor Corporation, and Oracle Corporation.

Mike McNamara has served as Flextronicsis Chief Executive Officer since January 2006, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since October 2005. Mr. McNamara previously served as Chief Operating Officer from January 2002 to December 2005.

Robert L. Edwards has served as a member of our Board of Directors since October 2008. Mr. Edwards, executive vice president and chief financial officer of Safeway Inc. was appointed to his current position in March 2004, and was previously executive vice president and chief financial officer of Maxtor Corporation. Prior to joining Maxtor, Mr. Edwards was an officer at Imation Corporation, a developer, manufacturer and supplier of magnetic and optical data storage media, where he held the position of senior vice president, chief financial officer and chief administrative officer.
