David Link, Senior Vice President, oversees all FJC contracts and Operations departments. He has been an integral part of the FJC team since 1997, and is directly responsible for the successful development and delivery of the FJC security services provided by over 4,000 uniformed personnel. David is a former Military Police Officer and Armed Forces Covert Investigator (CID), and a recipient of an Army Commendation Medal for his achievements with CID. He has over 24 years of security management experience, and has been an active member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) since 1986. David holds a Degree in Criminal Justice.

Mark Machi was named Vice President and General Counsel of Paragon Systems in July 2005. Mr. Machi serves as the chief legal officer of the company and is responsible for all aspects of Paragon's legal affairs. Previously, Mr. Machi was Vice President and General Counsel of a security services firm where he managed the legal and human resources departments for the company's nearly 1,500 federally trained security officers. Prior to this, he was an attorney in Washington, D.C. at the firms of Steptoe & Johnson LLP and Venable LLP, where he provided legal services to corporate and individual clients, and counseled employers on a wide-variety of workplace issues. Mr. Machi holds a LLM degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctor degree, Order of the Coif, from the University of Maryland School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz. After law school, Mr. Machi was a law clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judges Susan Gauvey and Paul Grimm of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. He is licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland.

John Pagnotta, Vice President, Aviation Services, oversees the daily operations of the FJC Aviation Services division from the FJC office at JFK International Airport. John has over 19 years of experience in aviation security, including serving as Director of Security for major international airlines, including Pan Am and Delta Airlines. He was a member of the Investigative Team for the Pan Am bombing over Lockerbie, Scotland. John is a founder of the Kennedy Airport Airlines Management Council (KAAMCO) Security Committee, for which he also served as Chairman. He currently serves as Security Team Leader for KAAMCO Cargo. Robert Hopes, CPP (Certified Protection Professional), Vice President, is a retired NYPD Detective, and a former security company owner with more than 20 years of security management experience. Robert oversees all FJC Security Operations and works closely with all FJC departments on a daily basis.
