Florida Central Credit Union

Mr. Hines has a distinguished record of service with the credit union movement. He served as President/CEO of Railroad and Industrial FCU for 30 years, retiring in 1997. He has served on numerous boards and committees, including service on the Board of Directors of Southeast Corporate since 1983, where he has held the positions of both Chairman and Vice Chairman. Mr. Hines is a founder, past Director, past Chairman and Director Emeritus of Payment Systems for Credit Unions, as well as a past board member and President of the Florida Council, Credit Union Executive Society (CUES). He also serves as a board member and Chairman of Florida Central Credit Union. He attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
