Through the provision of individualized assessment, restorative service and foundational retraining in behavior, psych-social, cognitive, physical functioning, communication, daily living, education and vocational area, FINR seeks to assist its clients in attaining their maximum level of functioning and quality of life in the most normalized and least restrictive environment. Melissa began her healthcare career at the age of 16 when, while enrolled in nursing school, she began working as a student Nurse Extern in Pediatrics at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana. After graduating as a Registered Nurse from Vincennes University in 1997 at the age of 18, Melissa soon began working as a travel nurse. She worked in hospitals from Philadelphia, PA to Sacramento, CA and Honolulu, HI. She received certification in Pediatric Advance Life Support and as a Neonatal Resuscitation Provider. She later gained experience as a Home Health Nurse working with a wide range of patients.
