Jack English is President and Chief Executive Officer of Florida Public Utilities. He is the fifth President in the Company’s 82 year history. English joined Florida Public Utilities in 1973 as Division Superintendent in the Company’s Northeast Division. He became Vice President in 1991, Senior Vice President in 1993, President and Chief Operating Officer in 1997. He assumed his current position in 1998. Since taking the helm of Florida Public Utilities, the Company has enjoyed an increase in annual revenues and customer growth. A native of Long Island, New York, English received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Chuck Stein serves as Florida Public Utilities' Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. In his current role, Stein has overall Operations responsibility for Florida Public Utilities' five divisions. Stein began his Florida Public Utilities' career in February 1980, in the South Florida Division as Distribution Superintendent. He was promoted to Manager of Gas Operations in September 1986. In January 1993, Stein was appointed Vice President of Operations responsible for the South and Central Florida Divisions. He assumed the position of Sr. Vice President in June 1997 and Chief Operating Officer in November 2000. He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rose Polytechnic Institute, Terre Haute, Indiana and M.B.A. from Xavier University located in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1977. Stein is currently Secretary and Treasurer of the Florida Natural Gas Association and serves on the Association's Board of Directors. He is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Associated Gas Distributors of Florida as well as the Chairman and member of the Southern Gas Association's Distribution Section Managing Committee. In addition, Stein is a past president of the Florida Natural Gas Association.

George has been the CFO & Treasurer for Florida Public Utilities Company since 2001. He was also appointed as Corporate Secretary in February 2004. Prior to joining Florida Public Utilities in 1985, he was an Assistant Controller for Southeastern Public Service Company, leading the accounting and information technology departments. He currently directs and is responsible for all accounting and finance areas of the Company, including regulatory filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Florida Public Service Commission, risk management, fiduciary duties for retirement plans, investment analysis, and involved with any mergers, acquisitions, or dispositions. He has been an expert witness for the Company on various accounting matters, testifying before the Florida Public Service Commission. George holds a B.S. in Business from Indiana University and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). He is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals, Florida Natural Gas Association, Southeastern Electric Exchange, and The Executive Association of the Palm Beaches.

Barry Kennedy, General Manager, South Florida Division, brings more than 30 years of experience in the propane and natural gas industry to Florida Public Utilities. He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Barry University in Miami, Florida. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Florida Propane Gas Association. Barry and his wife Judy have five grown children and three grandchildren. Barry and Judy are native Floridians and they reside in South Florida.

As General Manager of Central and West Florida Divisions, located in DeBary and Inglis, Florida, Don is responsible for the Divisions’ natural gas and propane operations. The Divisions' service area includes Volusia, Seminole, Lake, Flagler, Orange, Levy, Citrus and Marion counties. Don previously was Assistant Division Manager at Equitable Gas Company located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, for 18 years, then joined Florida Public Utilities in 1990. Don earned a Bachelor of Human Resources Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach. He is also a member of the Economic Development Committee for DeBary, Florida and the National Association of Corrosion Engineers. He participates on the State of Florida Energy Codes Technical Advisory Committee and on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of West Volusia Florida. In addition, he holds 601 and 804 licenses for propane as well as a plumbing license. Don and his wife Joan live in DeBary, Florida.

Don Myers joined Florida Public Utilities as NW Division's Engineering Manager in May of 1989. He then accepted the position of Operations Manager in 1991 and maintained that role until January of 2006 when he became the acting General Manager of the NW Division. October 2, 2006, Don assumed the role of General Manager. Headquartered in Marianna, Florida, the NW Division provides electrical service to Calhoun, Liberty and Jackson County residents. Prior to joining FPU, Don worked for Gulf Power Company. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vermont.

P. Mark Cutshaw joined Florida Public Utilities as Director, Northwest Division in 1991. Mark is now General Manager, Northeast Division. Headquartered in Fernandina Beach, Florida, the Division provides electrical service to Amelia Island residents and propane service to residents in Nassau and Duval counties. Mark was employed by Mississippi Power Company for nine years. Prior to leaving, he was the Manager, Technical Services in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Mark attended Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama and graduated with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Mark is a member of the Fernandina Beach Rotary Club. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Jackson County United Way, Jackson County Development Council, Enterprise Jackson County and is active in other civic and charitable activities. Mark and his wife Erin live in Fernandina Beach, Florida.

Julia serves as Director of Customer Relations for Florida Public Utilities. Her responsibilities include the Company's Customer Information System, training of customer service representatives, and working with the state of Florida's Public Service Commission. Prior to joining the Company in 1999, Julia was Senior Manager for The Breakers, a 572-room luxury hotel in Palm Beach, Florida. Under Julia's direction, the establishment achieved its Mobil Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond ratings. Julia attended Nova University's Hospitality Management Program in West Palm Beach, Florida. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Palm Beach County. Julia and her husband, Mike, reside in West Palm Beach, Florida.

As Director, Corporate Services, headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida, Marc is responsible for Gas Logistics, Corporate Fleet and Safety Departments. He is also responsible for environmental compliance, the land acquisition and construction of the new South Florida Division complex. Marc coordinates FPU's natural gas, propane and electric rates as well as provides corporate oversight of FPU's propane business. Marc began his career with Florida Public Utilities in 1989 as a staff engineer. He subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility. Marc was promoted from Manager of Gas Operations to South Florida Director in 1999 and most recently holds the position of Director, Corporate Services. Marc has over 23 years of experience in the gas industry and began his career with Brooklyn Union Gas Company, where he started in 1983 as a management trainee and advanced through the company for the next five years. Marc graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of New York with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and earned a M.S. in Management from Polytechnic University. He had lead various Florida Natural Gas Association committees and in 2006 was elected a Director of Florida Propane Gas Association. He also represents the the majority of the members of Associated Gas Distributors of Florida in issues related to Liquefied Natural Gas. Marc is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Florida Engineering Society. He resides in West Palm Beach, Florida.

As Director of Marketing & Sales, Marc Seagrave is responsible for customer growth and retention throughout the Company's natural gas, electric and propane operating divisions. His responsibilities also include; Marketing Communications; natural gas and electric conservation and all merchandising programs. Prior to his current assignment, Marc was the Director of Propane Operations from 1999 to 2004. Marc has more than 20 years of experience in the natural gas, electric and propane utility business. His goal is to constantly strive to find smart and innovative ways to meet and exceed our customer's expectations. Marc is retired from the United States Army Reserve having served over 20 years as a Military Police Officer. Marc is credited with a baccalaureate degree earned while serving in the Military. Marc serves on the community board of directors for Seacoast National Bank, Palm Beach County region. He is a Master Qualifier and possesses 601 and 804 qualifications.

Terry Knowles leads Florida Public Utilities Information Technology Department and is responsible for all systems-related activities, including applications support, technology management, telecommunications, and project administration. Prior to joining the company, Terry was the manager of IT for Florida Water Services based in Orlando, Florida. He has over 25 years of IT experience. Terry earned a B.S. degree in Computer Science/Data Processing Analysis from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois.

As Director of Human Resources, Wayne has a broadly diversified background with over 20 years of progressive experience as both a manager and generalist for various multi-site business units, in both union and union-free environments. Prior to joining Florida Public Utilities, he served in a variety of leadership positions with Integrated Pharmacy Solutions, a division of Aetna Health Care Systems, Harris Corporation, North Atlantic Industries and Unisys. In his current role, Wayne has overall Human Resources responsibility for Florida Public Utilities’ more than 300 employees statewide, including employment, employee relations, training, team-building, compensation and overall HR generalist support. Wayne holds a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from the University of South Florida and an M.B.A. from the Florida Institute of Technology. Bonn and his wife, Melanie, have two children, Michelle and Chris, and reside in Central Florida.

As Controller/Assistant Treasurer of Florida Public Utilities, Cheryl is responsible for the Corporate and General Accounting Departments as well as the Office Services Department. Cheryl began her career at Florida Public Utilities in 1985, advancing through a series of roles in accounting, including serving as a general, tax and regulatory accountant. She was promoted to Assistant Corporate Accounting Manager in April 1989 and assumed the leadership of Corporate Accounting in June 1995. In January 2002, Cheryl was named Controller. She earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Florida State University in 1984. Cheryl is a C.P.A. and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Cheryl and her husband, Ray, have a daughter, Lindsey, and they reside in the Boynton Beach, Florida area.

Buddy Shelley joined Florida Public Utilities as the NW Division's Operations Manager in December of 2006. He then accepted the position of General Manager of the NW Division in March of 2009. Headquartered in Marianna, Florida, the NW Division provides electrical service to Calhoun, Liberty and Jackson County residents. Prior to joining FPU, Buddy worked for Alpha Engineering Inc. as a Senior Consulting Engineer. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Murray State University. Buddy is a member of the Marianna Rotary Club and is active in the Jackson County Chamber of Commerce. Buddy has been a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) since 1979.

Dale Butcher is a Commercial Marketing Representative for Florida Public Utilities. He is responsible for sales and service of natural and propane gas to commercial accounts in the northern and western areas of Palm Beach County. In addition to serving as a Palms West Chamber of Commerce Trustee, he is an enthusiastic chamber advocate and looks forward to being an active participant in its committees. Butcher and his wife Wanda are longtime residents of Loxahatchee with their daughters Christina and Andrea.
