Tom Wedzik is the Regional President for the Northwest Region which entails Erie, Mercer, Lawrence, Butler, Crawford, and Venango Counties in Pennsylvania, as well as Trumbull, Mahoning, Geauga, and Lake County in Ohio. Wedzik has over 40 years of banking experience. Prior to joining First National Bank in 1997, Wedzik served in a variety of management, marketing and sales positions with National City and its predecessor banks. Wedzik attended Gannon University and is a graduate of several banking schools, including the Bank Administration Institute and the American Institute of Banking. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth partnership, the Greater Erie Community Action Committee, and the John Kanzius Cancer Research Foundation. He also serves on the Finance and Personnel Committees for Millcreek Health Systems and is a Corporator at St. Vincent Health Center and Hamot Medical Center.

As Chief Financial Officer, Brian Lilly is responsible for developing and administering F.N.B. Corporation's financial strategies. He also serves as Chief Administrative Officer for First National Bank where he oversees human resources, risk management and legal activities. Lilly received his B.A. Degree in Business and Mathematics from Adrian College in Adrian, Michigan and attained his Certificate of Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a State of Pennsylvania Certified Public Accountant. Lilly joined First National Bank in October 2003 after a 20-year career in banking, most of which was in the Pittsburgh area. Prior to joining First National Bank, he founded, built and sold the leading Business-to-Business electronic invoice presentment and payment consolidating company, Billingzone, LLC. Lilly currently serves as Vice President for the Financial Executives International, Pittsburgh Chapter, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

James G. Orie serves as Chief Legal Officer for F.N.B. Corporation where he manages all corporate legal matters. Orie previously worked for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency in Atlanta, GA from 1984 - 1989. He relocated to the Pittsburgh area where he served as Chief Counsel for the Office of Thrift Supervision. He later worked for a Pittsburgh based law firm before joining First National Bank’s Legal Department in 1996. Orie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Franklin & Marshall College, Lancaster, PA. He earned his Jurist Doctorate from Duquesne Law School, Pittsburgh, PA. Orie currently serves as Director of the American Corporate Counsel Society, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association and the American Bankers Association.

Robert D. Carter is Senior Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Branch Operations of Regency Finance Company. He began his career as a consumer finance manager trainee with a predecessor company of Regency in 1971 and has served in many operational capacities until the appointment to his present position in 1991. A Western Pennsylvania native, Mr. Carter serves on the Boards of Regency Finance Company as well as the Pennsylvania Financial Services Association and the Tennessee Consumer Finance Association.

Vincent J. Calabrese currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of F.N.B. Corporation. Calabrese is responsible for developing and administering the bank's corporate financial strategies in addition to oversight of accounting management, external financial reporting, internal planning, reporting and analysis, as well as the Treasury function. Mr. Calabrese has over 21 years of financial services experience. Calabrese joined F.N.B. Corporation in March 2007 as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining F.N.B. Corporation, Calabrese was Senior Vice President and Controller at People's Bank in Bridgeport, Connecticut and was a Supervising Senior Auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick in Stamford, Connecticut. A Certified Public Accountant, Calabrese earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport (CT), and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

Vincent J. Delie, Jr. currently serves as President of First National Bank and Executive Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer for F.N.B. Corporation. Delie is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and guidance for the Corporation and Bank's sales, revenue and customer interface activities including Retail and Commercial Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, Treasury Management, Private Banking, Merchant Banking, Commercial Leasing and Marketing. Delie came to First National Bank in 2005 as President and CEO of the Pittsburgh Region after a 19 year career in financial services. Most of his career was spent in the Pittsburgh area with National City Bank of Pennsylvania, where he was Executive Vice President and Division Manager for Corporate Banking. Prior to joining National City, Delie worked as an associate with the Investment Banking Group at Parker/Hunter and with the Capital Markets Division of PaineWebber Group Incorporated. Delie is a graduate from Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Finance. He currently is on the Board of Directors for First National Trust Company, First National Investment Services Company, F.N.B. Capital Corporation, First National Insurance Agency, Bank Capital Services and serves as Chairman of the bank's Community Reinvestment Act Committee. He is also on the Board of Trustees for the Watson Institute and is actively involved with a number of community-based entities including Life's Work of Western Pennsylvania, and the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium where he also served on the Board of Directors.

Louise Lowrey is Technology & Support Group Executive. She is responsible for the support, selection and implementation of technology, management of all customer information systems and processes, and the leadership of a 250 employee team. Lowrey is also a key participant in strategic development and acquisition activities. With extensive banking and management experience at First National Bank, Lowrey has previously served as Senior Vice President, Operations Manager, Vice President, Client Services, Assistant Vice President, Loan Operations Manager and Banking Officer, Loan Collections Manager. Lowrey is a graduate of the Penn State Management Program and of various American Institute of Banking, business and technical programs. She is an Adult Literacy Tutor, a Dante Culture Commission Member and a former Board Member of Technical Education Solutions.

David B. Mogle serves as Secretary for F.N.B. Corporation and is also Senior Vice President and Secretary of First National Bank of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining F.N.B. Corporation in 1976 as Controller, Mogle worked for Gallatin National Bank in Uniontown, PA as Assistant Controller responsible for accounting, reporting and cash management functions. Mogle holds a bachelor of arts degree in Business Administration from Thiel College, Greenville, PA. He also graduated with honors from the Pennsylvania School of Banking, Lewisburg, PA and has degrees from the American Institute of Banking. Active in the community, Mogle has volunteered for years as a baseball coach for the Hermitage, PA Little League. He is a former Chairman of the Mercer County American Red Cross and a former member of the Thiel College Advisory Board. He has served as an Executive Director for Junior Achievement, Charter President and Treasurer for the American Institute of Banking and a member of the Kiwanis Service Club.
