Jason Switz joined FNF Construction as its Controller in 2006. He is responsible for financial reporting, and reports to the Chief Financial Officer of the company. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Switz served as a Division Controller for United Rentals Highway Technologies, a wholly-owned subsidiary of United Rentals, Inc. His responsibilities included job costing and the preparation of consolidated financial statements for nineteen locations in nine states within the Western Region. He also provided significant operational support to the district and branch managers, including capital asset management, evaluation of rental rates, and bid review. He also held accounting manager and regional financial analyst positions with United Rentals, Inc. from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Switz began his financial services career in 1996 as an auditor with the accounting firms of Kiesling Associations LLP and KPMG LLP. His expertise includes SEC reporting, documentation and testing of internal controls to meet Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, as well as software conversions. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. degree in accounting, Mr. Switz also holds the designation of certified public accountant. He is a current member of the Valley of the Sun chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association and the Wisconsin Association of CPAs.

Tom Fedro has more than 20 years of experience in business and technology. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Fedro was the Chief Operating Officer of eCatalystOne, an Internet technology company that offers online payment solutions to domestic and international markets. Mr. Fedro also spent five years in senior executive positions with software companies selling multimillion dollar licenses for fraud detection, churn management, and billing to major mobile operators worldwide. Mr. Fedro has taken one company through the Initial Public Offering process and has been an officer and key contributor in six mergers and acquisitions representing over $700M in value. Mr. Fedro earned his Bachelor's Degree in finance and marketing from the University of Denver. In addition, he has participated in advanced studies in negotiation strategy and international business relations at Harvard University.
