Christopher N. Knight is vice chair and secretary of the CHF board. He is chair of the CHF Board Governance & Nominating Committee and vice chair of the CHF Special Events Committee and a member of the Development, Endowment, Audience Development & Diversity and Marketing & Communication Committees. He is a partner in the firm of Foley & Lardner LLP and was formerly the managing partner of the firm's Chicago office. He is a member of the board of directors of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, the President of the board of trustees of the Writers' Theatre, a fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and a member of The Economic Club of Chicago.

Jack Lord is a partner with Foley & Lardner, and a member of the firm's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Lord is very involved in community activities. His list of civic activities includes serving as a board member of the Orange County Legal Aid Society, past president of the board of directors for the Hope and Help Center of Central Florida, an AIDS resource network; past president of the nominating board of the City of Orlando; and Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children. He is also currently co-chair of Foley's Gay and Lesbian Affinity Group. Mr. Lord received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 1994 and his undergraduate degree in 1990 from the University of Florida, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Jeffrey Blease has joined Foley & Lardner LLP as a partner and member of the litigation department and the general commercial litigation and construction practices. Throughout the past 18 years, Blease has focused his practice on general business litigation and construction issues. He was founder and managing partner of Blease & Zuccaro LLP.

Jeffrey Rosin was raised in Needham, Massachusetts, and he currently lives and practices law in Boston, where he is a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP. Jeffrey is a 1992 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a 1995 graduate of NYU School of Law. In his career, Jeffrey has practiced in New York City and Boston, clerked for a federal judge and worked in prosecutors' offices and private law firms. Lipstick's Legacy is Jeffrey's first fiction novel, and his second is well underway. He appears at local Massachusetts book stores to promote his work, and is a willing and enthusiastic attendee at book club discussions throughout New England. Mr. Welch is a partner in the national law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP, practicing in the areas of finance, commercial real estate, economic development and corporate law. Mr. Welch graduated with honors from Stetson University and received his MA and JD degrees, with honors, from the University of Florida, where he served as editor-in-chief of the University of Florida Law Review. Mr. Welch is a recipient of the Downtown Development Authority's Lew Klechak Award for his contributions to downtown development. Mr. Welch currently serves as Vice Chair of ULI Jacksonville, a director of Habitat for Humanity of Jacksonville (HabiJax) and trustee of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Welch is a past president of the board of directors of the Jacksonville Museum of Science & History, Leadership Jacksonville Alumni, the Jacksonville Historical Society and JaxPride and is former general counsel and Executive Committee member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Welch is married to Lane Taylor Welch and has two sons, Andrew and Matthew.

Lowell C. Brown is co-author of Article VI Blog, http://www.article6blog.com, which is devoted to discussion and analysis of the religious issues surrounding the 2008 presidential election. Lowell is also a Los Angeles-based attorney and since 1990 has been a partner in Foley & Lardner LLP, where he practices corporate health law for institutional health care providers. He describes himself as an active, committed, convinced Mormon and has served in a number of callings in the Church, his favorite of which was Scoutmaster. The views expressed here are Lowell's own.

Luke E. Sims has served as a Director of the Company since December 1985. Mr. Sims has been a partner in the law firm of Foley & Lardner LLP (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) since 1984, and has been an attorney with such firm since 1976. Foley & Lardner LLP acted as general counsel for the Company from 1982 to 2004. Mr. Sims is a Director of NAIC Growth Fund, Inc. and Wilson-Hurd Mfg. Co.

Mark Mansour is a partner with Foley & Lardner LLP, where he is a member of the Public Affairs and International Practices, as well as the Food and Nanotechnology Industry Teams. His practice focuses on national and international food and drug regulation, as well as regulatory and public policy issues relating to nutrition, food additives, pharmaceuticals, agribusiness, biotechnology, "biopharming," nanotechnology, chemicals and other consumer products. In his seven years as in house counsel with two major multinational corporations, Mr. Mansour managed major legal and public policy issues in the regulatory, contract, trade, intellectual property, labor, criminal law and other major areas. He has been involved in a diverse range of projects: he was instrumental in helping to draft portions of both Egypt's and Kuwait's environmental laws, in English and in Arabic. Combining his legal experience both at law firms and with major multinational corporations, with legislative experience in the US Congress, and an advanced degree in international affairs, he has helped clients solve a variety of challenges in international markets across the globe. He has addressed regulators, public policy leaders and scientists in countries around the world, often participating in programs sponsored by leading U.S. agencies, including the Department of Agriculture and the Department of State. Prior to joining Foley, Mr. Mansour had been in private law practice with two leading international firms. From 1997 to 1998, he served as assistant general counsel and director of global regulatory affairs with the Kellogg Company, where he led the development and implementation of the company's global regulatory strategy. He also was chairman of a multidisciplinary team that set policies and global strategies in the areas of health and nutrition claims, fortification, packaging, food safety, FDA compliance and removal of international regulatory and trade barriers. Sandy Sterrett is a partner at the law firm of Foley & Lardner in Washington, DC. He specializes in corporate, tax, and technology law. Prior to joining Foley & Lardner, Mr. Sterrett acted as a clerk for Judge James S. Halpern at the United States Tax Court, worked for Allens Arthur Robinson (an Australian law firm) in Melbourne and Sydney, worked as a legal intern for the PGA Tour, and served as an assistant in the Fulbright Program for the U.S. Information Agency. He received a B.A. in Political Science from Amherst College and a J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School. Mr. Sterrett has also studied at the London School of Economics. He is a member of the American Bar Association, DC Bar, Licensing Executives Society, and New York State Bar Association. Involved in many community organizations, Mr. Sterrett has been both director and president of the Australia America Association. He joined the NCIV Board of Directors in 2003. Mr. Sterrett enjoys traveling, photography, ice hockey, and golf. He is married to Mary Clare Sterrett and has two sons, James and Henry.

Ms. Barnes has been in the legal profession for more than 25 years and has built a solid reputation as a banking and finance attorney, mentor and architect of successful diversity programs. Prior to her current work with Lawyers For One America, Ms. Barnes was the Executive Director and General Counsel of the Bar Association of San Francisco, a 9,500-member voluntary urban bar association, which serves its members and the community at large. She was responsible for maintaining the Association's Volunteer Legal Services program, the largest and most comprehensive provider of pro bono legal services in San Francisco; the Association's Lawyer Referral Service, which responds to 80,000 calls a year; the Alternative Dispute Resolution department, which administers the Superior Court Early Settlement Program, the Association's Fee Disputes program and other arbitration and mediation initiatives; the Continuing Legal Education Department, which directs the work of 34 committees and sections to produce high quality legal education; the Barristers' Club, which provides services tailored to the needs of newer lawyers; and provides administrative oversight, financial support and housing for the California Minority Counsel Program. Ms. Barnes also served as the Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Bank of America, where she was a senior manager and member of the policy committee for the Legal Department. She also helped launch the bank's diversity initiative that resulted in the bank receiving awards and recognition for creating an environment where all employees could do their best work. Prior to leaving Bank of America, Ms. Barnes managed lawyers and advised 15 units of the financial institution, including capital markets, commercial and private banking, investment management, commercial and corporate real estate, corporate trust and international banking. A graduate of Rice University and New York University School of Law, Ms. Barnes spent her early legal career at the New York law firms of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Sage Gray Todd & Sims. Ms. Barnes also is very active in her community. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of Rice University, member of the Board of Directors of On Lok, Inc., the American Conservatory Theater, Equal Rights Advocates, and the Branson School. She is the former President of the Board of Directors of Friends of Marin Center, Co-chair of the Advisory Board of the National Multicultural Institute and a member of the Strategic Planning Committee of the Reed Unified Public School District. Rita Dadtka is the Manager of the Technology Assistance Center at Foley & Lardner LLP. Rita manages a staff of 15 analysts who provide technical support to 18 offices. Rita joined Foley & Lardner LLP in November 2000 as the Supervisor, she became Manager in April 2004. The Technology Assistance Center (TAC) has grown from an organization focused on helping with basic computer problems to a multi-faceted group handling a wide variety of technology-related events from video conference scheduling to Blackberry activations and troubleshooting under Rita's guidance. The Technology Assistance Center's energy is focused on providing superior customer service. The teams average first call resolution rate is 82%. Key factors in achieving this resolution rate are continual training, knowledge transfer, and low staff turnover within the department. Rita is a member of the local HDI chapter and attends local ILTA (International Legal Technology Association) meetings. Rita currently holds the Certified Software Manager, Advanced Software Manager, and MOS Outlook XP certifications.
