Brian Bowe is responsible for P&L management of Foliage's business in the aerospace, defense and security products industries. Brian joined Foliage in 1994 as a project manager and has previously served as an engineering manager. Brian has more than 20 years' experience in software development, and has led dozens of projects of varying sizes and durations, including aerospace projects that were awarded the FAA's highest certification levels, DO-178B level A and level B. Prior to Foliage, Brian's experience included work in the Telecommunications, Test and Measurement Instrumentation, and Semiconductor industries. He served as Director of Engineering at Teledyne TAC, a back-end semiconductor equipment manufacturer. There, he led a team that developed an automatic wafer prober that handled 200 mm wafers and could withstand a then-industry-leading 100 lbs of probe force. Brian received a BA in Biology from Merrimack College and studied Computer Engineering at the University of Lowell.

John Carey is responsible for corporate account development, sales leadership and mentoring of divisional sales staff. John joined Foliage as the first sales executive early in 1996 and has been integral in the growth of Foliage. Under John's direction, Foliage has built a first class sales organization with an emphasis on consultative direct sales and customer relationship management. John has over 20 years of software sales experience. Prior to joining Foliage, he held direct sales and sales management positions with several companies that offer hospital and clinical information software to the Healthcare industry including; Cerner Corporation, MEDITECH, and Versyss. Prior to Healthcare, John focused on the Construction marketplace selling job cost accounting software systems for Contel Business Systems. John holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and he served four years in the U.S. Navy.

Louisa Gray is responsible for the corporate management of Foliage's sales and marketing support, human resources, and IT support functions. In this capacity, her focus is to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of internal business processes while identifying opportunities to improve both long-term strategic and tactical day-to-day operations. With more than 20 years experience in various Operational Management positions, in both large and small organizations, Louisa has developed a core skill base in defining and executing operational initiatives to effectively grow business and ensure operating efficiency. Previous to Foliage, Louisa was Operations Officer at Wells Fargo where she directed business operations for Corporate Headquarters and 11 regional offices. While at TAC Engineering, in addition to her operational responsibilities, she was involved in the development and implementation of strategic marketing programs and the procurement and adminstration of multi-million dollar government contracts. In addition, she has directed daily operations for several smaller organizations where her responsibilities included management of corporate finances, in-depth market research and analysis, and the creation and delivery of sales and marketing initiatives. Louisa holds a BA from Regis College and did MBA graduate work at Pepperdine University.

Rich Sullivan is responsible for Foliage's business development initiatives with consulting, private equity and investment firms. Rich was co-founder of the re-emergence of Brooks Automation in 1989. In addition to being the lead financial resource in the company for 10 years, he did two tours of duty running Operations for the company. Rich headed up the effort to globalize the company in the mid 1990's with the opening of locations around the world. Rich left Brooks to assume the position of Chief Operating Officer for Performance Motion Devices, Inc. Within six months was appointed President and CEO. The company achieved steady and consistent growth of both the top line and bottom line under his leadership. During this time the company delivered a number of compelling new products to the market place that were commercially successful. Rich's most recent assignment was with the Government of South Korea. As general manager of CiBNA/ASP he was responsible for bi-directional Business Development. Rich personally headed up the high technology programs.
