MATTHEW C. SINES is Chief Operations Officer of Fonix Telecom, Inc. Mr. Sines holds 27 years of telecommunications experience from start up to large corporations and leads as a hands on executive. While in the industry, Mr. Sines continues to develop a unique blend of experience in engineering, information technologies, operations, sales and marketing.
