MATTHEW C. SINES is Chief Operations Officer of Fonix Telecom, Inc. Mr. Sines holds 27 years of telecommunications experience from start up to large corporations and leads as a hands on executive. While in the industry, Mr. Sines continues to develop a unique blend of experience in engineering, information technologies, operations, sales and marketing. D. LYNN SHEPHERD is vice president and general manager of embedded automotive and wireless and mobile applications and has been employed by the Company since 1997.
