Neal Moszkowski has been a member of our Board of Directors since May, 2002, serving as chairman from May 2002 through October 2006. Since April 2005, Mr. Moszkowski has been Co-Chief Executive Officer of TowerBrook Capital Partners LP, a private equity investment company. Prior to joining TowerBrook, Mr. Moszkowski was Managing Director and Co-Head of Soros Private Equity, the private equity investment business of Soros Fund Management LLC, where he served since August 1998. From August 1993 to August 1998, Mr. Moszkowski worked for Goldman, Sachs & Co. and affiliates, where he served as Vice President and Executive Director in the Principal Investment Area. Mr. Moszkowski currently serves as a director of Bluefly, Inc., an online discount apparel retailer, Day International Group, Inc., a producer and distributor of precision-engineered products and JetBlue Airways Corporation, a passenger airline. Mr. Moszkowski received his undergraduate degree from Amherst College and his masters of business administration from the Graduate School of Business of Stanford University.

M. Ann Rhoades has served as a director of the Company since March 2003. Ms. Rhoades has spent over 25 years in a variety of service-based industries, most recently as the Executive Vice President of People for JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ:JBLU) from 1999 to April 2002. Prior to joining JetBlue, Ms. Rhoades was the Executive Vice President, Team Services & Public Relations of Promus Hotel Corporation/Doubletree Hotel Corporation. Ms. Rhoades is currently the President of People Ink, a human resources consulting company she founded, and a member of the boards of directors of JetBlue Airways Corporation (NASDAQ:JBLU) and Restoration Hardware, Inc. (NASDAQ:RSTO).

Virginia Gambale is a successful investor and technology leader. As Managing Partner of Azimuth Partners LLC, which she founded in 2003, Gambale operates globally, developing growth strategies, business partnerships and executing successful exits for technology and business service companies. She is highly regarded for her innovative thinking, personal involvement, concern for people and ability to deliver results. Gambale garnered such prestigious awards as the Forbes Great Communicators in 1999 and was named one of the top three CIOs on Wall Street in 1997. Most recently, she was named by Directors and Boards Magazine as one of 12 "Directors To Watch" for in their special 30th anniversary celebration publication in 2006. She has served on over 20 public and private boards including: JetBlue (NASDAQ-BLU), Motive (NASDAQ-MOTV), Workbrain (TSE-WB), Voxpath, IQ Financial (Chairman) and Synchronoss Technologies (NASDAQ-SNCR). She has often served as Board Chair and Compensation & Transaction Committee Chair. Gambale's work on Advisory Boards is extensive and includes: DB Capital Partners, FT Ventures, Apax Technology Ventures, New York City Investment Fund, Mobius Ventures, Gartner Group & SIM CIO Roundtables, CPM Brazil, MPI Professionals, Knoa Software, and RWD Executive Search. Prior to 2003, Gambale held senior management positions, including CIO, at global corporations including: Merrill Lynch, Marsh & McLennan, Bankers Trust Alex Brown and Deutsche Bank. Additionally, she headed DB Strategic Ventures, where she successfully liquidated their 100M investment portfolio. This lead to her appointment as general partner in ABS Ventures where all investments she led resulted in successful IPOs; Workbrain (TSE-WB) and Synchronoss Technologies (NASDAQ-SNCR). She was subsequently a partner at DB Capital Partners. A former senior executive in large multinationals, she has recruited senior level executives and understands how a firm becomes the employer of choice. An advocate of performance management systems and metrics, she is known for her success in employee development and satisfaction. Gambale's memberships include: National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Economic Club of New York, Women's Hi-Tech Coalition and Women on Wall Street. She is a member of the Mentor Faculty and Thesis Evaluation board for Columbia University's Graduate Masters in Technology Leadership. Ms. Gambale is also an active mentor and financial sponsor for the education of underprivileged minority women at St. Michael's Academy in New York City. Gambale earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science with a minor in Business from the New York Institute of Technology. She also studied at Julliard and Hartt Conservatories.

John Owen is our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and has served in this capacity since January 1999. From August 1998 to December 1998, Mr. Owen served as the Vice President for Operations Planning and Analysis for Southwest Airlines. From October 1984 to August 1998, Mr. Owen served as the Treasurer for Southwest Airlines. Mr. Owen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Thomas Kelly, age 50, is our Executive Vice President and Secretary and has served in this capacity since August 1998. From August 1998 until February 2003, he was also our General Counsel. From December 1995 to October 1998, Mr. Kelly served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and a member of the board of directors of Open Skies. From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Kelly served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Morris Air Corporation and served as a member of the board of directors of Morris Air from 1991 to 1993. Mr. Kelly received his Bachelor of Arts degree in University Studies from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Harvard Law School.

Tim Claydon is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for JetBlue Airways, the New York based low-fare, low-cost airline. He has served in this capacity since July 2003 when he was promoted from Vice President of Sales and Business Development, a position he had held since joining the company in February 2001. In his role, Mr. Claydon is responsible for the oversight of JetBlue's Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, Schedule Planning and Reservations departments. He was also responsible for the management of JetBlue's Information Technology department from July 2003 until this year. During his tenure, JetBlue has successfully grown from the early days of a "start-up" carrier to official Major airline status, which it achieved in January 2005 after reaching annual sales of more than $1 billion. His efforts were recognized as "Advertising Age's Marketer of the Year" in 2003. Before joining JetBlue, Mr. Claydon spent more than 22 years in the airline/travel industry. Most recently he served as the Senior Manager of Supplier Relations with Expedia, Inc., from 1999 to 2001. From 1988 to 1999, he held various sales and marketing management roles at Virgin Atlantic Airways, both in the UK and US, including Vice President of Sales and Marketing, North America. From 1986 to 1988, Mr. Claydon worked with Japan Airlines in London within a sales capacity. His career started in 1983 with UK-based Dan-Air London. Mr. Claydon currently serves on various advisory boards within the travel sector, including The Masters Program, which is affiliated with The National Business Travel Association (NBTA). Educated in the UK at the Ingatestone Anglo-European School, he currently resides with his wife and son in Westchester County, NY.

David is Director of loyalty marketing at JetBlue Airways, winner of the Best Domestic Airline title from the Conde Nast Traveler's 2007 Readers' Choice Awards for the sixth consecutive year. David's responsibilities include overseeing TrueBlue, the JetBlue card by American Express, partnership marketing, customer research and email marketing. David spent eleven years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, where he held several senior marketing positions including loyalty and travel partnerships. Prior to joining JetBlue, David created and launched a new loyalty program 'AutoZone Rewards' for the nations largest auto parts company AutoZone. David proudly hails from Cork, Ireland and now resides in Connecticut with his family.

Dee Hinckley, BS, OTR/L, CES is the Ergonomic Specialist for JetBlue Airways, providing and coordinating ergonomic services for over 6,000 employees. Ms. Hinckley has over 15 years' experience in ergonomics, industrial safety, and industrial injury prevention in many industrial venues. She is a member of OSHA's Airline Ergonomic Alliance, has authored articles and chapters on ergonomics, and has lectured nationally.

Mike Nichols - has lived in Boca Raton for over 30 years. He graduated from Hillsdale College in Michigan and received his Masters Degree in Education from John Carroll University. He studied in Oxford, England at the Center for Renaissance and Medieval Studies. Mr. Nichols has worked with children for many years in the capacity of teacher at both the elementary and secondary school levels. Mr. Nichols is currently a Captain with JetBlue Airways. He is a member of the Board of Directors at Christ School in Arden, North Carolina, a college preparatory school, is also a member of the Nichols Foundation, and serves as a Director with The Children's Place at Home Safe.
