William Lenich, age 59, has been Executive Vice President of Footstar since February 7, 2006. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President of Meldisco since joining Meldisco in 2002.

Dennis M. Lee, age 57, became Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Footstar on February 7, 2006. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources of Meldisco since joining Meldisco in July 2004. Prior to joining Footstar, he served as an Assistant Professor in Residence for Human Resource Management, College of Continuing Studies and School of Business at the University of Connecticut and was Senior Vice President Human Resources and Logistics for the Venator Group.

Richard L. Robbins has served as a director since August 2006. Mr. Robbins served from October 2003 through January 2004 as Senior Vice President, Financial Reporting of Footstar, Inc., a nationwide retailer of footwear. He was Senior Vice President Financial Reporting and Control and Principal Financial Officer of Footstar, Inc. from January 2004 until March 2006. Footstar, Inc. filed for bankruptcy protection in March 2004 and emerged from bankruptcy in February 2006. From July 2002 to October 2003, Mr. Robbins was a partner in Robbins Consulting LLP, a financial, strategic and management consulting firm. From 1978 to 2002, Mr. Robbins was a partner of Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Robbins is currently a member of the board of directors of BioScrip, Inc. a provider of comprehensive specialty pharmacy and pharmacy benefit management services and of Vital Signs, Inc., a manufacturer of medical products.

Partner with the law firm of Olshan Grundman Frome Rosenzweig & Wolosky LLP, based in New York City, since 1998. Mr. Finerman practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and proxy contests. He also counsels corporate clients on corporate governance practices and related matters, SEC reporting requirements and other public company obligations.

President of Ontrac Advisors, Inc., member on boards of Movie Gallery, Inc., Zemex Minerals Holdings, Inc., FiberTower Corporation, and Footstar, Inc. President of Ontrac Advisors, Inc., where he provides analysis and management services. Previously, the Chief Executive Officer of Teletrac, Inc., after serving as General Counsel & Secretary. Mr. Scheiwe was also General Counsel & Secretary of Premiere Page, Inc. and currently serves on the boards of Movie Gallery, Inc., Zemex Minerals Holdings, Inc., FiberTower Corporation, and Footstar, Inc. Mr. Scheiwe received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado and a J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law.
