Mike Bannister is chairman and chief executive officer of Ford Motor Credit Company LLC and is responsible for all operations of Ford Motor Credit worldwide. He is also an executive vice president of the Ford Motor Company. Bannister was previously president and chief operating officer of Ford Motor Credit, responsible for all sales and marketing functions globally, service centers, quality, customer satisfaction, process management and insurance operations. He has also served as president of Ford Financial International where he led the company's operations in Asia-Pacific, Europe and Latin America. In addition, he served as chairman, Ford Financial Europe. Bannister joined Ford Motor Credit in 1973 and has held a number of branch and regional management operating positions in North America. He also served as manager, Sales Analysis and Rate Administration, Marketing; vice president of Marketing in North America; and executive director, European Sales Operations. Bannister earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Memphis State University, now the University of Memphis. Active in the community, he is a member of the board of directors of the National Council on economic Educations and serves on the finance and audit committee. In addition, Bannister serves on the executive and finance committees of the board of directors of the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit and on the Detroit Investment Fund Board, a Detroit Renaissance affiliate.

Terry Chenault is the president of Global Operations, Technology and Risk Management for Ford Motor Credit Company. He has worldwide responsibility for information technology, risk management, quality, customer satisfaction, 6-sigma and process management. Operating centers that provide service and collection support for automotive dealers and consumers around the globe report to him, as do the North American business centers that manage contract originations, wholesale loans, collections and service. Chenault serves on six company boards: Ford Motor Credit Company, Percepta LLC, American Road Services Company, Ford Auto Club, Inc., The American Road Insurance Company and Vista Life Insurance Company. Before joining Ford Motor Credit in 1999, Chenault worked for American Express where he served as senior vice president, Credit and Regional Operations. During his 20-year career at American Express, Chenault held a variety of management positions in Credit Operations, Customer Service, Performance Engineering and Quality Assurance. He earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and a master of science in industrial and management systems engineering from Arizona State University.

J Mays is group vice president, Design, and chief creative officer, Ford Motor Company. He is responsible for shaping the design direction of Ford Motor Company’s eight global brands – Ford, Lincoln , Mercury, Mazda, Volvo, Land Rover, Jaguar and Aston Martin. In addition, through the expanded role he assumed Jan. 1, 2005 , Mays invests even more time working with individual brands to create and support more long-range strategic design visions. Mays, 50, has led the development of significant concept vehicles including the Ford Fairlane, Shelby GR-1 and ‘427,’ as well as the Jaguar F-Type and Volvo Safety Car Concept. He has also played an instrumental role in redesigning Ford Motor Company’s auto show display stand. In addition, he has been instrumental in creating several key new production models including the Aston Martin DB9, Land Rover LR3/Discovery, Ford GT and the all-new Ford Shelby Cobra GT500. Mays, who was born in Pauls Valley, Okla., launched his automotive design career at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena , Calif. Following graduation in 1980, he joined Audi AG in Ingolstadt , Germany , as an exterior designer. He moved to Munich in 1983 to work for BMW and returned to Audi the following year as a senior designer, where he worked to develop production model proposals for both Volkswagen and Audi. The Audi AVUS concept car, an iconic, polished aluminum celebration of Germany ’s legacy of automotive performance and technology, marked the highlight of his return. In 1989, Mays returned to the U.S. as Volkswagen of America’s chief designer in its Simi Valley , Calif. , Design Center , where he was responsible for the design and branding of the Volkswagen Concept 1, known today as the New Beetle. He returned to Germany in 1993 as Audi’s design director responsible for worldwide design strategy, development and execution. Mays shifted gears in 1995, as vice president of Design Development for SHR Perceptual Management, an ideation, branding and design consultancy that worked for numerous automotive companies, including Ford. Mays joined Ford Motor Company in 1997 as vice president, Design and was named group vice president in 2003. During his tenure with Ford, he has received numerous professional awards and recognition for his designs. Mays’ design philosophy and a cross-section of his vehicles were the subject of an exhibition called “Retrofuturism: The Car Design of J Mays” at the Geffen Contemporary of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles in November 2002. In addition, he received the Harvard Design School annual Excellence in Design Award in February 2002. In September 2002, he received the Don Kubly Professional Attainment Award from the Art Center. In 2004, he was named among Fast Company magazine’s inaugural “Masters of Design” standouts.

Harry is a automotive finance professional with over 30 years of domestic and international experience at Ford Motor Credit Company. Following his "retirement" from Ford Credit in 2002, he now elects to serve other automotive, truck, leasing or rental activities with his goal oriented leadership.

Tom has more than 33 years experience in the automobile business. His experience includes 12 years in automotive retail including positions in sales, sales management and F&I. Tom has been with Ford Motor Credit Company since 1984 and has held a variety of field sales, marketing, and management positions. In his current role, Tom is responsible for developing and deploying sales and marketing support tools for both Ford Credit branches and dealerships. He holds a B.A. Degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Tom and his wife Sandy have been married for 30 years and reside in White Lake, MI.

George has been a member of Brush Up Buffalo since it started in 1996 and has served in a broad range of capacities. Retired after 35 years with Ford Motor Credit Company, George brings his considerable financial experience to his role as Treasurer.

Peter J. Daniel is senior vice president and controller, Ford Motor Company, effective Sept. 1, 2006. He reports to Don Leclair, executive vice president and chief financial officer. Prior to this position, he was vice president and president, Ford Asia Pacific and Africa. Daniel has held numerous international positions in Finance, including assignments with Ford's operations in South America and Asia Pacific. His roles have included assignments in Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Malaysia and Brazil. Daniel, an Australian native, joined Ford in 1971. In the early 1980s, he was director of finance for Ford Malaysia and held a number of Finance positions in Ford Australia and Ford Asia Pacific before becoming director of finance for Ford Lio Ho in Taiwan in 1990. He then moved to the U.S. in 1994 and held a number of key Finance positions in Product Development. In 1996, he served as director of Finance, Ford Argentina-Brazil and then director of Finance for Ford South American Operations. In 1999, he was named Manufacturing controller and in 2003, he was named controller, North America, followed by controller of The Americas. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Melbourne University in Australia in 1968.
