Dr. Sheldon Shuch is an educator, editor of educational materials, and consultant with a wide range of experience in schools both in New York City and throughout the country with expertise in many areas including grant writing, proposal development and evaluation, program implementation and school reform. Dr. Shuch was previously Director of Funded Programs for Community School District Five in New York City where he administered a budget of almost $22 million and was responsible for the oversight of programs in 18 schools. Since gaining his Ph.D. from Fordham University with a specialization in curriculum and teaching and receiving his administrative certification on both the school and district level, Dr. Shuch served in a variety of positions including Director of Reading, and Director of Instruction and Professional Development for District Five. In these varied posts he gained valuable expertise in not only teaching and learning but also school reform. In addition, Dr. Shuch served as Principal of a suburban, private religious school, grades K-10, for 20 years. He has served as a consultant to many companies, including Scholastic, Lightspan, Globe-Fearon, Harcourt Brace, Inc., Tutor.com, Salvadori Center for Education and the Built Environment, the New York Press Club Foundation and to school systems including, most recently, the Cleveland Public Schools, the Rockland Teachers Center and the Renaissance Charter School. As an Associate Professor at the City College Graduate School of Education, Dr. Shuch taught in its citywide program for the development of future school administrators at the Central Board's headquarters. Presently he is working as a Clinical Field Supervisor and Professor at Manhattanville College assigned to new teachers to support their transition to the field of education and in the Graduate Program at Touro College in the Department of Literacy. He is also the editor of two nonfiction books published in the past few years and is working on a third.

Professor Drummond is professor and director of graduate studies at Fordham University. His specialty is contemporary philosophy, especially the philosophy of Edmund Husserl and the phenomenological and hermeneutical traditions arising therefrom. He has written extensively on Husserl's theory of intentionality, and have more recently focused attention on Husserl's theory of evaluative and specifically moral intentionality. He has also explored Husserl's writings on ethics and the nature of community in order to understand better the nature of moral and political communities. In addition, Professor Drummond has done recent work on the relations among phenomenology, formal logic, and formal ontology. He hopes to connect this work with the work on evaluative intentionality to reveal the special manner in which the valuable properties of things and the specifically moral properties of agents and their actions are manifested to us.

Dr. Goris is a sociologist trained at Fordham University with a scholarship from the National Institute of Mental Health. Her areas of expertise include urban sociology, demographics, immigration, Latino studies, research, domestic violence and counseling. She has vast experience working with community-based organizations. She has been the recipient of many awards, including the Proclamation of August 12th as Anneris Goris' Day by the president of the New York City Council in recognition of fine scholarly work on Dominican Immigrants in the United States, 1990; The National Institute of Mental Health Fellowship, 1980-1984; and The Borough of Manhattan Award for Excellence, 1969. Dr. Goris has taught college level courses at both private and public universities. Courses include: Sociology, Research Methodology, Psychology of Hispanic Youth, Ethnicity in a Pluralistic Society, Puerto Ricans in the United States, Latino Communities in New York City, Caribbean Communities in New York City, Puerto Ricans and Dominicans in the United States, Religion in Mexico and the Caribbean, and Theories of Personality. Dr. Goris taught at the City University of New York, Hunter College, in the Department of Puerto Rican and Latino Studies; Wurzweiler Graduate School of Social Work, Yeshiva University, in the Department of Black and Puerto Rican Studies; Mundelein Seminary, Chicago, Illinois, in the Department of Psychology.

Arnaldo Cruz-Malave is Associate Professor of Spanish and Comparative Literature at Fordham University in New York. He is author of a study on the intersections of nationalism and sexuality in the prose fiction of the Cuban author, Jose Lezama Lima, El primitivo implorante. He has published numerous essays on Puerto Rican, Hispanic Caribbean and U.S. Latino literatures and cultures. His essays have appeared in anthologies such as Entiendes? Queer Readings/Hispanic Writings(Duke,1995), Sex and Sexuality in Latin America (NYU, 1997), and Queer Representations(NYU, 1997), and in journals such as Revista Iberoamericana,differences,Revista de Critica Cultural,Cuban Studies,Posdata,and Claridad.

Arthur is the Chairman of Queensfort Investments, a private real-estate investment concern. He was the Chairman of the Board of First Winthrop Corporation, a real estate investment company involved in the ownership and operation of commercial and residential buildings. His current and former Board memberships include the Board of Governors of the Daytop Village Foundation and the Catholic Charities arm of the Boston Archdiocese. Additionally, Arthur has been a Trustee of Fordham University, Villanova University, St. David's School in New York, and the Canterbury School. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Harvard University, and a B.A. from Villanova University.

Dr. Mundy is an associate professor in the department of Art History and Music at Fordham University in New York City, specializing in pre-Columbian and Latin American art. Dr. Barry Rosenfeld is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Fordham University and is co-director of the department's Forensic Psychology Specialization. Dr. Rosenfeld received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Virginia, and completed an internship at Bellevue Hospital in New York City. Following his graduation, Dr. Rosenfeld completed a post-doctoral fellowship in bioethics and consultation-in-liason psychology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. During the past decade, Dr. Rosenfeld has published numerous empirical, theoretical, and review papers on numerous topics related to law and policy, medical ethics, forensic psychology, and behavioral medicine. Dr. Rosenfeld is also on the editorial board of several prominent journals including Ethics and Behavior. Recently, Dr. Rosenfeld's research on terminal illness, physician-assisted suicide, and the desire for hastened death has resulted in numerous publications in major medical journals, as well as his book published in 2004 by the American Psychological Association, Physician-Assisted Suicide and Euthanasia: The Interface of Social Science, Public Policy, and Medical Ethics.

Beulah Cox is the founding member of Ambrosia and Friends. Ms. Cox has appeared as soloist with the Virtuoso Strings in New York City, the Allegro Chamber Ensemble at the Festival Saint Louis en L'Ile in Paris, and in London at St. Martin-in-the-Fields. Solo performances with the Doansburg Chamber Orchestra were reviewed in the Gannett Suburban Newspapers: "Cox had a sweet tone and much sensitivity, conveying delicate emotion." Miss Cox is a frequent guest artist with chamber music ensembles frequently filling in on short notice. She is a member of several orchestras in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey and performs across the United States as well as in Europe. A committed teacher as well, Ms. Cox is on the faculty of Fordham University, the Ethical Culture School and the Riverdale YMHA-YWHA as well as teaching privately. Before coming to New York City, Ms. Cox was a Baroque violinist with the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation making several recordings under that label. Her teachers and coaches include Ani Kavafian, Hamao Fujiwara, Joyce Robbins and Joseph Fuchs.

Bill Harris is in his fifth season as Head Water Polo Coach at Fordham University, having elevated the team's play and expectations over the past four seasons. Harris immediately brought some respect back to Fordham, recording eight overall wins and three conference victories in 2004. He quickly followed that up with nine victories in 2005, and has brought in quality recruiting classes each offseason. In 2006, Harris did another fantastic job posting an 11-11-1 mark, the first season for Fordham at or above the .500 mark in over a decade, while in 2007, the Rams matched that win total (11), playing a number of ranked opponents, as well as making their first trip to the West Coast. Individually, Harris has helped two Rams earn All-CWPA Northern Division in each of the last three seasons (Paul Shrewsbury - 2005 Second Team, 2007 Second Team; Todd Conway - 2006 First Team). Harris, who most recently was the girls' varsity coach at Greenwich High School, brings a plethora of experience to Fordham. Prior to Greenwich High School, he served as the travel team coach for Greenwich Youth Water Polo from 2000-03, while also serving as an Age Group coach for the New York Athletic Club from 1995-2003. Harris was also the head coach for the NYAC Men's Team from 1982-87. In addition to these coaching positions, Harris also currently serves as a USA Water Polo Gold Level coach. A 1997 U.S. Water Polo Hall of Fame inductee, Harris had a prolific playing career at St. Francis College, where he was a 1966 NCAA All-Amercian and a four-time ECAC All-Star Team selection, while helping St. Francis to four ECAC Championships and an undefeated conference record in those four seasons. He later was selected to the St. Francis College Athletic Hall of Fame as well. Following his collegiate career, Harris represented the New York Athletic Club from 1967-92, where he was a member of eight National Championship teams. He was selected First Team All-America eight times as a member of the NYAC, and was 1973 and 1977 MVP for the National Championship Tournaments.

Brian L. Maruffi joined drpetriconsulting in 2007 as a partner and head of the drpetriconsulting group USA with an office in New York. Dr. Maruffi is a Professor of Management Sciences at Fordham University's School of Business and an Adjunct Professor at the New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Dr. Maruffi has also had an extensive professional career as an executive, operations manager and consultant for International Strategy and Business Planning, Business Process Improvement and Executive Coaching,

Ms. Janssen is a graduate of Fordham University, from which she received a global MBA in Communication & Information Systems and Finance as well as a specialization in e-Business. She previously earned her BS in Marketing from the University of South Florida, and is currently completing her PhD at New York University, where she is developing a phenomenological study on the learning experiences of female entrepreneurs. Ms. Janssen is currently founder and president of denken Research & Consulting, a boutique consulting firm in New York City providing end-to-end market research, writing and educational services to small business owners, particularly start-ups. She has 20+ years of experience in Marketing, Market Research, New Product Development and Consulting in a variety of industries, including consumer goods, interior design, education, information technology, and financial services. Ms. Janssen teaches International Business Environment for the Mountbatten Institute and is also an adjunct professor at Fordham University where she teaches Entrepreneurship in the College of Liberal Studies.

Dr. Chabot did his undergraduate work at Fordham University and his graduate work at the University of Minnesota where he received his doctorate in Clinical Child Psychology. His most current research and publications include work on the scale of differentiation and validation of the concept of relationship pursuit and distance. Dr Chabot is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Fordham University.

Elisabeth Frost is the author of The Feminist Avant-Garde in American Poetry (2003) and the co-editor of Innovative Women Poets: An Anthology of Contemporary Poetry and Interviews (2006). She recently completed a manuscript of prose poems, All of Us, and is currently working on _L Travels_, a quasi-epistolary book-length poem. An associate professor of English at Fordham University in New York City, she directs Poets Out Loud and edits the Poets Out Loud Prize series with Fordham University Press.

Elizabeth Stone, Ph.D., is a professor of English, communication and media studies at Fordham University. She also is the faculty adviser to The Observer, Fordham's primary campus newspaper. Elizabeth's writing focuses on issues of ethnicity, psychology and literature; she has written three books and many magazine articles for an array of publications, including The New York Times. Her most recent book, a memoir, is A Boy I Once Knew: What a Teacher Learned From Her Student (Algonquin Books, 2002). It is based on 10 years' worth of diaries left to her by Vincent, a former student who died from AIDS in San Francisco in 1995. With one foot in the academic world and the other outside it, Elizabeth is aware of the sometimes odd ways the two worlds regard one another. As a result, her point of view on just about anything relating to student life is likely to be neither solely academic nor solely Real World. Not at all incidentally, she is the mother of two sons, one of whom recently graduated from George Washington University and the other who started his four-year tour of college duty last fall.

Dr. Erick Rengifo is a consultant to TABS Group specializing in econometric modeling and advanced statistical analysis. Dr. Rengifo is an Assistant Professor of Finance in the Economics Department at Fordham University. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of the Center for International Policy Studies. He was recently appointed as one of two faculty members of the Investment committee of the Fordham University endowment, which currently has over $500MM under management. He received his Doctorate from Universite catholique de Louvain, Belgium and he received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Universidad Catolica del Peru. In addition to his academic experience, Dr. Rengifo brings over a dozen years of business experience from such companies as Tans Peru-Continental Airlines, Sociedad Mutualista Militar Policial del Peru and Fondo de Vivienda Militar de la Fuerza Aerea del Peru. Dr. Rengifo specializes in market microstructure, behavioral finance and credit derivatives. He is the author of several academic papers in journals such as the Journal of Empirical Finance and Computational Statistics and Data Analysis. Many of the modeling techniques used in his financial research can be translated for consumer products applications. For TABS Group, he is focusing on such areas as enhancements to the TABS Accurate Baseline, Space Elasticity estimation for TABS Total Store Analytics, and market size estimations for international countries.

Fred J. Brandt, Ph.D. is the Chair of the Special Education Department and Assistant Professor at Manhattanville College, Adjunct Professor at Fordham University and St. Thomas Aquinas College. He served as the Director of Special Education Programs at the College of Mount Saint Vincent.

Director of Statistics and Econometrics, Hrishikesh (Rick) Vinod, is renowned in the fields of statistics and econometric methods. He is a Professor of Economics at Fordham University and is the Director of the Institute for Ethics and Economic Policy. He has served as a publication referee for numerous journals including American Economic Review, Econometrica, Psychometrika, Review of Economics and Statistics, Journal of American Statistical Association, Technometrics, International Economic Review and the Journal of Asian Economics.

Iordan Slavov, Ph.D., Senior Statistical Analyst, joined the Center for Home Policy and Research in September of 2007. At the Center, he is responsible for leading the compilation, analysis and interpretation of complex data regarding healthcare, clinical and utilization issues. Integral to Dr. Slavov's role is developing research design and methodology and implementing protocol for efficient data collection and analysis. Some specific projects he is fundamentally involved in are the creation of accurate predictive models for the risk of hospitalization, evaluation of health monitoring data, and data mining of the VNSNY data. Prior to joining the Center, Dr. Slavov was a programmer and analyst in the Department of Psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center, where he was primarily responsible for preparing statistical results sections for clinical study reports for the Lyme and Tick-Borne Diseases Research Center and the Division of Behavioral Medicine. His own research included modifying statistical models to better-fit clinical trials design. He also designed and implemented several databases and the user interface to them, and automated the processes of data loading and reports creation. A native of Bulgaria, Dr. Slavov received his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Sofia University in Bulgaria in 1991. He earned two Masters Degrees from Columbia University: Mathematics in Finance degree in 2003 and Statistics degree in 2005. Dr. Slavov is an adjunct professor in mathematics at the Bronx campus of Fordham University.

Jefrey directs research projects including online surveys, telephone surveys, focus groups and in-depth interviews. His political clients include West Virginia Governor Joe Manchin, New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, Iowa Governor Chet Culver, and many members of Congress; his not-for-profit clients include the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, 1199/SEIU, NCTA and YMCA of the USA; he also works with many corporate clients, such as Goldman Sachs and Anthem/WellPoint. Jefrey has conducted focus groups with voters for ABC's This Week with George Stephanopoulos and election town-hall meetings for ABC News. He also often appears as a political commentator on CNN, MSNBC, and the FOX News Channel. He has been quoted extensively on survey research in The New York Times, the New Yorker, Time, U.S. News and World Report, USA Today, the Washington Post, New York magazine, and the Washington Times. Jefrey holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University, where he is an Adjunct Professor of Public Policy and Administration. In spite of the long hours he keeps and a growing family, Jefrey still sees an impressive number of Broadway shows.

Jessica Winegar is an anthropologist whose work focuses on art and the culture industries in the Middle East. She is currently writing a book on the visual art world in Egypt, on which she has also published and lectured widely. She has been the recipient of numerous fellowships, including a National Endowmen for the Humanities grant. She is an Assistant Professor of Anthropology at Fordham University in New York.

Joe Fusaro received his Masters Degree in Education from the City University of New York and his Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts from Hofstra University. He is an exhibiting artist, educator, and Visual Arts Chair for the Nyack Public Schools in New York since 2003. Prior to his work in Nyack, he was a teacher and staff developer in the New York City school system for 13 years. Fusaro is currently an adjunct assistant professor at Fordham University?s Graduate School of Education, certified by the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards, and has led staff development workshops in contemporary art education for the New York State Art Teachers Association and the National Art Education Association over the past four years. His recent exhibitions include solo shows at Kickstart Gallery in New York City and the University of California, Santa Cruz. Fusaro also exhibited in the December 2007 Postcards from the Edge group show at James Cohan Gallery, benefiting VisualAids.org, and was the summer artist-in-residence at Massachusetts College during 2005 and 2006.

Mr. Dunbar came to the Associated Press from the Center for Public Integrity, where he developed "Well Connected," the watchdog group's media and telecommunications project. Prior to his work with the Center, he was chief investigative reporter for the Florida Times-Union in Jacksonville. He has written extensively on the influence of media and telecommunications companies on the political process. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa.

Dr. John Daly has had thirty years? international managerial experience, chiefly in general corporate and academic administration. He has lived and worked for thirteen years in Europe in a wide range of industries and disciplines, chiefly in the field of research. He has taught at seven universities in the United States and abroad, mainly in Germany and Saudia Arabia. He conducted research at the University of Heidelberg under a grant from the German government. Prior to his experience abroad, Dr. Daly worked for Fortune 500 companies in the U.S. Currently, Dr. Daly is a professor at Fordham University?s Graduate School of Business Administration for which he has helped manage and market the executive-format Transnational MBA Program. Dr. Daly?s doctorate is from New York University and his bachelor?s degree is from Queens College of the City University of New York.

By trade Jude is an Associate Professor of Philosophy at Fordham University, where she has been on faculty since 1991. She earned her PhD from Emory University in Atlanta, where camping and hiking became a robust dimension of her life. She grew up on Staten Island, NY, in a neighborhood that abutted some woods (most now gone), and so was able to cultivate a woodland sensibility early on despite growing up technically in "the city". Jude has always been interested in environmental and ecological issues, but has only recently become deeply involved in the activities of protection and preservation. She is an eleven year resident of Mahopac, enjoys kayaking, gardening, her animals, home improvement, and arts of all kinds. Her partner, Joy, is a first-grade teacher in the South Bronx who wishes her students could have the opportunities of contact with nature that Putnam children do. After running a conference session to explore the pragmatic philosophical response to Global Warming issues, Jude started a working group to "green" the operations of the society that had sponsored it through conference practices, research, etc. She is also working with a group of faculty and students on campus to extend awareness of climate change and sustainability issues at Fordham University. Jude has agreed to play the role of recording secretary for PCLT, and has become an active member of several of the PCLT Board committees.

Kathleen Adams, a native of Shaker Heights, Ohio, who now considers herself a native new Yorker, is the Program Coordinator for the Vagina Festival. Kathleen is an undergraduate student at Fordham University double majoring in Women's Studies and a self designed second major of architecture/urban studies/visual arts with a concentration in hip hop. Kathleen serves on Advocates for Youths Young Women of Color Leadership Council (YWOC). As a member of YWOC Kathleen works to include and empower other young women of color in the fight to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS. She is one of the contributors of Teen Sisters Health A Black Girls Wellness Guide for Mind, Body & Spirit. In her free time Kathleen dances on a hip hop team and volunteer in NYC as a member of the New York Junior League. Kathleen has a passion for combining art, activism, and social justice issues. She just finished a 6 week 1,800+ mile bike trip from New Orleans to New York City with 10 other women from across the United States for Reproductive Justice.

Kathleen P. King is a Professor and Director of Fordham University?s Regional Educational Technology Center (RETC), and Program Director of the M.S. in Adult Education and Human Resource Development at Fordham?s Graduate School of Education. She coordinates several grants that provide professional development of teachers in educational technology including a U.S. Department of Education FIPSE/LAAP grant that serves teachers across the nation.

Marciana Popescu, MSW, is Associate Professor of Social Work at Fordham University. Dr. Popescu's work initially focused on social policy and comparative policy analysis. She worked as a consultant with UNICEF in Romania on revising existing policies on family violence from 1998-2000. In 2000, Dr. Popescu was part of a research team evaluating the country's social protection system. For the past 12 years, she has taught at the undergraduate and graduate levels in Social Work programs in Romania and in the U.S.

Marie Sepanski is currently a student at Fordham University majoring in Anthropology on an Achievement Scholarship. She attends the Lincoln Center campus in Manhattan's Upper West Side. Fordham University has prized themselves to be one of the top Catholic colleges in the country. After Marie graduated from high school with honors, she lived and worked in London, England for six months. She held employment at Kensington Palace, one of the Historic Royal Palaces, a museum, and a current residence of the royal family, including the late Princess Diana. During her stay in London, Marie donated to Scope, a charity for people with disabilities with special focus on cerebral palsy, Centrepoint for the socially excluded, homeless youth, and Greenpeace for the environment. In New York, she supports Save the Children, a charity for impoverished children in the United States and around the world with focus on health care, hunger and malnutrition, education, and economic opportunities. Marie is currently a member of the New York Museum Educators Roundtable.

Mark Svenvold is Poet in Residence at Fordham University, where he teaches creative writing and literature. His first book of nonfiction, Elmer McCurdy: The Misadventures in Life and Afterlife of an American Outlaw (Basic Books/HarperCollins 4th Estate, England) is being developed into a movie. A graduate of the MFA program at the University of Iowa Writer's Workshop, where he was a Teaching-Writing Fellow, Svenvold is a recipient of a Discovery/The Nation prize in poetry. Soul Data,

Matt Brodie, CFP, MTA is President of the tax firm of M. Brodie and Associates. Previously he spent eight years with a regional accounting firm. His practice includes all phases of tax work, including research and planning, compliance and representation before tax authorities. Mr. Brodie is also Associate Professor in the Graduate Tax Program at Fordham University. The author of a number of tax articles, he speaks to many groups on tax matters.

Melissa Jhunja is an intern at the Medicare Rights Center. She is a graduate student at Fordham University, working toward her master's degree in Social Work. Melissa was formerly a public school teacher in Stamford, Connecticut, for six years. She also taught English as a foreign language to children and adults in Spain. She has a B.A. in Elementary Education and a B.S. in Sociology from Southern Connecticut State University.

Nancy Busch-Rossnagel is the Dean of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and Professor of Psychology with an emphasis in child development at Fordham University. She has served as Consultant for the NYC Board of Education and the NYC Department of Heath, supervised standardization testing for the Bayley Scales of Infant Development, and completed a term as Editor of the Research Monographs in Adolescence. Currently she is an Editorial Board Member for the journal Applied Developmental Science and on the executive committee for the Associate of Graduate Schools in Catholic Colleges and Universities, and chairs the Advisory Board of the McGannon Communications Research Center. Her research focuses on parent-child relationships, particularly on socialization in Latino families and ethnic differences in parenting. In this area, she explores the relationship of maternal teaching behaviors to the development of mastery motivation and self-concept in young children, having spent several years developing both parental report and observational measures for the assessment of these constructs. As a result, she endeavors to identify the best practices for the creation and validation of culturally centered measures of early child development and socialization. She has mentored more than 30 doctoral dissertations, and her students are now on the faculties of major universities and colleges and serve as applied research psychologists in hospitals and research institutes. Author of more than 40 chapters and journal articles, her recent publications include a 'Changes in parental sense of competence and attitudes in low-income Head Start parents as a result of participation in a parent education workshop' (with Martha Mendez Baldwin) in the NHSA Dialog, 'Teaching behaviors and styles of low-income Puerto Rican mothers (with Maribel Vargas) in Applied Developmental Science and "Creating culturally sensitive and community-sensitive measures of development in New Directions for Child and Adolescent Development.

Nick Restaino is the Head Baseball Coach of Fordham University. As the 2005 Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year, he led the Rams to a 34-21 overall record in 2005, 17-7 in the Atlantic 10. The 34 wins are the most for a Fordham team since the 1997 squad went 34-19 while the 17 conference wins is a school record. The Rams finished second in the East Division and were the number three seed at the Atlantic 10 Championship. Restaino, who helped the Rams to the 2004 Atlantic 10 Tournament as a member of the Fordham staff. A tenure which started with an Atlantic 10 Championship in 1998. Restaino also serves as the Recruiting Coordinator at Fordham, consistently attracting some of the top recruiting classes in the nation to Rose Hill. He was responsible for recruiting two-time Atlantic 10 Player of the Year Bobby Kingsbury, who is currently in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization, Jason Conlisk, a 14th round pick by the Expos in 2002, as well as Rob Semerano, who was taken by the Oakland Athletics in the 20th round of last year's Major League Baseball First Year Player Draft. Philip J. Roth, a Chartered Market Technician (CMT), is currently the Chief Technical Market Analyst at Miller Tabak + Co. He is in his forty-first year as a Wall Street professional, having been the Chief Market Technician at Morgan Stanley, Shearson Lehman, EF Hutton, and Loeb Rhodes. Currently Past-President and a director of the Market Technicians Association, and a former director of the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA), he has been voted No. 1 in Charting and Technical Analysis in the Reuters survey. He is a frequent commentator in the printed and electronic media. He is an Adjunct Professor in the Graduate School of Business at Fordham University, and has lectured at Baruch, Columbia, Cornell, Georgia Tech, Howard, Rutgers, Tulane, and the University of Richmond.

Ralph G. Trombetta is a Managing Partner and Founder of Value Innovation Associates. He is a senior blue ocean strategy expert in Professor Kim and Mauborgne's global Value Innovation Network and a Fellow of Baldwin-Wallace College's Center for Innovation and Growth in Northeast Ohio. He was formerly a Vice President and member of the Executive Committee at Emergence Consulting, a global strategy consulting firm, and Principal in Renaissance Strategy, creators of the Balanced Scorecard. Ralph also held a series of management and staff positions at IBM in marketing & sales, services, management information systems and was one of the original members of the IBM Consulting Group. Ralph has over twenty-five years of business experience working across a diverse set of industries with particular emphasis on strategy and growth, customer management, and business alignment. He has designed and facilitated executive workshops in the US, Canada, Europe, Latin America, and Asia working with management teams ranging from Fortune 10 to family held businesses. Ralph has a passion for teaching and is a frequent lecturer on Blue Ocean Strategy and Value Innovation in Executive Education programs both at universities and within corporations. He is an Assistant Professor at Fordham University where he teaches in the MBA and EMBA programs. He has had two papers selected for presentation at the Strategic Management Society (2004 and 2006). Robin Andersen teaches at Fordham University where she directs the Peace and Justice Studies Program. Since earning a Ph.D. at the University of California (Irvine) she has been writing about the media, war and conflict. Conflict is also the subject of many of her 40 articles and chapters and of her most recent book A Century of Media: A Century of War (Peter Lang Publishing, 2006).

Steve Schwartz has a varied background but very specific interests. He has written in many different genres: from corporate communications and screenplays, to television proposals and speeches. He has also written and published a number of books on widely-divergent topics. He has been a communications consultant ... a producer of large-scale meetings and conferences...a presentation coach for senior executives...and an award-winning video producer-writer-director. In addition to his work with the Agency, he is an Adjunct Professor of Communications at NYU's Stern School of Business and Fordham University, and is a writing consultant at the School of Visual Arts. I am an impatient reader. No matter what the genre or subject, something has to happen very quickly to get me involved and keep me there. In commercial popular fiction (crime, thrillers, and historical novels) the plots have to be immediately intriguing and the characters compelling. And books on world and national affairs have to grab my attention right at the beginning.

Formerly in-house media producer for the Wildlife Conservation Society, Tom writes, shoots and edits in a wide variety of formats for a broad spectrum of venues, ranging from documentaries, news and public affairs programming to interactive museum exhibits, instructional materials and new media applications. As a producer / cinematographer, he has covered stories on four different continents, and his work has been broadcast by all the major North American commercial television networks, PBS, Discovery Channel, National Geographic Channel, CNN, BBC, NHK (Japan) and Fuji TV (Japan). He holds an undergraduate degree in Music Education from the Crane School of Music, (SUNY Potsdam), and did his masters and doctoral work in Media Ecology at New York University under Neil Postman. Tom is also a board member of Filmmakers For Conservation, and an adjunct professor in Communications at Fordham University and the New School University Media Studies Graduate Program, where he explores the interface of mass communication and the environment.

Veronica Gonzalez joined the staff at the Drum Major Institute for Public Policy as the Administrative Associate in March 2008. Prior to joining the DMI staff, Veronica worked as the Administrative Coordinator for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, a national, 24-hour, toll-free suicide prevention service for those in suicidal or emotional crisis. As the Administrative Coordinator, she assisted the Project Director in designing and implementing all internal and external administrative procedures for the Lifeline. In June 2007, Veronica worked closely with the Lifeline?s Project Director, SAMHSA, the Lifeline?s funding agency, and the Department of Veteran Affairs to expand the Lifeline?s mission to include assistance for all current and former military personnel in crisis. While working at the Lifeline, she also volunteered as a Rape Crisis Advocate at Bellevue Hospital?s Rape Crisis Program assisting survivors through the emergency room experience. Veronica graduated from Boston University in 2000 with a BA in Psychology and is currently enrolled as a part-time graduate student at Fordham University?s Graduate School of Social Services. When not working at DMI or in school, Veronica enjoys spending her time sleeping, traveling with her husband, and developing her handmade jewelry and accessories business.

William J. Latzko, Ph.D. is a management consultant who helps his clients to achieve quality in their products and services. He has over 50 years of technical and manage ment experience in man u fac turing and service industries. Dr. Latzko is currently president of Latzko Associates, a Quality Consulting Organization. He has served as Director of Quality Control for Mundet Cork Corporation, Director of Management Science and Quality Control for CBS, Columbia Record Club, and Vice President for Quality Control for the Irving Trust Com pany. Formerly he was Plant Manager for the Joseph Dixon Crucible Company and for Alpha Metals. He is a widely recognized lecturer for the American Society for Quality (ASQ), George Washington University as well as many other technical and professional societies throughout the United States and abroad. He also is an Adjunct Professor of Management Systems at Fordham University?s Graduate School of Business where he teaches various courses such as Mathematics, Quality, and Operations Management. Fellow of the American Society for Quality (000197050) as well as a Certified Quality Engineer (# 03364), Dr. Latzko is the Past Chairman of the Quality Management Division of the ASQ. He was also the first chair of the ASQ Deming Medal Committee. He has served as chairman and treasurer of the Metropolitan Section (0300) of ASQ. He is also a member of the American Statistical Association. He received the ASQ Ellis R. Ott Award for joining quality technology and management and the W. Edwards Deming Medal. He is the author of Qual ty and Productivity for Bankers and Financial Managers and izeni Jakosri (Managing Quality in Czech) has written over 40 articles on quality control. He is co author of MICR Quality Control Handbook and a contributor to Dr. Deming?s books, Quality, Productivity and Competitive Position and Out of the Crises. His latest book, with David Saunders is called Four Days with Dr. Deming: A Strategy for Modern Methods of Management. He is a graduate of Fordham (BS), Rutgers (MBA), Rutgers/ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking (DB), and KWU (Ph.D.), and also studied at New York University, where he took all of Dr. Deming?s courses. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma (Business) and Delta Pi Sigma (Statistics).

Winston J. Churchill has been a director of Amkor since July 1998. Mr. Churchill is the managing general partner of SCP Partners, a multi-stage venture capital firm with over $800 million under management that invests in technology-oriented companies. Mr. Churchill is also Chairman of CIP Capital Management, Inc., an SBA-licensed private equity fund. Previously, Mr. Churchill was a managing partner of Bradford Associates, which managed private equity funds on behalf of Bessemer Securities Corporation and Bessemer Trust Company. From 1967 to 1983, Mr. Churchill practiced law at the Philadelphia firm of Saul Ewing, LLP, where he served as Chairman of the Banking and Financial Institutions Department, Chairman of the Finance Committee and was a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Churchill is a director of Griffin Land and Nurseries, Inc., Innovative Solutions and Support, Inc. and of various SCP portfolio companies. In addition, he serves as a director on the boards of a number of charities and as a trustee of educational institutions including Fordham University, Georgetown University, Immaculata University, the Gesu School and the Young Scholars Charter School. From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Churchill served as Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System.

Celia B. Fisher, PhD, is Professor of Psychology and Director, Center for Ethics Education at Fordham University. She is Chair of the American Psychological Association Ethics Code Revision Task Force and a member of the NIMH Data Safety Monitoring Board. Dr. Fisher's work focuses on theoretical and empirical examination of ethical issues in mental health research and practice. During 2002-2003 Dr. Fisher will be the Yale University Bioethicist in Residence.

Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Gotham Organization, Inc. Joel I. Picket took charge of Gotham Organization, Inc. in 1965 and has led the evolution of the now 72-year old company from what was strictly a general contracting business to a multidimensional, full-service real estate firm active in general contracting, construction management and development management, both of its own and third-party properties. Mr. Picket is responsible for the diversity of Gotham's portfolio, which includes construction and development of residential, commercial, medical, educational and hotel properties in the New York metropolitan area. Gotham has consistently ranked as one of the 400 largest contractors in the United States and has constructed more than 27,000 residential units. Mr. Picket is a member of the Board of Trustees, Executive Committee, and is Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of Continuum Health Partners, Inc., one of the largest nonprofit hospitals chains in New York City, and he serves as a Trustee in three of Continuum's constituent hospitals. Mr. Picket is a Member of the Board of Overseers of Albert Einstein College of Medicine; an Advisory Board Member at Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Cornell University; a Board Member of the Richard Tucker Music Foundation; an Advisory Board Member at The Steven L. Newman Real Estate Institute; a Trustee, from 1998 until 1994 and 2002 until the present, of Fordham University; a Member of the Board of Governors and Executive Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York; a Board Member of The Foundation for the National Archives; and a Board Member of the New York Philharmonic. Mr. Picket holds a bachelor of arts degree from Cornell University. He has been an OSG Board member since 1989 and is a member of the Audit Committee.

Teena Brooks is the Director of Social Work for the Mental Health Project at the Urban Justice Center in New York City. Teena is Co-President of the Board of Directors for NYAPRS and Co-Chair of the NYAPRS Cultural Competence Committee. She is also an adjunct professor at the Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service and a member of the Fordham University Board of Directors. Teena has a MSW from Fordham University and is currently a Doctoral student Hunter College.

Mr. Lamar began his professional training at the North Carolina School of the Arts in 1991. After receiving a diploma he attended the Houston Ballet Academy on full scholarship. In 1998, he became a member of the first class to attend the Ailey School Fordham University B.F.A. program, where he received academic, as well as dance merit scholarships. In 1999, he attended Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival on scholarship. Since joining Kansas City Ballet in 2002, he has very much enjoyed working in repertory ranging from Todd Bolender's Chopin Piano Pieces to Val Caniperoli's Lambarena.
