James R. (Jim) Good was appointed to President of Canadian Forest Oil, a wholly owned subsidiary of Forest Oil Corporation of Denver, Colorado in April 2002. He was Vice President Exploration of Canadian Forest since July 1996. Prior to joining Canadian Forest Oil, Jim was Vice President Exploration of Mark Resources Inc. and before that Vice President of Exploration of Precambrian Shield Resources Limited, both Canadian publicly traded E&P companies. He also held senior exploration positions with Canadian Superior Oil Ltd / Mobil Oil. Jim is a native Albertan and geology graduate from the University of Calgary.

Mr. Wind joined Forest in January 2005. Mr. Wind was previously employed by Evergreen Resources, Inc. from July 2001 to December 2004. He served in various management positions during this period, including Director of Financial Reporting and Controller. From 1997 to 2001, he served in various capacities at BDO Seidman, L.L.P. Mr. Wind earned a B.S. in Accountancy from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Mr. Knell has worked as Vice President since 1999. Appointed to Senior Vice President in December 2000. In 1997 he was appointed to the position of Gulf Coast/Offshore and Onshore Business Unit Manager. He held the position of Division Drilling and Production Manager from 1990 through 1991. In 1992 he moved to Denver as the company-wide Drilling and Production Manager. He joined Forest in 1987 as the Division Production Engineer in Lafayette, Louisiana. Prior to 1987 he spent eight years with Texaco Inc. and four years with Williams Exploration Company in various petroleum engineering and field operations positions. He graduated from West Virginia University in 1974 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Michael N. Kennedy was appointed to Managing Director - Capital Markets and Treasurer on November 1, 2005. He joined Forest Oil Corporation in February 2001 as Senior Financial Analyst and most recently served as Manager - Investor Relations. Prior to Forest Oil he was an experienced senior accountant in the audit department of Arthur Andersen LLP. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1996 with a B.S. in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Mr. Robert B. (Blaine) Wofford was appointed to Vice President, Oil and Gas Marketing on June 1, 2004. Mr. Wofford brings with him over twenty years of experience in operations management and gas marketing. He has worked with Oryx Energy, where he was in charge of gas plant operations, as well as Oryx Gas Marketing Company, Producers Energy Marketing and its successor, Cinergy. He worked most recently with Devon Energy Corporation, where he held the position of Manager - Gas Marketing and Supply. Mr. Wofford attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Amber University in Dallas, Texas.

Mr. Timothy F. Savoy was appointed to Vice President - Operations Support on June 30, 2004. Mr. Savoy is responsible for all aspects of Forest's land administration, purchasing, and health, safety and environmental activities. Mr. Savoy had served as Director - Health, Safety and Environment since joining Forest Oil Corporation on February 28, 2002. Prior to joining Forest, Mr. Savoy held positions in oil and gas production operations, drilling engineering and environmental engineering as well as management positions in environment, health and safety, purchasing, oil and gas marketing and administration with Amoco and Apache Corporation. Mr. Savoy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.

Prior to joining Plexus, Ms. McClurg was Treasurer at Forest Oil Corporation. From 1989 to 2002, Ms. McClurg held positions in banking and investing at the First National Bank of Chicago, Great-West Life Assurance, Enron Capital and Trade, and U.S. Bank. She has worked on transactions that range from $5 million to $900 million. Deal structures include senior secured debt, volumetric production payments, drilling partnerships, senior bonds, land acquisition funds, and equity. Ms. McClurg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Arizona in 1983 and an MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School for International Management, in 1988. She has also completed advanced degree courses in Geology at the Colorado School of Mines.

Jay Davis is a Registered Professional Engineer who began his career with Amoco Production Company in 1977. Davis worked as drilling engineer, drilling superintendent and drilling manager for Anadarko Production, Superior Oil Company, Apache Corporation, Elf Acquitaine, and, most recently, for Seagull Energy. Since joining HTK in 1996, Davis has been providing project management services to various clients working in the Gulf of Mexico. Specific projects include serving as acting operations manager for American Exploration during their merger with Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Corporation and consulting operations engineer for Cockrell Oil Corporation and Project Manager for Transworld Oil. Currently, Jay is working with Century Exploration and Phoenix Exploration.

Tim Leake is responsible for implementation, training, and conversion projects with the Excalibur Software. He has more than 24 years experience in the oil and gas industry including work as a Landman for Gulf Oil Corporation, Chevron USA, Forest Oil Corporation, Gary-Williams, and Basin Exploration. He holds a BS in Minerals Land Management from the University of Colorado. Leake's software experience spans more than 10 years as Land System Product Director for P2 Energy Solutions, Excalibur Software. Leake is skilled in conversions, sales demonstrations, software implementation, special project management, training, and the ability to translate client needs into functional software design.

Mr. Hoglund joined the Board of Directors in 2000 and has served as our non-executive Chairman of the Board since September 2003. Mr. Hoglund has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SeaOne Maritime Corp., a natural gas transportation company, since December 2004. Mr. Hoglund has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Arctic Resources Company, Ltd., a natural gas pipeline company, since 2000. He served as Chairman of the Board of EOG Resources, Inc. from 1987 to August 1999 and President from 1990 to 1996.

Mr. Lightner became a Director in 2004 and has served as our non-executive Chairman of the Board since May 2008. Mr. Lightner has been a Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Orion Energy Partners, an oil and gas exploration and production company, since its inception in August 2004. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Lightner served in various capacities with Tom Brown, Inc., an oil and gas exploration and production company, including Director, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, until its sale to EnCana Oil & Gas (USA) Inc. in 2004. Prior to 1999, he served as Vice President and General Manager of EOG Resources, Inc. Mr. Lightner had been a director since November 2004 of W-H Energy Services Inc., an oil field services company, until its sale to Smith International in July 2008. Mr. Lightner has been a director of Cornerstone E&P Company LP, a private oil and gas exploration and production company since August 2006. Mr. Lightner serves as Chairman of our Executive Committee and is a member of our Compensation Committee.

H. Craig Clark Mr. Clark has served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of Forest since July 2003. Mr. Clark joined Forest in September 2001 and served as President and Chief Operating Officer until July 2003. Mr. Clark was employed by Apache Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company, from 1989 to 2001, where he served in various management positions, including Executive Vice President-U.S. Operations and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ProEnergy, an affiliate of Apache.

Mr. James H. Lee is Managing General Partner and principal owner of Lee, Hite & Wisda Ltd., an oil and gas consulting firm which he founded in 1984. From 1981 to 1984, Mr. Lee was a Principal with the oil and gas advisory firm of Schroder Energy Associates. He had prior experience in investment management, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions at Cooper Industries Inc. and at White, Weld & Co. Incorporated. Mr. Lee is a member of the Board of Directors of Forest Oil Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company. Mr. Lee is being nominated to the Board of Directors of the Company for the first time to fill a vacancy.

Mr. Carroll served as President and Chief Executive Officer of M-I SWACO, a supplier of drilling and completion fluids and waste management products and services owned 60% by Smith International, Inc., and as Executive Vice President of Smith International, Inc., a supplier of products and services to the oil and gas, petrochemical, and other industrial markets from March 1994 until his retirement in April 2006. He initially joined Smith International in December 1984, and was serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer when he left in 1989 and returned in October 1992. Mr. Carroll is a director of Smith International, Inc., Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc., a producer of recreational vehicles and manufactured homes, CGG-Veritas, a geophysical services and equipment company, and KBR, Inc., an engineering and construction company. Mr. Carroll is a member of our Compensation Committee and is the Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.

Mr. McDonald has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Nytis Exploration Company, an oil and gas exploration company, since April 2003. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. McDonald served as President and Chief Executive Officer and Director of Carbon Energy Corporation, an oil and gas exploration and production company. From 1987 to 1997, he served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of a company that he founded, Interenergy Corporation, a natural gas gathering, processing, and marketing company.

Stephen A. Kaplan has served as a director of the Company since May 2001. Since 1995, Mr. Kaplan has been a principal and portfolio manager of Oaktree Capital Management, LLC, a private investment management firm, where he co-manages Oaktree's Principal Activities Group which invests in majority and significant minority positions in both private and public companies. From 1993 to 1995, Mr. Kaplan was a Managing Director of Trust Company of the West. Prior to joining the Trust Company of the West, Mr. Kaplan was a partner of the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Mr. Kaplan currently serves as a director of Regal Entertainment Group, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Genco Shipping & Trading Limited, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange and numerous private companies.
