He is responsible for worldwide field operations, maintaining and improving Infor's strategic focus and scaling the company. "Infor is in a unique position for future growth. I had discussions with many of our customers, partners and employees at Inforum and I was extremely impressed with how passionate everyone is about our value proposition," Corgan said. In his 24 years at IBM, Corgan held a series of senior management positions including General Manager of Worldwide Solutions, which put him in charge of ERP, supply chain, CRM, and other enterprise solutions, where he achieved an annual sales volume of $3.8 billion. He was part of Chairman Lou Gerstner's senior management team and created IBM's first worldwide ERP solutions unit. Corgan also served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales at Computer Associates, where he was responsible for $3.6 billion in annual revenue, led a diverse direct and indirect distribution channel, directed the integration of corporate acquisitions, and led a sales organization of more than 5,000 people. Most recently he was Vice President of Sales for Fair Isaac, one of the leaders in credit reporting and the risk software market.
As President, Customer Direct, Ken Walters has worldwide responsibility for global support, maintenance, inside sales, and the customer advocacy group.
