Matthew J. Jewell has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the Company since July 2002. In October 2002, he was also appointed Secretary. Before joining the Company, Mr. Jewell was a partner with the law firm of Austin & Sparks, P.C. Mr. Jewell was an associate at Dennis, Corry & Porter, L.L.P. from July 1991 to December 1998 and a partner from January 1999 to January 2000.

Michael P. McLean began serving as Vice President and Controller in June 2006. Mr. McLean, who is a Certified Public Accountant, joined the Company as Vice President, Accounting in February 2006. From February 2003, Mr. McLean was director of financial reporting at CTI Molecular Imaging, Inc., a publicly-traded medical technology company. From July 2001 until January 2003, Mr. McLean was an audit manager with the accounting firm of Coulter & Justis, PC in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Chris C. Ruble has served as Senior Vice President, Operations of the Company since October 2001. He was Regional Vice President from September 1997 to October 2001, regional manager from February 1997 to September 1997 after starting with the Company as a terminal manager in January 1996. From June 1986 to August 1995, Mr. Ruble served in various management capacities at Roadway Package System, Inc.

Craig A. Drum became Senior Vice President, Sales in July 2001 after joining the Company in January 2000 as Vice President, Sales of the Company’s Internet and technology service and support subsidiary. In February 2001, Mr. Drum was promoted to Vice President of National Accounts. Prior to January 2000, Mr. Drum spent most of his 24-year career with Delta Air Lines, Inc., most recently as the Director of Sales and Marketing - Cargo.

Mr. Campbell has served as a director since April 1993, as President since August 1998, as Chief Executive Officer since October 2003 and Chairman of the Board since May 2007. Mr. Campbell was Chief Operating Officer from April 1990 until October 2003 and Executive Vice President from April 1990 until August 1998. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Campbell served as vice president of Ryder-Temperature Controlled Carriage in Nashville, Tennessee from September 1985 until December 1989. Mr. Campbell also serves as a director of Green Bankshares.

Robert Campbell has been our executive vice president and chief financial officer since October 2004. Mr. Campbell has more than 25 years of senior financial management experience. Before joining MasTec, he was executive vice president and CFO for TIMCO Aviation Services, Inc. At TIMCO, he headed all financial and legal functions and was instrumental in its restructuring and turnaround. Prior to TIMCO, Mr. Campbell was the president and CEO of BAX Global, Inc. and executive vice president-finance and CFO for Advantica Restaurant Group, Inc. From 1974 until 1995, Mr. Campbell held various senior management positions with Ryder System, Inc., including 10 years as executive vice president and CFO of its vehicle leasing and services division. Mr. Campbell is a certified public accountant who holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial relations from the University of North Carolina, an MBA from Columbia University and a master of science in accounting from Florida International University.

Mr. Hanselman was a director of ArvinMeritor, Inc., a global supplier of a broad range of systems, modules and components to the motor vehicle industry, from July 2000 until his retirement from its Board in January 2007. Mr. Hanselman was a director of Arvin Industries, Inc. from 1983 until it merged with ArvinMeritor, Inc. Mr. Hanselman was the non-executive chairman of the board of Health Net, Inc., a managed care provider, from May 1999 until December 2003, and he continued to serve as a director until May 2005. Mr. Hanselman also served as a director of predecessor corporations of Health Net, Inc. Formerly, Mr. Hanselman was chairman, president and chief executive officer of Genesco, Inc. from May 1980 until January 1986. In addition, Mr. Hanselman is an Honorary Trustee of the Committee for Economic Development.

Retired Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Ryder System, Inc. Tracy Leinbach, 48, served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Ryder System, Inc.
